I went with the skittle alcoholic drink which was $12 I think and looked/tasted like lemonade. Then I went with the carne asada tacos and got served this plate for $14. We decided to go to this establishment before seeing a concert at 7. We had 4 people in our group. We had one person in our group get to the restaurant early. 515. She was told a 30-40 min wait for food so she got our order and put it in. She put our order in at 5:29. The rest of the group arrived at 535. At 550, we finally got a waitress to grab us some drinks - we got plastic water cups with soda in it. Like the two sip size. No refills - one of our party went and got a pitcher. At 615 we stopped the manager and asked how much longer it would be. He did some song and dance about the orders all came in at once and that if we just looked at the screen, we could see all the orders and how busy they are. At 630, one of Larry walked to where all the staff was standing and asked how much longer. Keep in mind our show started at 7. At 635, they hadn't even started our food. During this entire time - not one waitress came out after our initial drink. We told them to cancel our food and we left. They just didn't care. The song and dance from the manager, the rude response from the waitress about our drinks - was just not worth the prices. Super disappointed. read more

So after dinner at a nearby restaurant my friend wanted to stop at Fat Tuesday for a drink. We walked over and took our ID's out and one of the female security aggressively is saying no! No! To the guy scanning our ID's. Then she comes over to him and whispers something in his ear. The guy scans my friends ID and then pats him down. As my ID is being scanned he asked me if my friend was drunk. I said no! He walks like that due to an illness. He said he didn't think he was drunk and told us to enjoy our night. It's been awhile since I've been to Fat Tuesday, so decided to stop by for a drink after shopping at the nearby outlets. Loved that they offered a flight of their daiquiries as I couldn't decide what to order. For my flight, I chose the dirty banana (Banshee + White Russian), white Russian (Kahlúa + Vodka + Milk), mangoberry (Mango + Strawberry), and fruit cocktail (151 Colada + Banana + Mango + Strawberry). All four were good, not too strong, but I could see how these can become deadly quick. Out of the four, my two favorites were the dirty banana and mangoberry. Service was super friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy to find just out front or in the various parking lots in the shopping center. Although we were a little too early for HH (starts at 4pm), it's definitely worth checking out! read more

Despite Taylor Swift being right next door for opening night, we found our way into Fat Tuesdays and got a table in the back for 4 people and when the other half of the table closed out, the rest of group joined us. We were pleased with the variety of drinks and fair pricing, even with a HUGE event nearby! With it being St Pattys, there were some overly intoxicated people inside but it seemed handled well by staff! Our server wasn't overly attentive or eager to help but did what she needed to. The only complaints with food and drinks (which were great) was our chicken Caesar salad which we got after everyone at our table ordered as well as the people next to us who ordered way after us. When it finally came, it was missing chicken but while waiting 10 plus minutes for our server, we found LITERALLY 5 or less teeny tiny chunks at the bottom of the salad, maybe 1/20th or a chicken breast at the most. It was almost comical! But the drinks did their job, the server came around and we just acknowledged it was a busy day and dismissed the shortcomings. Another side note is a peculiar note at the front listing things such as "no du-rags, hoods, baggy clothing, gang colors" amongst other things which my fiancé who is a person of color found somewhat uncomfortable. They also had a drink called Lynchberg (with an "e") which we couldn't figure out what that was in google. Again, kind of uncomfortable. Reviews we saw after stated racism so we are hoping that's not true or that something is done. read more

Ok we came here for Date Night before the Cardinals game. This place was jammmmmmed pack. I think we have Stacy as a server. She did an amazing job! We got the Trio (Salsa, Quac, and Queso), highly recommend this. There was a lot. We couldn't finish it. Janna had the Pina Colada and I had the Dirty Banana. They were so good! If I had another one. We would have never made it to the game. So this is going to be our new ritual, Fat Tuesday's and the. Cardinal's/Coyote's game. The food is overpriced, not a great selection for health conscious customers and not tasty, at all. It has an abundant beverage selection and small nonalcoholic selection. The service is attentive, helpful and they try to accommodate with what the establishment offers. The ambiance is a decent bar environment but ThursYay nights is the best in my opinion! Live music performance by Vaughn & Ear Candy at seven o'clock and karaoke at ten pm which is breath of fresh air for the West Valley Entertainment scene! Every time I have attended the patrons are mature, no drama/commotion just simply civilized adults getting along having fun enjoying the live entertainment!! Falsely advertised to go alcoholic drinks, my sister had her boyfriend went in to get to go drinks for all 3 of us for home because I don't drink and drive and they said they don't do to go drinks anymore even though it was advertised on their website especially for their location. Jim Crow LAWS - I was on an outing with my wife and felt incredibly embarrassed and racially profiled by the bouncer at the front entrance. I am a professional and have never in my 20 years ever have ran into a situation where my outfit has been deemed inappropriate for the occasion, but your truncheon at the front gate saw fit to make sure I was excluded. We attended fat Tuesdays Saturday, June 1st 2024 with a group of 14 people. We spend well over $1,000 on drinks, food and slushies through out the night. Tipped our bartenders well and even made friend with the bouncers at the front door checking IDs. It was not busy what so ever when we first arrived. It started to get very busy and packed with different types of people and vibes around 10pm. That being said, everyone is bumping into each other and what not. A 40 year old women grabbed one of our friends and threw her to the ground for absolutely no reason. When I told her she needed to back up from us and chill out she then pressed up against my chest and attempted to swing on various people in our friend group. Next thing is know security has ME in a choke hold dragging out the front door saying I need to leave and i was not welcomed. Trying to catch my breath and explain to security what happened he said he didn't care and we needed to get our things and leave. As we waited out the front entrance to decompress and decide where to go, we realized these people NEVER GOT KICKED OUT!!!! Later that night around midnight, a friend of mine who was NOT with our group posted on snapchat of the same people getting in a physical altercation. Needless to say your security is on a power trip. Doesn't know how to read the room and should receive additional training from managers and staff. We would come here 1-2 times monthly with the same large good and spend around about $100-$150 a person while there. A shame that we will be enjoying Salt next door from now on. read more

Went here for happy hour and stayed a little after. When we got our checks, the total for 3 people was over $200. Turns out that they do not do happy hours on "event days" which we were not made aware of and there was not even any events going on except a college football game. Paid our bill and tipped and later looked at our receipt and saw that an automatic 20% gratuity tip was already added, so we tipped twice as much for mediocre service.
