This theater has been slowly heading downhill for years. :-( It has now bottomed out so bad that we are driving elsewhere - much further - to see movies. The staff (minus the severely outnumbered few who actually seem to care) is apathetic and unprofessional. Almost every time I've been there in the past years there's some gigantic problem once the movie starts (like zero sound) and I have to get up and go hunt down somebody that knows what to do to fix it. The bathrooms stay horrendously dirty. Half the time they don't even have the main ticket booth open and you have to stand IN THE FOOD LINE to get tickets. And now it appears they have resorted to using one of the main entryways FOR STORAGE. No, I'm not kidding. And this picture was taken on a Friday afternoon. I had high hopes when AMC bought it that they'd try to raise this place back up to some sort of reasonable standard, but not so far... Update: Unbelievably, this place continues to slide downhill. At this point they've stopped updating the big sign marquee by the main road and it has a message for you to check online to see what's playing. The movie posters inside the signs outside are 4 months out of date and do not indicate what's currently playing. Also, now they just send you to a theater # and you'd best remember what it is because they no longer load the movie names into the signs outside each theater door. sigh

This place is so disgusting and nasty. I could not believe what I was seeing. The bathrooms were atrocious, popcorn was everywhere on the floor, there were dead smushed roaches. A comb and popcorn on the concession counter. I was just highly confused. I asked an employee where the manager was but he was just as confused as me, so I was pretty much over it at that point. You will have a better experience AT HOME I promise! Not worth the nastiness. Especially, if you're in the theater worried about if a roach is going to crawl on you.

This theater sucks! The screens are too small, the seats don't recline and it smells... like really bad.

Cheaper and more peaceful than the previous movie theatre. I watched a movie and snacks for less than $25.

There is plenty of parking, looks to share it with one other business. Walking up, they have a outside seating area. Once inside, they have kiosk for purchasing tickets, there are several, so lines shouldn't to bad. They did have someone standing there just incase you need assistance. Each staff member I came in contact with so really nice. I was so surprised st how nice it was, it does not give a movie theater feel at all, it gives a cool bar feel at first glance, there is a quite a bit of seating. Bar seating, rounded couch seating, high bar table seating, etc. They had several lines open, which helped lines move pretty fast. There is a full bar and there looked to be a nice snack/food menu....my turn came up so quickly I didn't get to review it good, but looking at other attendees food, they had some good stuff. I ordered Moscow Mule, popcorn, corn dog bites, and tater tots....when I tell you, those little corn dogs were really good. I was there for a pre movie screening of Prime Videos movie Pretty Lethal. There theater room was clean and cozy. The seats do recline and they where very comfy and each recliner has its own mini table. They will deliver your order to your seat if you like. This is the only reason I didn't give 5-stars, I wish they had a couple more stalls. It was no big deal like that though....the restroom was clean, the most important thing. I see this to be a hidden gem and I will be taken the drive again to watch a movie here for sure.

Overall, good experience. I like the idea of having nice drinks and eating good food at the movies…read morehowever this particular place has a lot of Pros and Cons. Pros: Full bar and lots of different selections on alcohol which was great. Heated seats. Reserved seating. Clean area. Cons: The food items were "bar food" equivalent. You have to order and pickup your food outside the theater.. this means you may miss some of your movie unless you order before. The heated seats were not that warm in temperature and would turn off multiple times during the movie. The movie screen is very short vertically compared to most theaters.

This is an upscale experience with reclining seats that includes 2 seats per pod. Super cozy for a date night. Complimentary blankets are included at every seat for your enjoyment, at no additional cost. Now let's get to the fun part! IPIC is not your typical movie theater as they have a full bar with cleverly crafted cocktails, my favorite had to be the Lavender Lemonade. It's cool and refreshing and so esthetically beautiful that you question if you should drink it or admire it. But wait there is more, on top of having a full service bar they also have a full menu! Yes you still have the typical popcorn and candy option but they also include such dishes as spicy tuna on crispy rice, charcuterie and cheese platter, lobster rolls just to name a few. Everything is savory and delicious! They do validate parking, allowing guests to park in the garage for a discounted rate. Validation usually brings the cost to approximately $3-$3.50 for 4.5 hours. The cost of tickets range from $14 - $28 per ticket. I have come many times and plan on coming back many times more. IPIC has officially become my favorite theater!

When we politely notified the food runner, he immediately caught an attitude and never came back to check on us or resolve the issue. The ambiance is only decent if you're comfortable sitting in chairs that squeak and make noise every single time you move throughout the movie. It became distracting pretty quickly. To make matters worse, they automatically add an 18% gratuity without clearly notifying you, and apparently it doesn't matter how terrible the service is because they will not remove the charge. Paying premium prices for bad food, poor service, and an uncomfortable theater experience is not something I'd recommend.

In other words, you don't know what you're seeing until it starts playing! I found this to be really exciting. The staff behind the concession stand were all kind and friendly, and the entire theater felt clean and comfy. I worried about our seats because we were only 3 rows from the front, and I get migraines if I'm too close, typically opting for the very back row... but since the chairs reclined, I was actually okay! My chicken tenders were hot and crispy and really hit the spot, along with the fries. I loved the mango habanero dipping sauce I chose as well. Our movie ended up being "Hunting Matthew Nichols," a documentary-style mystery-horror, modern day homage to The Blair Witch Project. It's a slow burn, but an enjoyable one. We had a great time and look forward to attending more of these!

We went to see Now You See Me, Now You Don't, and the movie was surprisingly good! The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavor. The customer service was outstanding--every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of. The theater itself is clean, comfortable, and located in a nice, safe area. This was my first time here, but definitely not my last. I will absolutely be back for another dine-in movie experience at The Marcus Movie Tavern

The lines for spaces are quite dull once you arrive at your screen so find a space and hope nobody parks in front of you. Tickets are $10 per person, saving anywhere from $12-$20 for 2 people to go vs a traditional movie theatre. The sound and screen quality was good for an outdoor movie and we enjoyed the nostalgia of watching a movie under the stars. Leaving was easy enough and I enjoyed my time there. For non IPIC worthy movies, the Starlight Drive In is a good alternative for a wholesome nostalgia boost!
