After her death, it made no sense to remodel her kitchen as we needed to sell her house rather quickly. After a discussion with Marcus, he & I agreed upon a refund payment schedule for the her deposit. Marcus signed a simple agreement to pay $5,000.00 every two weeks or so until the deposit was fully refunded. We received the first payment as planned but that was it! In all, we both added it up. I paid for it ($960). Within an hour or so, I returned to discuss buying more. Within minutes of arrival, I was told the total weight of the first order was calculated wrong and it would cost more ($530). When the company makes a mistake, own it. Don't ask the customer to pay for your mistake. I paid the difference because I'm honest. Interesting fact - you won't see the scale where the rock is weighed. I guess they expect you to believe they are honest. Avoid, avoid, avoid! I'm disappointed and sad to know this company is not as it was. I purchased several yards of rock from them 8-10 years ago and didn't have this experience.

Steve and his crew were professional, courteous, and left the job site spotless at the end of every work day. The quality of the workmanship is impeccable, and I am ecstatic with the finished product. I purchased 2 home entertainment sets, a sectional, and sofa love seat combo June 2024. Delivery of…read moremost of these items were in July. Within maybe 3-4 months the sectional started peeling. When I reached out to David at HomeLife Furnishing he said the manufacture had a one year warranty on the sectional but that only the pieces of the couch that were peeling would be replaced. At that time I had requested to return the couch because I figured the peeling would continue but David said that couldn't be done. So instead, 2 pieces of the sectional were replaced. Fast forward, we have had the sectional for 1 year and 3 months and it is still peeling. The sofa/love seat we purchased is the same material as the sectional but I did not have the same issue. The sofa/love seat gets plenty of traction but so far I haven't seen any sort of cracking or peeling. After spending almost $7K in the store I am really disappointed in the quality and the lack of customer service to address the sectional. I definitely understand quality has certainly changed throughout the years and nothing lasts forever, but I shouldn't have to replace my sectional after only having it for a year! $1600 plus down the drain.
