Beautiful, extremely clean salon and lovely staff. I'm so glad I found them - my new go-to place.

I've been here twice before and have had great experience. Today was a bit disappointing as I had made an appointment beforehand for a pedicure and mini manicure. There was a lot of miscommunication between the staff to the point where I felt like I was an inconvenience. One of the staff kept pressing me on whether I'd like to get a manicure and pedicure at the same time or if I can wait. I ended up saying I'll come back another day. The miscommunication seems to have between walk ins vs people who have made an appointment. It was awkward and the person who did the pedicure was stressed and distracted. I understand it randomly gets busy but if you close at 7 then you shouldn't be allowing more walk-ins at 6:30 or later when there's already people waiting to be serviced. I hadn't been to this salon in years because my last experience (under the old management) wasn't great. I recently found out it's under new ownership, so I decided to give it another shot, and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt completely different, warm, welcoming, and spotless. Angelica (one of the new owners) did my gel manicure, and Tiffany did my pedicure. They were both super friendly, took their time, and my nails turned out perfect! The salon is clean and well cared for, the prices are very affordable, and the whole experience was just relaxing and enjoyable. You can really tell the new team takes pride in their work and their space. This place has totally won me over, it's my new go-to nail salon! If I could give this business less than one star, I would. I came in for an SNS since my manicurist at another salon had an emergency. The attendant proceeded to completely mess up the shape of four of my nails on one hand and two on the other after I asked that she KEEP my current shape. All she had to do was touch it up! She told me she wasn't good at filing (WHAT?!) and then called the owner over to help. The owner fixed one nail and then went back to her customer. It was still so bad I got up before she could put the topcoat on (topcoat means the job is done) I asked to pay for the work done so far and the owner proceeded to insist she take a picture of my nails for a teaching lesson. I declined. She kept insisting. I declined a few more times asking what I owe. After this back and forth I proceed to just leave. She says, "You're not gonna PAY?!" So I came back in because that's not gonna be her story about me! I take out my wallet. NOW She insists on fixing my nails. I told her NO. I take out cash to pay. She says to me "No charge. So disappointing. This place is below average at the most. They cleaned my feet and put all the dirt back in the same water where I was soaking my feet. Yikes!!! No hygiene at all. Their manicure was horrible too and my gel nail paint chipped within a week! I still gave them a tip, and she happily took it. why i tipped, have no idea?? I love this place! They did my nails for my wedding, along with my mom, sister and neices. They were able take us all immediately and did a wonderful job for all of us! Even fixing my nieces nails twice because she just couldn't sit still, lol! I go back every 3'ish weeks to get a fill for my acrylics and periodically a pedicure. The fill only takes about 25 min, which is important to me because like my niece I just can't sit still!! This now salon is quaint and filled with really nice people. My nail tech is Kevin and he's really nice and we usually talk about our kids, their schools and their next nail trend. The first time I went in I ended up with red coffee now and I got so many compliments on them they were so cute. This is my second time going and I think I'm going to make it my home nail salon. Walked in to soak off a set of nails. An easy service but a service nonetheless. They had me wait for two clients to get a full set of acrylics before starting on me. I get it, I'm a walk-in however it would have taken two minutes to shave off the color I had on and set me aside to soak. When I was finally taken care of a girl came by and didn't even sit down. Yanked my hand up for her to see it and said okay you're done. I said it's a 15 minute soak off, there's still gel on my nails. To which she replied "oh so you want me to file?" And then sat down. I didn't need the file, but whatever. I let her finish and paid my whopping 10 dollars all to walk out of there with chunks of gel still on my nails. They don't know how to do nails at all, I posted pics online. And they don't care whether you're satisfied or not they still charge u the full amount and look at u crazy if u give them a cheap tip. I shouldn't give a tip at all for this terrible work. I spent 3 hours in there just for a gel set on my hands all to look like this. Then everyone stared at me including the manager as if i was in the wrong for talking her work was a mess. I went in as a last second resort as my regular place was packed. I have to say, that although it took a long time there, my nails came out great! The girl that I had was super sweet and chatted with me the whole time. I took my daughter as well and they made it fun for her too. Although I think she should have been done first as she was just getting nails painted, but it's Ok. They did a good job with her as well. I will go back there. I liked it. read more

I walked in without an appointment, within an hour of closing time. I was greeted cheerfully and made very welcome. Lily and Henry were wonderful! Also, it was a calm, quiet atmosphere, very unlike my usual chaotic nail salon. Prices were very reasonable too. I'll definitely be back! read more

First visit was okay. Nails lasted great and looked nice. Next visit was terrible. Nails began cracking literally the next day. Went back to show tech so she would know I wasn't faking but I didn't have time to have them done that day because I had my 9-month old son with me. I told her I probably could not come until Thursday, my work from home day but that I'd call to come later in the week. By the time I made it back, about eight nails had the corner cracked and one cracked off. She kept trying to suggest I told her I liked my nails thin which I never said, as to avoid taking accountability for a bad job. She ended up trying to charge me full price to do them over. The owner gave me a discount but I basically bought two sets in one week. The language barrier there is ridiculous. The man there which I guess is part owner is always rude. I won't be back. The quest for a good SNS shop resumes. So disappointing. read more
