This is a good movie theater. They only have 10 auditoriums so sometimes movies don't get to this location or are only there a short time. We are A list members so we can see 3 movies per week. This also gives us discounted snacks abs tickets for friends. The seats are comfortable and everything is cleaned after each show. We always go early. Sometimes the line to get tickets and snacks is long and sometimes the is almost no one. read more

This small theater is a gem in hiding. It is kept clean which is a surprise for amc theaters. I only came here for the yearly popcorn bucket. I found out I love this place. People here are nice and eager to help. The theater is actually clean. They have a huge screen in their D theater. This cinema is not equipped with the plush seats but it's plenty comfortable though. We had plenty of room in the theatre and the staff was friendly. The popcorn was fresh and I like that they have the special popcorn salt available to sprinkle on your popcorn at the condiment bar. read more

Probably because of Covid and wanting to limit the number of people in a theater... we have had to buy tickets on line for movies, pick our seat and such. Many theater you have no choice so here I ordered 2 tickets on National Cinema Day 8/27, 2023, $4 each and there was a +$4 service charge but I noticed I did not pick seats! So I'm wondering why did I order on line and pay this service fee...so I asked once in theater. Manager said they don't have that option at this AMC; so I could have walked in paid $8 for tickets snd sat in any free seat... yes! Good to know but no refund on service charge fees..... read more

An associate just hung up on me for asking questions when I called today. I was asking if I could buy an entire theatre of tickets to see Wicked, and was asking specific questions about the details of doing that. I was being extremely kind of course since today is Thanksgiving and a very busy day for them. On the phone, he said "there is a line out the door and I do not have time for this." So, I said, "Oh, I'm so sorry, I didn't realize I was inconveniencing you." and he hung up on me! I was trying to give them $500 of business for 4 people to watch a movie but I guess that was an inconvenience. This was at 11:05AM on Thursday, 11/28. Happy Thanksgiving, indeed. read more

First time visiting this theater. Easily bought my ticket online, grabbed my popcorn and drink at the counter. The girl behind the counter gave me a separate box so I could layer my butter in my popcorn. Super sweet and helpful! The theater in my town (Cincinnati Ohio) you're lucky if the teenager taking your order even grunts a hello. So the interaction at this theater was refreshing! The movie was good. I was not at all impressed with the seats. Come on AMC! Get with the program and upgrade all the seats to the amazing recliners that your competitors have. This is a good venue to watch a movie. Seats are very comfortable. The theater sizes are just right. I love the fact that you can get your seats and food and drinks in one shot. We recently went to see Star Wars. The sound was very good and we sat in leather seats that reclined a bit. They are not the electronic huge easy chairs you may find at the AMC regency but they are certainly comfortable. Theater #1 is especially large. The previews were a bit long for my taste but if you are running late it is an added bonus. read more

I've always enjoyed this theater, actually glad AMC bought it. AMC rewards members get head of the line privileges which are amazing when it gets packed. The theater is always clean, stocked, staff is friendly and helpful. You can also have 1 or maybe 2 adult beverages. You can definitely beat the heat here, bring a jacket it gets real cold in the theaters. There is early bird pricing, you can save a few buck if you catch a matinee. $5 Tuesdays are the best. There are a few arcade games to kill time if you early. read more

The theater is only a couple of years old and an excellent replacement for the dated, smelly one that was in Fernandina. Currently shows first run, new releases. 10 screens, small lobby but the seating is outstanding. Plenty of leg room, reclining backs, excellent sound and always clean. Haven't had a bad experience in here yet. Staff is polite, but not overly friendly. Popcorn has always been fresh. Wish they had wi-fi. read more

The theater was fair --and empty-- we took advantage of the $5 (plus tax) Tuesday night special -- THERE WERE 4 PEOPLE IN THE THEATER - US AND ANOTHER COUPLE. They played unending previews; followed by a string of commercials -- $13.30 plus tax and tip for a glass of wine -- they advertise their beverages showing them in glass cups -- not what I saw. The movie, THE POST, was excellent; with the exception of the beginning showing Viet Nam atrocities -- absolutely not for children. I started to walk out and wish I had known of the atrocities before going. read more

There is no bad seat in the entire theater! Chairs are extremely comfortable! Usually, I have a difficult time getting comfy, but not at this theater! Restrooms are spotless! I can't stand to use a dirty restroom! No problem here! I am still in awe that a theater serves alcohol! I didn't buy any, but my husband did. A little over priced, but we are talking theater prices! The previews were for all audiences. The times that I've had my kids, I did not end up explaining any uncomfortable topics. That's embarrassing! Again, not here! Really shocked by how gross this place has gotten. The lobby was hot, humid, and smoky. The hallway smelled horrible. The bathrooms look like they never get cleaned. Greasy handprints everywhere. AMC took out the self-service ticket kiosks so you have to buy them in the concessions and the line Is horrendously long. They have some catching up to do as it seem they bought out Carmike overnight and left a lot undone in the transition. read more

Brilliant idea 5000 seats and 5 toilets. Either don't buy any drinks or bring a bottle to urinate or wear Depends or bring a change of clothes. However there are 30 min of trailers so you could get your seats and then leave 10 min into the trailers to avoid the massive lines when the film ends read more

This theater seems to have changed management, or else just really fallen off the standards wagon. I couldn't believe how dirty it was on my last trip here (Sun. May 27). The floors were a mess, popcorn & trash littered the floor across the entire concessions area & in the theater. It looked like the place hadn't been swept all weekend, & like they were only partially cleaning in between showings in the theaters. My husband said the men's room had urine in the floor, and water all over the sink area. The ladies restroom was clean. This was Memorial Day weekend but at a matinee showing. We've been coming here since it's opening, and never seen it so dirty. read more

I understand the reason behind rules, and I support rules, but I'm just a couple months away from 17 and could not buy a ticket for a R rated movie. Then after one of my 20 year old friends buys my tickets they still don't let us in because he's not 21. This theater looks brand spanking new when you walk in, which I guess makes sense as people are telling me it is only a couple years old. You buy your tickets and snacks at the same time so there looked to only be one line. I guess this is only a downside if you just wanted tickets. Maybe they add a dedicated ticket line during busier times. They also have the new touch screen soda fountain. The theater itself was very comfortable. I am nearly 5'11" and appreciated that the seats reclined somewhat and that my knees weren't pressed to the back of the seat in front of me. The rows are also set at a strap incline, so the kid behind me was able to see as well. Great little place! read more

I was visiting the Amelia Island area while on vacation, and decided to see a movie. This was the closest movie theater to the area. I was very impressed with the experience. It is a clean, seemingly new theater with some of the best theater sound I've heard in a long time ( kind of a pet peeve of mine). Highly recommend it to those in the Amelia island area. read more
