The theater itself is on the smaller side, but it's really nice inside. My friend and I went to watch The Housemaid, and if you go during the afternoon on a weekday, tickets are 20% off. We ended up going after 4 PM, so tickets were about $18 each, and we also got a regular popcorn for $11. Overall, I really loved the experience, the reclining seats were super comfortable, and I'm a huge fan of recliners because they make everything feel so much cozier. The movie was really good as well, and while there were about 30 minutes of ads, that's clearly mentioned when you purchase tickets online, so there's no pressure to arrive exactly on time. There also weren't many people sitting near us, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and gave it an overall great vibe. read more

Once again, per my last review, a review for the theater, not the movie. But I did see the new Superman movie which was really entertaining. What I like about this theater is, *ticket purchases online to reserve seats. *you can order a kid's package for popcorn, drink, full size candy! *the seats are super comfortable and you can adjust as needed. *Always friendly service. *I love the self serve sodas. Too many almost to chose from and I don't drink soda regularly but it is fun to mix and match. *Parking is super convenient and plenty of it. *bathrooms are clean! Tip, women's bathroom has more stalls at the end around the corner if you come in and it is full. I understand there are probably larger theaters and also some that serve booze, but if you are looking for a theater which is primarily focused on playing moving and serving standard movie theater food this is your spot! Food - the nachos were pretty good for theater food. i preferred them over the fries. we also got 2 of the themed superman drinks (made with tequila). we downed them and then regretted drinking on an empty stomach. good thing we could just chill at our seats for our buzz to wear off. Service - attendant was very helpful and friendly, despite having to check us in multiple times because we were too eager to sit. theres a board above the ticket desk that tells you when they are cleaning, waiting, or seating in your theater. very helpful. wait until it says SEATING. we ordered food (nachos & fries) and 2 drinks at our seats. press the button on your recliner and someone will come over to take your order. then they deliver directly to your seat. its a little distracting when people are walking around during the movie, checks were given before the movie ended which made me realize, oh the movie is probably ending soon. but pretty nice to not have to wait in line for food and possibly miss the start of your movie. Ambiance - this theater is 21+. so kind of nice to have an adults only space. they have a game room with free games and since there are not kids in the place, all of the pieces are actually still there lol. they had pool, snooker, shuffleboard, MARVEL V. CAPCOM! lets go!!!! and a few other table top kind of games. i was really excited to play marvel v. capcom until my husband beat me like 4 games in a row. the bar was pretty busy when we got there, which was maybe 20 minutes earlier than our movie start time. we opted out for drinks at the bar and headed into our theater to order drinks there. read more

Every theater here has reclining seats!! So comfortable and nice to watch a movie in. They allow all ages which is nice compared to some of the other theaters that have reclining seats. It can get cold so bring a warm jacket or blanket! You can pre-purchase your tickets through the app and online which I highly suggest since it's reserved seating and the good seats fill up fast! read more

One of my favorite theaters! I've frequented this location since I was a teenager and love that years ago they got the recliners making the experience even more delightful! I love going to the movies and always have a pleasant time here. Service is hit or miss but with touch screen ticket purchasing I don't really have to interact much with the employees lol. I've had a recent experience where the employees forgot to close the door so during the movie the bathroom hand dryers and toilet flushes could be heard so I got up and just closed the door myself to enjoy the movie... Movie seats are always clean. Large bathrooms with plenty of stalls. Nice large movie screens with comfy recliner seats. Would recommend this location as it's always a fun experience! read more

I do like to come here but my last experience bothered me as there were two employees watching football openly and playing games on their phone. When I've used my ticket vouchers before, I go to the customer service desk and they help me by scanning my vouchers and allowing me to choose my seats. But I told him I have vouchers and he points me right away to the screens to do it myself, which required me to type 28 digits per voucher, which I had 3. This has the theater of choice of us for convenience and location to our home. The theater is clean and the concession lines move pretty fast. We have never had any issues with not being able to get anything that we ordered. My only slight complaint is that they don't put the jalapeños out for the nachos . You have to ask for them. They were out of buckets for the large popcorn recently and only had bags but still same amount. On our most recent visit, the butter station needed to be refilled but they were busy and it was prime time - so I definitely get it. We recently signed up for A-List because 3 movies a week for less than $25 is a deal! The recliner seats are comfy but as a plus size woman with thick thighs, sometimes they do move when I don't want them to. These thighs just hit that button and up and down I'm going often looking like a wild woman. read more

This is a standard AMC dine in theater with reclining seats. The theatre's are in good condition with good screens and sound systems. The one thing missing from the reclining seats is that they are not heated like some other AMCs. I found it a bit too easy to hit the recliner controls so I accidentally moved the seat recline several times during the movie squirming around. The food menu is a bit limited and overpriced as expected. It would be nice to see milk shakes on the menu for example. The staff is friendly and service is decent. read more

Went here for an evening screening with my wife. The entire movie theater is unclean popcorn on the floor walking right into the entrance, sticky floors from spilled soda. Even worse half of the soda machines and popcorn butter machines are turned off. You need a passcode just to be able to use some of the soda machines. Sitting in the movie theater seats there are left over food, stains and stickiness on all of the seats. Went to go complain with the manager but he seemed to brush it off and explained that his staff were brand new teenagers that dont clean often. When i walked in to despicable me 4 in 3 dimensions i didnt realize id be walking into the best movie of my life. Be sure to make friends with owen at the front and crank 4 surges in the parking lot. from the editing to the plot, this movie was flawless. Guy with long blonde hair and try hard glasses and stubby chubby Mexican woman who take tickets didn't know shit about their refund policy when I asked if I could get a refund for being denied into smile 2 when I had an 18 year old ID and my friend had a current college id with the year on it. They said that since I payed with Apple Pay online a refund was "50/50" genuinely wtf does that even mean? I even offered to read off the exact card number linked to my Apple Pay and they still said that's just not how it works and my compensation was a gift card. When I asked if the "50/50" Apple Pay refund thing they said was mentioned on the website anywhere they said I don't know. I didn't want to cause a scene so I took the stupid amc gift card and left. All so extra and overall unprofessional for not being able to even issue a refund when I had literally everything needed to get a refund directly to my card. And they all just looked at me dumbfounded when I wanted to know more about this alleged Apple Pay refund debacle. This review is for this theatre but it is also for the AMC A List program. First the theatre.. I love everything about this theatre- from the super comfy reclining seats to the fact that you can butter your own popcorn (I enjoy layered buttered popcorn) to the free refills. Granted not all of that is healthy but it is nice to have options. Also the staff are super friendly and it seems like they genuinely enjoy what they do. AMC A List- If you go to the movies at least twice a month, there is no reason not to have the AList program! For the price of two movies you can see up to 12 movies. It is totally worth it. I have come here a handful of times in the last 25 years. Every single time I have come here I have wished I didn't. Why? Their popcorn is terribly, horribly It used to be extra extra salty (is this so you have to buy a drink too?). They now have an "automated" system which I didn't enjoy (I like service not self service especially at today's movie prices) and it only made us late because we couldn't figure out how to do it faster. Additionally the movie next door's sound was so loud it often came in to our movie theater. Maybe don't put quiet movies next to action movies? Sigh. There are way better, more easily accessible movie theaters with bigger parking lots and friendly service. The ONE good thing and why I gave it a star is for the chairs. They recline. read more

When my friend suggested that we go to Factoria to watch a movie 'cause it had reclining seats, I had no idea it had RECLINING SEATS! I mean, I thought there were just the standard seats that tilt a li'l back that most movie theaters have, but Factoria has the most comfortable seats I've ever sat in! There is no way I'm going back to a standard movie theater in Bellevue after visiting Factoria's! For purchasing tickets the day of, you can use a touch-screen machine inside that's super easy to use. There, you can select seats and purchase the tickets there and then - never having to wait in line 'til you're called up since there are multiple machines to use. Super efficient and easy! They have refreshments here and though my friend and I didn't get anything, we saw that one of the employees delivered a hot food item to a guest already in their seat! And in addition to standard refreshments, they have more savory foods like fried chicken sandwiches and flatbreads. And of course the reclining leather seats are the primary reason why you want to visit Factoria. They're spacious, recline all the way, just in case you wanna lay down, and you can even raise up the arm rests if you want to snuggle with your boo! It's the only way to watch a movie! Super comfy and I could've happily kept watching the screen with seats like these! So now this is my FAVORITE movie theater in Bellevue! Don't go here to see Taylor swift or any movie really. They have zero control of the situation. We did not get any food we pre ordered before movie and when we did it was raw and cold. There was vomit on the floor in the main hallway and they only bothers to clean it up when 10 people complained. You will not be able to enjoy the show at AMC because they let anyone in ticket or not to the back to sing scream dance and and flash their phones with moms taking videos of kids. Had to politely say something twice and they would not provide a discount or refund. Customer service was not helpful at all despite multiple people complaining. This theater is smaller than others in the area and has limited showings/offerings because of it. Most of the time this isn't an issue though, since the theater mostly shows the major blockbusters. It's really only if you're trying to see an indie or less circulated film. The seats inside the theater are assigned, leather, reclining and super comfortable. They definitely make for a comfortable viewing experience. My only complaint with this location is that, due to the arrangement of the concessions area, it can be really congested when trying to get to your theater when it's busy. Between the concessions line, people trying to get a drink from the machines or the people just trying to get to their theater, it can be a hot mess. Luckily, once you bypass the congestion, you can settle into your comfy seat, relax and enjoy your movie! read more

I had a great time here. The reclining seats are wonderful, though a bit dirty. There was definitely some grease from someone's buttered popcorn on the seat next to me. There was a blemish/tear in auditorium 1 which was distracting until the movie actually started. However, the setup was fantastic. The seats are very well marked, which isn't common in reserved seating movie theaters. There was plenty of space in the back for wheelchairs and other accessible needs. They no longer have people to buy tickets from and it's a kiosk. The popcorn was freshly popped. I was surprised how many people were there on a Tuesday afternoon. Parking was plentiful in the back.
