Purchased items, food wasn't delivered to seats.

Purchased 2 tickets from Fandango in 07/21/26, for Spideman 3d with food at 07/30/26 at 10pm. When I was checking in they told me it was cancelled. I got no email saying this. I had to buy everything again in theater for 11pm one hour later for a regular non 3d. On the second purchase they never deliver our food. I wasn't going to miss the movie trying to find a manager to fix this. After the movie about 2am there was over there was no manager or employee to be found. Today 07/31/26 barely got the email about my refund on purchase from 07/21/26. Terrible experience, down $35 bucks for missing food and since we had to wait longer for showing I had to pay more for parking $16.

We decided to check out a "Screen Unseen" movie at AMC Dine-In theater. We were able to order the tickets and our dinner online, and then when you arrive, they bring your dinner to you prior to the movie starting. We ordered a cheeseburger and tots, and it was just OK. The theater seats are not very comfortable. They're kind of old, and they're not the ones that recline, but overall it was fine. The movie was a Quentin Tarantino film called One Spoon of Chocolate directed by RZA. It was an action thriller and a bit much, but I did like it. So if you want to check out a film and you don't care what it is, this is a great way to go and save some money!

Customer service is good. The food overall is enjoyable. The spirit drinks are served efficiently and without much delay. The bar is clean and appealing. Food is quickly delivered to seat. One thing to keep in mind is that if you place your food/drink order too early, you may end up waiting longer if you are not at your seat. Parking is covered by scanning your ticket when leaving the theatre. Recliner chairs are available. Drink refills are available. Been here 20+ times, always a good experience.

    Trash and popcorn and dirt

The theater has gone DOWNHILL BAD hygiene and not clean! Attached photos show goo and hair in my cup holder. Gross liquids sticky substance on the arm of seat. Popcorn and trash on the floor under and around most seats. Please hire cleaning staff between shows who actually CLEAN!!!!

Stay away. Completely unorganized. Every employee is doing everything but no one is doing anything.

My friend and I bought tickets online, so we had the QR code ready and moved through the entrance quickly. There was a full bar, but we opted for bottled water at the concession stand. The cashier asked if I wanted Dasani or Smart Water. I wasn't paying attention to the pricing on the menu, so I said Smart Water and ended up paying $8.50 - not their fault that I didn't check the price first, but also, that is so expensive! Inside of the theatre was clean, and the recliner seats were comfortable. I always forget to bring a sweatshirt or light jacket because the theaters usually get cold. Bathrooms were clean as well. Overall I had a good experience and would definitely see a movie here again. For parking, we parked in the garage on the north side of the mall. There are a set of doors kind of tucked away. Once inside, you'll see Abercrombie & Fitch, make a left by Lululemon, and hit the escalators up to Harkins.

It was my first time at a drive-in movie theater and I must say that it was a very neat experience!…read more It was set as a surprise actually and I didn't know where we were going until we got there. Partly too since I had fallen asleep on the way which made it even better when I woke up as we turned into the property. We arrived about 30 minutes before our designated show time (10:15p), had enough time to go through entry, get snacks, use the bathroom and park. The signs were mildly confusing so we landed on the wrong screen at first which. Luckily that was an easy correction. You just gotta know by the audio not matching the images. I liked the idea of tuning into an FM station for audio and being able to talk, or even be in a more private space to see the film. It was hard to see the darker scenes though, given some light pollution on nearby areas. That's to be expected for projectors anyways. I would love to be able to do this again soon.

My daughter is very particular about having light ice, so being able to make her own drink is a big win. The same goes for the slushies, our son loves mixing flavors and creating his own combo. The variety of soda and flavor options is great, and for adults, it's nice that there's also a bar available if you want to grab a drink. We recently rented a private theater for my son's birthday, and overall it was such a fun experience. He brought 15 friends to see the new Mario movie, and the staff really helped make it great. Annie, who checked us in was fantastic, she even let me store our cupcakes behind the ticket counter so they wouldn't melt in the car, which I really appreciated. We enjoyed those after the movie outside in the courtyard. We arrived early to order snack packs for the kids, and everything was so well organized. Each pack had popcorn, candy, and slushy cups ready to go. One of the employees (wearing a Luigi hat) went above and beyond. He had everything loaded on a cart, brought it into the theater, and helped pass out everything to the kids. It made the whole process so easy. I wish I remembered his name because he was great. The only hiccup we experienced was with the movie timing. When booking the private theater, it showed a 1:00 PM start time with about 25 minutes of previews. However, once we were seated, the movie started about 10 minutes early with no previews at all. We had a few kids arriving later, expecting to make it during previews, so this threw off our timing a bit. The staff did try to fix it by stopping and restarting the movie, but ultimately there were still no previews. It would be helpful if that detail was clarified during booking so parents can plan accordingly. Even with that small issue, the kids had a great time, and the staff was very helpful. AMC will definitely continue to be our go-to theater.

Definitely won't be returning to this theater…read more I chose this theater because of its location and the IMAX theater option. When I entered the theater and walked up the steps there were no row letters to know which row my seat was in. I had to ask another customer to make sure I was in the right row. According to another customer the row desigations are on the other side of the theater. The theater still has the old style seats that dont reclined, the seats are very worn and show their age and there is very little legroom. The theater was very direct with food on the floor. The sound was so loud during the 25 minutes of previews that I wish I had had ear plugs. Luckily the sound volume was appropriate for the feature film. I expected a lot more for my ~$23 ticket. I saw the same movie the week before but at a theater that showed it in Cine XL and the senior ticket was less than $19, the seats reclined and even with seats reclined there was plenty of room for people to walk by. This is just one experience. Others may have a different experience in a different auditorium.

When I sat at the bar, I immediately got service from the bartender with a smile. The booze selection was very limited. I paid $21 for a Woodford Rye on the rocks. You can buy an entire bottle for $35 at your local grocery store. There was a nice clear cube I suppose. We ordered the cajun rubbed wings. We receieved six wings and were charged $18. I said that it was happy hour and the bartenders said that they gave me the regular order of wings anyway because they did not give me a HH menu. Apparently on HH (and if you possess a HH menu) you only get three wings. The bottom line is that the wings were chewy and tough and the Togarashi Ranch tastes like feet. We asked for regular ranch and they brought out miracle whip. The Tomahawk Pork chop sounded great, but after the wing issues, we bailed to cut our losses. The friendly bartenders did reduce my wing pricing to match the HH menu. The service was actually quite good and I like the folks behind the bar. I just don't like the way they run the restaurant. HH food is supposed to be a better value - not portions cut in half. The Togarashi Ranch is either a poor recipe or badly executed. Everything is wildly overpriced. I suppose if your traveling on an expense account, it doesnt matter. If you're spending hard earned dollars, go to a restaurant - not a hotel. Five stars for the folks behind the bar. Zero for management / food.
