That could be due in part to the employees smelling like they had just finished smoking pot, and weren't sure which way was up. Not only that, the stopper in the sink (simple job) that was replaced doesn't work anymore. How can you pay a "professional" plumbing outfit $25,000 to do a job like this and end up with such issues? I can't recommend Mako plumbing and would think twice before calling them. Looking back now, it seems as though they used a "rag-tag" team of people for employees who don't know how to properly do their jobs. Is that because they used their lunch time to get high?
