My mom's food arrived late and was incorrect when it finally came out. What made the experience worse was the customer service. The female employee working had earbuds in during our visit and seemed irritated when we politely asked about the status of my mom's and my son's meals. Rather than providing an update or apology, her response came across as rude and unprofessional. We understand that mistakes can happen, but when food is delayed, incorrect, and customer concerns are met with poor service, it creates a frustrating experience. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this establishment and hope management addresses these issues.
