Plus, they're insuring that your flight will be a safe one!!! C'mon folks, give them a break! Once you DID get on your flight, did you not experience the miracle of flight??? Did you get from point A to point B with nary a bowel movement? Your ancestors would have given birth to 2 children while covering the same distance. Try to keep things in perspective. Maybe it's because I fly standby, so I'm accustomed to getting bumped from flights, but I still marvel at how irate some passengers become when their flight is delayed, and how willing they are to unleash on the gate attendant with all the venom that they can muster. I've also seen many gate attendants for other airlines that willingly take the bait and stoop to the level of the ticked off customer. Brianna Myles was the gate attendant, and she took more than an earful from 2 older ladies who were ticked off that their compensation wasn't HIGHER. You're getting PAID to make your flight, and you're STILL complaining? Just as I am certain that there are monkeys at the zoo that are horrified at the behavior of the other monkeys that constantly fling crap at each other, I was embarrassed to be part of the same human race...until Brianna's professional and kind response entered into the equation and restored my faith in humanity. It's a good thing, too. I was googling how to divorce humanity and become identified as a hippo, and the paperwork looked to be quite tedious and extensive. P.S. thanks for the snacks and drinks you gave us to munch on during our delay

    I flew into JFK roughly 4:00 PM 11/6, flying from Orlando. I had 1 carry on, that had my son's…read moremedication he needs every morning/night, my work computer and phone, and winter coats for when we landed in Vermont. I was told at the gate, I needed to check my carry on, and because I didn't have any other bag, I left all of my belongings I needed in that carry on. We were boarding the plane, my carry on was 2 feet from the plane, and somehow was tagged with someone else's name, and then left at MCO. My frustration happens when I land at JFK. There was a manager named Zack L. helping at first to locate my lost carry on that I was forced to check. The bag was found and I was told it would be in the next flight and I would have it by the end of the night. I asked Zack who can verify that my bag is getting on that plane, relaying the importance of my 2 year olds medication. He stated "I didn't even have to file the claim, and I did that for you, so what else do you want." I told him filing a claim that Delta lost my bag is the bare minimum of his job duties as the manager. He then stated "It has nothing to do with me, this is on you." I reminded him that he represents Delta and his customer service and way of speaking to PAYING customers was unacceptable. Then a woman who stated she was the next supervisor came out of the door, and stated "It's your fault you don't have your sons medication, if it was important you should've kept it on you." No introduction, no "Hello how can I help". I was visibly upset, worried about my son missing his medication timeline. All I wanted was someone to be able to confirm that my bag would be loaded. That was it. I was told "I'm leaving" and "We've already gone above and beyond by filing a missing bag claim for you", which yet again is the BARE minimum of their job. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectful by an airline company. They were rude from the start. The original gentleman we had was actually the one who filed the claim, NOT Zack, and right after he typed up the report, he came up to me with his coat on, back pack on, and said "The manager will help you I'm leaving." The worst customer service experience, and the worst flight experience. That was not how a manager behaves or treats paying customers, and all of the other employees involved showed lack of care for customers, and lack of professionalism.I was told my bag would be delivered in 1-6 hours after the flight lands. It is now 6 AM the NEXT day, and my bag is STILL NOT HERE. This is unacceptable and I expect a phone call apology for this entire experience as well as compensation for the trouble your employees caused from beginning to end.

    What a horrendous experience…read more December 2024 we left my husbands truck for 7 days and scheduled a detail. The detail was poorly done so management offered to re-clean it and refund the charge. May 2025 we left my car for 10 days and scheduled a detail. We called the day after we left to make sure everything was all set, since we had to leave my car at the airport and not at the park and wash (they were closed by the time we got to the airport). They said they had the car and they'd get it cleaned. Great. We arrive to pick up my car after our trip and they can't even find it. After 10 min of searching for my keys, the shuttle driver decides to ride around their lots with my husband to try and find it. Lo and behold, it never got cleaned while we were gone. The guy was apologetic and encouraged us to call the manager on Monday. So we did. After a few days of various excuses as to what happened, and different stories from each person, we're told we can come in on a weekend and have it done for free. Both ended up being lies. No weekend would actually work for them - so we scheduled for the week of July 4th as I'd be on vacation and wouldn't need my rig for work. Arrive to drop off my car on 7/2 and we're told the detail won't be free. Had we known this was going to happen, we would've gone elsewhere. Especially considering the place is totally out of our way. After a lot of back and forth with my very angry husband, the rude kid at desk and the manager Tammy, I agreed to pay a discounted rate and to pick it up the next day. The next day comes and I walk in. The kid at the desk immediately calls for the manager, Tammy. Tammy tells me there's an additional fee for pet hair. They claim I never mentioned that their would be hair in the vehicle - which was also a lie as my husband and I had stated throughout our many conversations with both people that my vehicle is used for business/there are multiple dogs in my car every single day. I laughed and said whatever. Paid $280 for a detail (including tip) and walked out. The best part? The detail job was absolute garbage. Definitely not worth what I paid OR the headache of dealing with this company. Half the car is clean, and the other half isn't. What's clean was so fully coated in oil that it's like a slip and slide. They also left my car unlocked in the parking lot over night. This place might be OK to just drop your vehicle off at while you're on vacation - but if anything goes wrong, I can imagine they'd be too helpful. Definitely save yourself the headache and get your car detailed somewhere else. Pictures of both mine and my husbands vehicles immediately after being detailed. I'd be embarrassed to send vehicles out like this.
