What an awesome Valentine's Date Day we had. My wife took the day off so we could take in an afternoon movie. We had tickets for the Dolby theater in Clearfork that offers enhanced sound and video. This is the second time we've seen a movie at the AMC Clearfork. It was a wonderful experience. The personnel are so helpful and friendly. The only thing we purchased at the concession stand were soft drinks since we had just had a big Velentines Day lunch prior to the movie. One thing is a bit strange at the AMC Clearfork. The footrest of the recliners doesn't go up all the way. We tried several of them, but it was the same case with each one. We don't seem to remember this from our last visit. It's a beautiful facility, and kept very clean, we'll be back again in the near future. read more

AMC Clearfork makes movies an awesome EXPERIENCE! Tickets can be bought at the entrance or in advance via the app. Same for food, and, if you buy food in advance, then your app scan at the entrance triggers your food being being delivered to your seat! :-) Also, there's a full bar in the lobby for adult beverages. This is the chicken sandwich with loaded fries. The sandwich was good but the fries were not good at all. They were cold and the cheese was cold too. I would suggest not getting these as the person delivering them, although nice, was nonchalant about the whole delivery process to the seat. read more

let me preface this by saying the boy at the front getting tickets (younger, brunette, wavy hair) was so kind. the girl at concessions (braids, cute edges laid, top knot) went above and beyond her scheduled position to help me with the situation. this happened thursday 6/12 at 12:20 pm. long story medium, i ordered a pizza online to be delivered to my seat. the website listed two separate sauces and i chose to remove one of them (with separate buttons to remove each) when my mom and i got to our seat she ate a whole slice (not knowing what i specifically ordered). i ate a slice then realized there was literally no sauce on it. just dry pizza with toppings. i took it with a receipt up to the food counter to ask for it remade with the sauce it was missing and explaining why a piece was missing. a gentleman (who I'd later learn was the manager) heard me out and listened to me, but seemed to be pretty confused about the menu and what actually comes on the pizza. to the line cooks and myself, they informed him that the two sauces listed are actually just one sauce, so that's why they did the pizza with no sauce at all. I said, even though the website list them as two separate things I would appreciate it if they could just make the pizza as normal with the sauce. I had to ask a couple of different times because there was a misunderstanding of what I was asking for. Which is fine. he then told me he would have the pizza remade, but walked away from me before I could ask if it would get delivered to my seat or if I needed to wait for it. He walked into a door into a closed kitchen with one of the chefs and didn't come back out. I stood there waiting for 15 minutes, but eventually got frustrated and asked the nice girl at concessions if they would be able to bring the pizza to my seat. She said they would, so I headed back to my theater. I passed an employee along the way and asked how long their pizzas usually take to make, and he said about 10 minutes. I went back into the movie, that I had now missed a significant amount of, and the time was 1:02 PM. 40 minutes after the pizza was originally delivered to our seats. I told myself I would wait at least 20 minutes to go check on the pizza because I had a bad feeling it wouldn't be delivered to us within the appropriate timeframe. I waited until 1:25 PM, and left the theater to go back to the kitchen to ask about the pizza. I waited there another 7 minutes. A different staff member who was running the expo of the kitchen gave me the pizza and walked away, leaving no one at the food counter again. frustrated, because I had missed about 40 minutes of this movie, and because the fries that I was going to eat with this pizza, were now cold and there was no offer to remake those with the meal, I asked the nice concessions girl if she could call a manager so I could talk to them. She very politely said, of course, and radio'd a manager. The same gentleman who received the initial complaint about the pizza showed up and I asked "oh you're the manager?" He said yes and I started to say I've been waiting for this pizza for like 40 minutes, but he looked at me blankly and kind of expressions towards the pizza as if to imply "you mean the pizza you have?" i, frustrated and being shown there's literally no care about the situation Said "you know what never mind everything's perfectly fine" obviously being sarcastic. He made no attempt to ask me about the instance or correct anything. he was happy to just leave me with my problem and get me out of his face. I ended up spending almost $30 for a single side order of fries and a medium size pizza, fries that I didn't get to eat and pizza that took literally an hour to have made correctly, and I missed a substantial amount of the movie. i'm extremely disappointed by the lack of care in the situation, the wasted money and time and wasted afternoon. i'm going to have to go see this movie again just to understand what I was even watching. read more

Ordered food, never got it, was basically told that the order must not have been processed online, but when informed that it shows as a charge in bank and apple pay, I was told that it "should automatically be refunddd in a few days." I purchased tickets to see Mission Impossible on June 22. My chair in the theater was broken. I reported it to an employee and asked if someone could come check it before the movie. No one ever came and there were not two open seats where we could move except in the very front. Maybe they should mark the broken seats on the chart so a customer would know before they purchase. Stay home. Save money. Get better food and service. We were looking for an alternative to Marcus theaters. The 7th Street Movie Tavern has really gone down hill. So we came here. At the bar we ordered two glasses of wine and one small draft beer. It was over $40 not including the 20% tip. I asked for a slice of lime. Nope. But they had lime juice in a bottle. This was the same way for any mixed drink too. High prices, crap service, zero amenities My wife ordered food from the app for delivery when the movie started. On that order list we're two hotdogs. When the movie was starting they brought out everything BUT the hotdogs. The server said they'd be out later. ONE HOUR later I walked to the food area to ask about the hotdogs. "Still cooking. Ten more minutes." One hour later my wife went up to the counter and finally got the food. The area where the condiments and napkins were located was under stocked and cluttered with garbage. This is a great place to see a movie, although we generally do not eat there. The food is decent, but there are so many other outstanding options in the Clear Fork Center, so we usually see a movie and then have dinner or vice versa. They do have a full bar, which we sometimes take advantage of. We just saw the new Bond movie there, and the picture and sound quality was incredible. The chairs are super comfortable and recline. The theater was very clean and you can tell they take sanitizing seriously. We buy our movie tickets through Fandango and have never had a problem. When you arrive you just scan the barcode and go to your seat. Great service there overall! read more

I really enjoyed this theater. The seats recline and I think that's there's a lot of room between the seats. The drinks are self serve and refillable which is a nice perk! There is a bar within the lobby as well. I didn't partake in the food menu but it looked as though you order it at the front and they will bring it to your seats! First time in a movie theater since before COVID. Not impressed. Of our five chairs, three did not recline. It made watching the movie uncomfortable since the only seats that showed to be available were on the front row. After dropping over $150 I would like to have been able to enjoy the show. The MOST INCONVENIENT time trying to buy tickets online I have ever experienced! I have spent 90 minutes over two days trying to purchase tickets through their website and kept getting the "This may end up in the outtakes" error. I even resorted to calling their toll-free number only to get a recording that "telephone support is not offered, but we can help through the website". That's a little hard to do when the website is not even functional. I was finally able to purchase show tickets through the app. To add insult to injury, I was charged a $5 convenience fee for purchasing tickets through the app. For the forseeable future, I'll be taking my $$ elsewhere. read more

I ordered our food hours ahead of time and paid extra to have it brought to the theater. It was a half hour late, the fries were cold and stale (not edible) and the burger was barely even warm. It clearly sat in the box on a counter for over a half hour. The young man who delivered it didn't bring a single napkin, and then stood there waiting for a tip. I looked on the website and there is not a single available (working) option to seek help. That's why I ended up here. I've been dying to visit this theater for awhile now and it was everything that I wanted it to be. I actually bought our tickets online so I cant speak too much on the customer service. What I can speak on is the actual theater. The bathrooms were all new and sparkly, the floor was clean, the consecession area was up to par and the actual theater and the seats were amazeballs. To be honest, I thought they would have regular reclining seats, bit these seats had like a soft leather-or maybe pleather. All I know is that it was extra soft. Oh and the best part about sitting on the soft seats were the heating option. Honestly, i kept falling asleep because it was so comfortable. The only thing that I didn't care for too much is the fact that they have two options for movie tickets. One option being to 'dine in' and the other is like a regular movie ticket. Anywho, the dine in option was actually an option for us as moviegoers to order our food at the counter and they'll bring the food to you as opposed to ordering at your seat like studio movie grill. Other than that, I'd definitely recommend this theater. I felt all fancy and stuff just sitting in the big comfy seats alone. read more

Not sure about food, never tried it but the theater is clean and comfortable. The have those great reclining seats (that are now ubiquitous) but they are heated leather seats! The optional heat is helpful for people like me who feel the chill when we sit still. They finally got their liquor permits so their bar is open. I really wish they had a theater reserved independent films... that's one thing Ft Worth is really missing. They just show the most wide-release films. read more

The location is great but they are charging $20 for a burger and paying $5 to the child making them. Not worth it to dine in, just go to the many great restaurants in the area! We ordered our food online via the AMC App ahead of the show, there was no option to not have salt on the selections online but thought we would just wait and see how it turned out. Food was to be delivered to our seats at 6PM, at 6:05 I proceeded to the counter and asked where our food was. Neither person at the counter appeared to understand a simple question, but I saw that our food had been sitting under the heat lamps for sometime and not delivered as promised and with the 2.00 delivery charge you should expect delivery on time. Ha!! I asked for the manager, a few minutes later a young man comes and says he is the manager, I asked for a refund and provided the reason. He provided no apology to the conduct of the staff at the meal area, and provided my refund minus the food delivery fee. How do you charge me for delivery when you failed to deliver? Save your money, eat elsewhere before you get to the theatre. read more

Man don't ever order food other than just popcorn and a soda and maybe a pretzel. I came up here you pay for front line service but are told to wait even though they have a premier line for A-list premium subscribers. Today I finally decided to spend a little more on food and I wanted a shake and burger with loaded tots. All that comes to $27. What you're not told is there's a delivery charge when ordering food. I paid a fee for ordering a shake and I was charged again for ordering a burger and tots and a drink even though I filled the cup myself. It took them 20mins to deliver a shake the first time I tried it. And then when I went for another film I tried to order it on the app ahead of time and it never works just kept giving me errors. Again I went to the premiere line and again was told to wait. I ordered the food and it wasn't too long it was about maybe 10mins or so but once I got food it came in a styrofoam plate I looked in it and it wasn't what I ordered it was a chicken sandwich and just tots. I told the server that that's not my food but she apologized and came back but this time it was the loaded tots but still a chicken sandwich. I told her again and she left and then again a different girl dropped it off and now my tots are cold and the burger was t what I ordered. I go to the front and I asked for a manager and the kid upfront asked what's the problem I said that it's my 3rd time and now you gave me a burger. Where's the double bacon burger I paid for? This little bastard points at this thin strip of what I think was an onion and said that's the bacon. I looked at him ad said hell no dude I want a refund I'm not paying for that. He calls a dude over and he want even the manager he asked what's the issue and I told him again the same thing I told the other kid. He looks at it and then says ok let me get a shift lead. I see him walk over to a young girl and I can tell that girl was talking shiz about me and walks up to me with with an attitude like I'm the one screwing up the food. read more

Also, the restrooms were super dirty and obviously not attended to AT ALL....out of hand soap, out of towels, floor covered in water, just nasty. AMC Clearfork employee stole my iPhone! attended the movie on Thursday with my daughter and grandson and lost my iPhone. I didn't realize I lost it till laughter. I was halfway home. My Apple Watch showed that it was located at the theaters so I went back immediately and talked to the management to see if it had been found and even waited 30 minutes until the movie theater I had been sitting in, had cleared out so they could thoroughly search around the seats which they did. The next day I went to see if maybe they had found a phone. But my Apple Watch was stating that it wasn't no longer at that address but at another address. When I went to that address who should be living there but an employee at AMC. the same employee who had scanned our tickets when we walked in when I fed him he of course denied it but then again, why was it at his home address. All I surmise is that some nice person had turned my phone into him and instead of putting it in the lost and found he just pocketed it. Of course, I filed a police report and talked to the AMC personnel and I'm waiting to hear back from the district manager. read more

First things first, this is not a true dinner theatre. It is literally a dine in, which means you can order food at the counter and they will bring it to you for a fee. Also, make sure you watch when ordering because they will charge you a delivery fee without actually getting any thing delivered. I've caught them twice. The theatre is generally very clean and the screens are great quality. There is a full bar, but be prepared to spend $12 a drink. $5 movie Tuesdays is the best deal you can deal. read more

This is my new go to movie theater. It's Gorgeous. It's clean. The seats are SO COMFORTABLE and they recline! We sat in the Dolby theater. Huge screen. Vibrant colors. Amazing sound that you can feel! You can order food at the concession stand and they will bring it to the theater for you. The food is actually really good. We got the big bite sampler that had wings with a dry bbq rub, chicken tenders, pretzel bites and nachos. I personally wasn't a fan of the nachos and no little kid would be. It had beans and salsa. Going back the next chance I get. My husband and I felt like kids again. read more

Lovely theatre. Nice and clean. You have to walk up and order your food before you head to your theatre. Service wasn't that great, the kid at the cash register was irritated with any questions we had as it was our first time. Some how he wrote the wrong theatre number on our order so we didn't get our food until our movie was almost over. I'd recommend eating first as the high food prices don't match the quality of food being offered. It's in a great location with free parking and great retail shops and other dining. read more

This newer Clearfork Dine-In theater is a nice place to come for movies and apps, though the prices do not compete with Cinemark. I tried this AMC because of a convenient matinee for my desired movie (Vice, which RottenTomatoes scored just right). Showtime was 3:00 PM and the tickets were over $10 each with convenience fees. Cinemark has $5.14 matinee shows before 6 pm with reclining, assigned seating available. So, I found the price excessive for a matinee. The seats were very comfortable, featuring two heat settings, which came in handy on this cold and rainy day. Cool-factor high, necessary-factor low. Each seat has a swiveling table for food and drinks, which rotated out of the way easily and was handy for setting my phone on. Our theater appeared to be a smaller one and still had an enormous screen that was slightly concave. projection was bright and crisp and the sound large and nicely balanced. We pre-bought our tickets (is there any other way?) and used a kiosk upon arrival to retrieve them. It was a bit confusing because the kiosk touch screen is at the same counter where the ticket people are. There was on line, but this seemed like it could cause problems if there were any sized group waiting to purchase tickets. It also seemed strange to me to print the tickets at the kiosk, walk 10 feet and hand the paper to the ticket-taker and watch her tear each one in half and hand one half back to me. Why not treat it like a boarding pass and just email me a QR code to scan for the ticket taker? Overall a positive experience! read more
