LOTS of splatter stains on wall!

"Hotel" was renovated condo's. I DO NOT recommend this place to stay! ***Room needed repairs and better cleaning! SEE PICTURES*** The positives about our stay: 1. The bed was comfortable. 2. Kitchen was nice with full size fridge, stove & sink. 3. View of mountains from window. 4. Room size was good for 2 people, like mini apartment. It would not work with more people even though it has a sofa bed for 2 more people. Negatives: 1. As soon as you walked in the room you were hit with a STRONG, MUSTY smell!!! Almost like mold or water damage happened. 2. The TV's are dated and need to be upgraded. Also, 1 remote to controL 2 TV's in bedroom & living room. 3. No breakfast provided 4. Resort REQUIRES you to take out trash, start dishwasher, wash pans, clean countertops & place towels in pile on bathroom floor. 5. Questionable guests staying there. People hanging out in the parking lot late at night. 6. Door in the bathroom opened inward and blocked other door to the toilet. So you had to close the bathroom door to get into the toilet room. This was very awkward and with 2 people trying to get ready it made it even more difficult and cramped. 7. Construction going on right by room on the highway. We woke up to 3 sirens going by early in the morning. 8. The couch & chair in the living room were old. The couch sank into the middle and wasn't very comfortable. 9. Room also needs a good cleaning and some repairs!! LOTS of splatter stains on wall by bed. Looked like a soda exploded! Water leak stains on ceiling. Broken/hole in bathtub. Glasses and silverware were dirty. Typically when staying in a hotel we "clean" up to make things easier for whoever is coming to actually clean the room after we leave. We always bag the trash & pile bedding & towels by the door. However, it's never been a requirement & stipulated in a check in sheet that says they will change an additional $250 for excessive cleaning if we don't! I've only seen this in our VRBO stays, never hotels!

Great view of Golf Course and Skyline!

Friendly staff, awesome room that comes with a kitchen. Pool, hot tub and adult hot tub that is open late, bbq areas and not Sedona prices but within 20 minutes of Sedona. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 Pro tip: Bring your own DVDs (they have them in rooms but nothing to rent) or Firestick,

Spacious unit in AZ that's a approximately a 20-30 minute drive to Sedona. Stayed here with my family during our hiking trip (5 total) and it was booked via RCI. We had two connected units and there was plenty of room for shared sleep spaces. The couches are pullout and the beds are king-sized. Checkin starts at 4pm and checkout is at 11am. There's free parking on the property. There is a fitness center available (some machines like a stationary bike, elliptical, lat pull down are there, but no mats). Towels are available as well. There's a hot tub but it wasn't on during our visit. The pool was also unavailable but since it was December, we didn't mind.

Beautuful adult only hot tub until midnight!

The setting has lots of greenery near a golf course, crystal clean pool and 2 spacious hot tubs. Rooms are large but not sound proof, but if you are looking for a vacation where you don't have to lift a finger this is not for you. You are expected to do your own housekeeping including cleaning your dishes and putting your trash in the dumpster and leaving promptly at 11am. The nearest restaurant is in old Town Cottonwood, 10 mins. away, so be prepared to have snacks. They have full sized refrigerators which is very convenient. They also provide laundry soap and softener and a free laundromat on site. I think its a great getaway close to Sedona, but you must leave everything as clean as you found it, not like a hotel that has room service.

In a great location. Secluded to the rest of the city. Premises very clean and quiet. Room was clean and fully stocked. Parking right in front of our room. I was greeted by the concierge, she was very nice and welcoming. I will recommend this hotel. Hotel was a little pricey, but not compacted to any other hotel rooms with the amenities in the room we got.

This is a nice place for a long stay. Especially if you're a golfer you'll be in heaven because the golf course is absolutely beautiful. I can't specify more because I'm not a golfer I just saw the view. However, I love to work out and the gym is simply run down like mini hotels. The pool is quite lovely and so are the grounds. There's a nice little sitting area that overlooks the golf course and has fountains and comfortable chairs. However, looks can always be deceiving as one well knows. Our one bedroom room was ample; yet once inside, it always amazes me how the surface looks so clean and the place is so incredibly gritty and dirty. Dust bunnies abounded beyond the surface and behind the couch and under the chairs. Furthermore, the couch looked well used and grimy. The studio one bedroom has a small cooktop and tiny little counter. All the appliances are sky high above the refrigerator in the cabinets. I'm 5 foot four and had to climb up on a chair to reach everything including the toaster oven. Not the easiest place to cook in but still it was a place to cook. The rules also specified for the hotel clientele to throw out the trash and wipe down the counters. It's a little tiring to me when you have to check out at 11 AM and throw out all your own trash and wash all the dishes and so on and so forth. At least the bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled clean. The towels were ample and clean as well. Just an average stay for the appearance that seemed so promising.

Great if you are staying for several days as the kitchen has pretty much all you need to whip up some homemade meals. The large soaking tub is awesome but unfortunately the jets weren't working so that was a bummer and also there a flickering light in the bathroom that was annoying. The smell in the room was also a little questionable. Not sure if they use cleaners heavy in vinegar but it did have somewhat of a sour funky smell in the room. Carpets were stained pretty heavily as well. With these minor setbacks, it was still a great property and the pool area was nice I just wish they would skim the pool more as there were a bunch of dead bees floating around. Also the pool water is super salty as well too. It must be salt water and not chlorine but I've never seen water be so salty before. I know the review sounds overall negative but the convenience of the large room, great price, and wonderful location it definitely makes it worth it to stay here.

The cedar fire had such a pleasant fragrance, and the sounds of wildlife in the area and the views were unspeakable. After the call she greeted us, but throughout the interaction she seemed unsure and a bit confused about the information she was giving. I would strongly suggest additional training on customer service and job knowledge to ensure guests feel welcomed and confident in the information they receive. Especially at a property where guests are paying around $1,000 a night, first impressions and professionalism are very important. There is seating down by the creek, on the patio off the main room, and inside the main room itself that all have great views. Our room was very spacious with a 2-person sized bathtub and a fireplace! It had truly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in away from home. My husband was obsessed and wanting to know how we could copy it to have at home. Both of the inn managers were so kind and took such good care of us. Loved the decor -- the whole property is a fire pit-a-palooza, which I dug. I'm sure it's less expensive in the winter, but I would recommend going at least in the spring if not in summer.
