I am the "sister" in Frank J's review. Darryl Davis was exceptional. I sent my brother to get some information on some cars we had looked at after hours. Darryl helped him and sent him the information requested. My brother spoke very highly of Darryl so the next day we went together to test out some cars. I knew once I met Darryl, I was in the right place. We took a couple of cars for a ride, not once did I feel pressure to make a selection. I do want to say my plan going in was to take my time and not jump on the first car I liked, well, that didn't work I bought a car, mostly because I felt ver secure in the process and the car. After Darryl I was sent to talk with Angel Cruz, the finance manager. After talking with Angel, I knew I was going to be fine in my decision. Angel was very nice and personable, took the time to explain and answer and questions that I had. I have been a "Chevy" girl for a long time, I changed because of my experience with this group. This was shared with me today Ladies, never go to the Nissan 24 dealership in Brockton alone, and never hand over your keys without a backup set. I was subjected to a predatory "bait and switch" and held against my will after hours. I negotiated a written deal for a 2025 Nissan Armada with salesman Jonathan Thomas and manager Joel for $65,150. After they pressured me to post a 5-star Google review, they brought out the final paperwork with the price hiked by $4,410, plus nearly $2,500 in hidden fees (Zurich Shield and Security Guard) we never discussed. When I called out the "error," they admitted they changed the negotiated price of the vehicle. It was after closing; I was the only woman in the building with four men. They refused to return the keys to my trade-in vehicle, effectively trapping me there to force a sale. The manager repeatedly called me "sweetheart" in a patronizing attempt to dismiss my concerns. I had to repeatedly demand my own property back (car keys) before fleeing to the Brockton Police Department to report the incident. These particular associates at Nissan 24 are dishonest and predatory. Share this to protect others from these tactics. read more

Sunday. Nissan24 is closed but my sister and I stop in the Mobil station next door. While scratching lottery tickets my sister (who was currently in the market for a pickup truck) notices a couple of used Colorados and a Frontier that look nice but no listed prices. I offer to return Monday and get information on them. Monday. Before my appointment at the VA hospital I stop in. I meet Daryl Davis from Nissan24. I explained about my appointment and that I was looking for information on 3 used pickup trucks. First Daryl thanks me for my service (I too thanked him when he advised that he too was a US Army veteran). I show him the vehicles and ask him to text me the information including price. He takes my name and number (figured I could block him if he gets too pushy). I advised that it was for my sister and to take his time as she was unavailable that day. 2 hours later I get a text from Daryl. 2 are unavailable buy the 3rd is and he sends the info and closes with "if there is anything else she needs to let him know and to have a nice day". No pressure I could have deleted and moved on. I called my sister and she wanted me to go with her as she was a bit intimidated by some reviews. I text Daryl and schedule an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. I go home and look at reviews. Seems everywhere has good and bad reviews. Even the Subaru dealership I love has bad reviews but they don't sell pickups. So I kept an open mind. Tuesday. 6:30 a.m. my sister and I are driving by. She goes in. she finds a second vehicle for comparison. But wants to shop around. Noonish Daryl texts me. He is asking if we could give an approximate time to insure his availability and he is not trying to juggle customers. I tell him of the second vehicle. I arrive with my sister and noticed that both vehIchles were now pulled up front for us. We go to his cubicle. He takes some information. He advises us that one of the vehicles is an internet posted sale vehicle and that the discounts posted mean that the price is the final price. We see 2 postings in the cubicle about additional costs at closing (we customers call them "hidden fees and discounts "). I bring that to Daryl's attention that I respected that appreciate it being posted. He goes over vehicle #1. It is the lesser in expense. We take it for a test drive. Daryl encourages us to drive on route 24 as well as side roads. He also advised us to focus on needs over bells and whistles. We return. Same thing with vehicle #2. Remembering from the day before while arranging the appointment that Daryl workday ends at 4pm I advise my sister to skip the highway. Daryl insists we continue to the highway to get the true feel. We do test drive on route 24. We arrive back and after talking with my sister she wants vehicle #2. I advise her to think about it overnight. I ask Daryl if we could put a hold on vehicle #2. Daryl agrees and excuses himself to notify the sales manager. While he is away my sister tells me how comfortable she is with Daryl and that she wants vehicle #2 and to go forward with the purchase. Daryl returns she advised him that she will take the truck. Daryl goes gets paperwork, returns, goes over everything, my sister signs and goes to get the finance manager. He returns with Angel. Angel immediately thanks me for my service and asks us to come to his office. My sister now very comfortable, tells me to wait as she is all set. So now at about 4:30 (1/2 after Daryl's workday ended) we are sitting in his cubicle talking about places we served in the Army. I apologize for keeping him late. He again advised that everything is fine. I did not get any eye rolls or similar to indicate frustration with us or the time. After leaving my sister and I felt great. Did we get a super deal or get screwed? Who really knows without analyzing their profit margins and costs. Did she have buyers remorse? So far no. Did the Nissan brand name sell the car no. My sister was all through the years a Chevy person. This is the first Nissan she ever had so we will see. Daryl sold the pickup through his attitude and demeanor. Being a senior citizen I appreciate his patience with me and understanding enough to remind us to focus on our needs before bells and whistles . Even though he didn't advise us about the free popcorn (I noticed while enroute to the restroom, though he did give us water) I still strongly recommend Daryl to veterans, 1st time buyers and senior citizens. Daryl also advised us to keep his cell number and not be afraid to call with a question or if she had an issue. As a side note, even though we have yet to use the service department, when shown it was very clean. Second side note: a no time was I pressured to, or even asked to write a review of any type. read more

Zero Integrity- Sold the car while I was in the building If you value your time, your word, or basic professional ethics, do not step foot on this lot. I was in the middle of a deal with Jonathan Morales on a Acura MDX and made it a point to arrive early to conduct the deal. Despite being there 30 minutes before the "other" buyer even arrived, the management (Brian Agusto) decided to sell the car right out from under me. It's clear that at Nissan 24 a handshake and an active negotiation mean absolutely nothing. They don't care about building customer relationships or honoring the person who showed up first; they only care about whoever signs the fastest, regardless of who was promised the vehicle. I've never encountered a sales team so willing to tank their reputation for a single quick commission. Communication was poor, their ethics are non-existent, and their "customer service" is a facade. I'll be taking my business--and my loyalty--to a dealership that actually understands what integrity looks like. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Terrible customer service. Had to return on 3 separate occasions to sign paperwork due to the dealers inefficiencies. Gave me the car with no floor mats, no 2nd key, no sticker and tried to make me pay an additional $60 for a commercial plate even though I confirmed it was a commercial use vehicle 2 times during the purchase process. Then the sale manager rudely continued to tell me why i should pay the $60 even though he's not going to have me pay it. Learn from a true professional, you don't need to educate your customers and try to make them feel guilty when your dealership made the mistake. I am Furious!! I was looking at a car on the lot- so I called for a test drive. While I was out ' testing it' i.popped the hood and noticed tape around many of the wires in the engine area. When I got back I spoke to the man to let him know- he tried to tell me that this car CAME FROM THE MANUFACTURER with tape on the wires!! Then I went inside because he said he had GOOD NEWS for me.. I was already annoyed because of the tape. He already had all the paperwork printed for me my credit is good to excellent they tried to charge me $500 a month for a payment on a used $13,000 car I said forget it I'm walking out not only that I took a photo of the contract which he did not want me to do but when he moved his hand I snapped a quick picture this piece of dirt added on all these fees which I never asked for including some clear coating which was $2,500 extra dollars they doubled the documentation fee the average in Massachusetts is $340 they tried to charge me almost $700 and all kinds of other things I didn't ask for like etching Services which is another 200 unbelievable I'm calling the Attorney General's office this morning and I'm calling it a few other places to highlight the scandalous techniques this place uses they should be shut down for FRAUD!! Made an "express" oil change appointment two days in advance, showed up on time and am still waiting after 90 minutes. In addition I heard the service "manager make a comment after I asked what's up with the delay. In my experience showing up at the local mechanic for an express oil change, 30 minutes, another brand dealer with appointment 30-45 minutes and a free car wash, my ford truck with appointment 30-45 minutes. Beware! I purchased a vehicle from Nissan 24. I was sent into finance to do the paperwork and I declined on all of the added extended warranties. Once I declined the financial guy became rude and told me I could leave the office now. Paid cash, paperwork was done and signed by myself and dealer, 48 hrs later before I was supposed to pick up my vehicle I get a call that they made a mistake with the numbers and that I owed them $2700.00 more. Keep in mind we both agreed and signed all the paperwork 2 days prior. I told them no way and that I wanted my bank check back. They made me wait a week before reimbursing my money. I purchased a car here in July. They are the typical sales people. Most of us know what that means. "Oh i have to get my supervisor to approve this deal, I will be right back" At that point the sales guy runs off to a location where you can't see him, you wait for 25 mins ... sales guy comes back. MAGICALLY your deal (Which isn't really a deal) is approved. I expect all that from anyone who sells cars for living. I get it. Fine. The issue I have is with the "After sales". For the past month, I have been contacted weekly by some young lady asking me about a free oil change. The first call she lied and said I had an oil change scheduled for the following day and she wanted to confirm the appointment. I had no such appointment. I asked her nicely to remove my number from the sales call list please. These calls have happened 3 more times. Today's call is the reason for my review. Today she calls and ask me "Hey is this Tatiana, I wanna know if you're ready to schedule that free oil change" Ummm Didn't I ask that I not be contacted again? She lies again "I don't see where I have ever you, Do you want the oil change or not?!" They are the typical car dealership, you get what you get. But after I purchased the car, LEAVE ME TF ALONE!!! A superior experience, from beginning to end! Not only did I find precisely what I was after, but I got a killer deal. Every detail of the experience, from selection and test drives to purchase and drive-off, was -- honestly -- a breeze. And I'm writing this as someone who loathes this process! I was blown away. His name is JOSE DASILVA. Look him up! He's the guy who will cut-to-the-chase, focus on your needs, honor your budget, and -- best of all! -- respect your intelligence. Yes, we dealt with the owner Ed Kardon and Mark, the sales manager. They were both courteous, helpful, and totally real. But Jose is the guy you need to connect with. I bought a car from Nissan 24 in the beginning of July and 2-2 1/2 weeks in the car is accelerating really fast and the motor is going faster than it should going up to 4-5 rpms and I'm not even driving it fast. It has been back to the service department 2 times and this last time they kept it over night. It doesn't happen all the time but happens at least a couple of times a day. They keep saying they don't see it happening it's a very scary when it happens. I have 2 children and scared I'm going to get into an accident cause the car accelerates fast on it's on. I should add this is a brand new car. Don't think I should be trying a car that drives like this after spending a ton of money to buy it. Unethical practices. I filed a complaint with FTC. I got approved through capital one for a specific car that i wanted through their dealership. After i looked at my approval and my monthly cost they stated they will get back to me the next day. They wanted me to put a deposit on a vehicle that i have yet to have any agreement for which i declined. when they called next day, it started off that i will need to pay taxes and fees out of pocket. I looked at the break down of my approval and i see all the dealer fees and all the sales tax applied and i was approved at that rate. So when i went in to meet with the financial manager he tried to stick me with bumber warranty and gap ins which i didnt ask for quoting me at a bigger down payment. Had them remove all that extra stuff then thats when im looking at the numbers and he stated the car price is $18383. Which the down payment he was asking for was for that big jump. I asked how is the car that amount when its listed for 16k thats almost 2000 more that you want me to pay out of pocket? He says we list prices at that rate to get people in here but thats not the cost of the vehicle. So they really had me sit there for 2 days like if i am a fool. Back and forth all the way to brockton for them to raise the price of a vehicle after having my approval and running my credit. Hard inquiries. Im all set with this place. read more

This is the shady type of dealership that gives all dealerships a bad name. Tried to insist I sign an agreement without all the numerical values filled in, when I refused they filled them in but intentionally totaled wrong to add back in a BS $500 charge we had agreed to back out if sales price. Then in direct violation of MA GL refused to give me a copy of signed executed contracts for financing and purchase and sale. Part of purchase included installing a remote starter, they did not use OEM equipment and I got a garbage off brand starter and an additional key fob to carry around. I would say very young and inexperienced staff overall who have no good leadership. Stay far away! read more

Terrible dealership I refuse to waste another second here, it saves me the headache to just go and pay to have done what they should have done for me to begin with. First of I'm not going to get into depth and get all nuts because it's not worth it, I'll just list off the shady things that happened to me there. I braight a pre-approved loam from capital one with a 6% give or take a half a percent to them when I arrived, they told me they could get a better rate for me with one of their other searches that they hit your credit report with (I got 6 hard inquiries on my credit report in one day) stupid me I believed them and like a moron I didn't read the entire contract so my fault I know better..... but still doesn't change the fact that my rate was actually 7.8% !!!! I mean what kind unethical JUNK is that?! That's going to cost me a lot of money in interest through the term of the loan..... can't believe that still.... Second, the day after I got the car home I realized all the clips holding the bumper in place were missing! So trying to contact my salesman was a joke of a task (he was all set he made his commission) I finally drove the 1hr drive to get there with the car.... they tell me they need to keep it for a day.... well this means I'll need a car right? Courtesy car maybe? Nope they told me they would give me a DISCOUNTED rental rate!!!! WOW after I just spent over 20k they actually had the stones to do that to me..... After the "repairs" were done picked up the car (and paid) got the car off the highway, put the windows down to hear a clicking noise, metal on metal type noise.... here we go again pulling hard and going a crazy amount of trouble to finally get them to look at it again, they need it for a few hours, the only time I could bring the car was in the morning, but I have work..... I'll need a car right? They tried to charge me again!! So when I got upset I said " I mean I would understand if it was $50 or something but $200+?! What's the matter with you guys ?! After an hour someone came down and said, we'll let you off the hook with the rental for $50...... THE SAME PRICE I SUGGESTED?! So what? They are just trying to get as much of your cash as your willing to give? What kind of customer service is that?! After going through all this, got the car back, THE BUMPER IS STILL MESSED UP!! the grill was lose. The edges of the bumper couldn't even get clipped in they would always pop back out..... awesome... I'm bringing my car to a real Nissan dealership and going to PAY just to never have to look at that building again. Going to cost hundreds probably, but I'll gladly do it to never have to spend one More second dealing with this unethical, low end dealership. I am going to get it fixed and then I am going to write the whole story down kna 49 page letter and send it to corporate along with the evidence and paperwork to go along with it. I originally gave this Dealership 4 stars, nothing against the dealership. It has to do with the salesman Mr Palmer that I dealt with in the buying of my car. The finance guy Gary, was great, and the salesman seemed good at first, but as it got closer to me picking up my car became more frustrating than it should have been. Mr Palmer was supposed to get an inspection sticker for my new vehicle so I wouldn't have to bother with doing that. He told me I could get the inspection sticker myself and then take a picture of it and he would send me a check fir the cost of the sticker. Now mind you Gary from finance had told me to make sure Mr Palmer got a sticker for me, but the salesman decided that was something he didn't want to do for whatever reason. No big deal, I got the sticker, took a picture of it sent it to the salesman, he texts me back he needs a receipt! The garage gave me a receipt, I can't find it anywhere! So I reply back to him, that I can't believe he cannot take my word that I paid for the sticker I sent him the picture of! I wasn't nasty at all to him, let him know in a nice diplomatic way how disappointed I was with him, told him the $35 was not going to hurt me, and that I was done with him! Not long after that I was thinking of calling the manager at the dealership and let him/ or her what had happened. But to my surprise I received a reply back from Mr Palmer, and he said they were going to cut a check for me and send it to me! I thanked him and told him I appreciated it! I asked for a specific vehicle by providing the stock and vin, they told me it was in the lot and I asked multiple times to confirm it was on the lot they said yes it's here. I made the 30 minute drive when I arrived the sales girl was not available and they told me the vehicle was at another dealership and asked if I would like to look at other vehicles. I had called ahead to see a Nissan pathfinder which was quoted in consumer reports build and buy site as being a certain price. They claimed to not know the code on the site. He asked me to login on his computer with my login, because they couldn't find the "code". He proceeded to go "talk to the manager" as he left us sitting there for 45 minutes waiting, and did not even check in. Bottom line is after 2hrs and 15 minutes, the manager could not honor the price. They couldn't quote me a price for my used car , it will be on the papers he said. Shortly after the manager came over with a higher price for the car, and a list w my quoted trade in. Meanwhile he held my car keys the whole time, probably so I wouldn't leave. They held on to my registration and had me so frustrated, I left without getting it back. I called because I live an hour away and they claimed they didn't have it. I have called and emailed twice for them to email me the "copy" they claim to have and no response. The bottom line is, this dealership is unprofessional and not worth your time, and they're game of claiming one price online, and higher in person, while playing games and making you wait hours for results. Bad news. Highly recommend you go elsewhere, don't waist your time with these crooks. read more

Terrible customer service once you sign on the dotted line. Staff does not return phone calls, no attention to detail or follow through on what was negotiated at time of signing. I made 5 trip to close on my car. Picked up the car, no registration, no inspection sticker, no rain shields ( they were not ordered until a week later- when they were requested at time of signing). Took another week to get them delivered . Owner "ED" doesn't seem to care much either sent him 2 emails..his response..."we're trying to get better"-did not address any issues Iraised in my email too him... Finance failed to let me know there was a $1,000 fee for GAP insurance- my auto insurer charges $25 annually for GAP insurance! Was told I would have to sign P & S docs all over again if I wanted to eliminate GAP insurance and I was told by eliminating it would not lower my payments. WRONG- payments lowered and no, Nissan did not get to make a BIG commission on GAP insurance and YES , I did sign a new P & S. Flash drive had no documents on it from the sale. Finance lady told "paper is eliminated and this is how we save trees"- really? I had to make another trip to get copies of all my paperwork- that's when I discovered the $1,000 cost for GAP insurance.... I was accused of not paying for a remote starter I had installed- I have the receipt, notified the owner and never got an apology or response from him or Jason who through my salesperson GUY accused me of not paying....RUDE!!! Left Jason a voicemail about his accusation- never got a call back- no apology... I have placed a call to Corporate Nissan to complain about the many issues I had. They have already called me back to further investigate. I will never buy a car from Nissan 24 again. I thought I would have great service since this was the 2nd vehicle I purchased in four years from them but sadly they couldn't care less. You guys need a better finance person. I will not be signing a new lease with Nissan after my 3 years are up. When signing my lease I was told by the finance guy I was able to refinance my lease in a couple of months. Well the joke was on me. I called today and that wasn't the case. I feel like I was lied to at the time so I would move forward with the lease. I should've gone with my gut of not signing at the time knowing my monthly payment was more than I wanted to go with. Updated review - after taking my car to another place for service I mentioned how Nissan 24 informed me that I needed brakes replaced immediately. My new shop was like "um no". I figured considering there was only 20k miles on my car. They sealed the deal that i won't ever go back. Originally they said they put air in my tires when I know they didn't as I have sensors that tell me my PSI - I gave them three chances. read more

I first came here in 2015 with my boyfriend's family and although I loved my first car from 2011, I was interested in leasing a new car. I was pretty nervous and did not like the idea of entering a dealership because I've seen it all before with my parents and I absolutely hate the entire process. I was introduced to Mark Zurlo and from the start I could tell he was a genuine sales consultant - he wasn't pushy or intimidating, and understood how I felt whenever I expressed my concerns or worries. It was definitely a long process, but I was satisfied knowing that I was working with someone who went above and beyond for quality customer service. Fast forward to 2017, I got my second leased car again with Mark and it was definitely worth it. For as long as Mark works here, he's definitely my go-to. I told him if he ever leaves he better tell me or I'll be real upset. Just kidding... maybe. Anyway big kudos!! read more

Jason Ferrier (the manager) was the most unprofessional salesman of all. He was the one who pulled all the bait and switch routines, dismissed the lies I was told by the woman who assured me that I could get a car for the advertised price, and continued to raise the price of the lease and down payment necessary. His secretary has reached out to me to discuss this with Jason, as if he was unaware. Jason knows exactly what happened here. I have no desire to continue any dialogue with him. If I could give this dealership a 0 star rating, I would. I normally do not leave reviews for a business, but everyone should be advised not to use Nissan24 as their dealership. After receiving a pre-approval online for financing, I received a text and email from a representative to schedule an appointment to visit the dealership. Due to my busy work schedule, it took me a couple weeks before I was able to stop by. They assured me that this was not an issue. When I was available, I reached out and was told to come in to meet with someone named Mark. When I arrived, the gentleman who greeted me seemed to have no idea who Mark was, but he asked my husband and I to sit with him because he could "help". This gentleman's name was Jose and Jose had a very hard time finding my online application. After quite awhile of searching, he was able to locate it and thus began our search for my new (used) vehicle. We talked about the type of vehicle I was interested in and I made it VERY clear that I needed an SUV as I travel with quite a bit of equipment for work. I mentioned that I liked the Nissan Rogue, but I was open to other SUV suggestions. Jose then raved about how much he loved his personal Nissan Rogue. Jose left us for a bit of time and asked us to come outside to look at the first vehicle he had to show us. I was not given the option to go around the lot to look at different cars. I was only allowed to look at the ones selected for me. This first car was a small sedan (not even close to what we had discussed). Jose agreed (yet again) that I need an SUV and told me he would be back. The next vehicle he brought to me was a 2013 Nissan Rogue. I took the car for a test drive and I told him I was sold. We went inside to do paperwork and I was assured that I would be approved (even though I had received a "pre-approval" that meant nothing apparently). I had to leave a deposit to secure the vehicle which I was not comfortable with where I was not guaranteed anything. I was told that I would hear back the next day and Jose gave me his phone number to text and follow up. The next day, I texted Jose in the afternoon looking for an update. I was told it would be another few days and he made me feel like I was a bother reaching out to him. When I did not hear anything by Monday afternoon, I followed up again. Again, I was told it would take longer and Jose's texting was AWFUL! I could barely understand a word he typed... VERY unprofessional. I ended up calling Nissan24 to speak with someone else. This person I spoke with told me I had 24 hours to come up with another $3000 upfront if I wanted the Rogue. This was after Jose had told me I should not have a problem getting approved with the down payment I was already making along with my trade-in. This news was also not given to me until I called them to get some information. This dealership is horrible when it comes to communication. A few days later, I was able to come up with just about all of the $3000 and I contacted the dealership to see what my options were. They would not take my money until all $3000 was in full and they would not work with me. Yet again, Jose was no help either. Two weeks later, I got a letter in the mail saying I was not approved for financing through Nissan24. Their guaranteed approval is an absolute scam. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, but if you do end up using them, good luck on getting information (I hope you are in no rush to get a car) and DO NOT use Jose as a salesman. read more

I been to this location a couple of times. On this particular day I went for a simple oil change, tire rotation with balance. Needless to say, my tires were not balanced properly or even at all. It was drifting to the left and shaking. I drove it for a 2 weeks thinking maybe the tries needed to adjust from the rotation. No, I know better than that. I took it back To have them fix it properly, I sat there for 3 hours for the advisor to come and say the Weights could've fell off and we just cleaned the rim off and put new ones. I opened my center console to find my stuff rummaged through. Not sure if they were looking for the wheel lock key, when I was there prior I asked if they needed it, the first advisor told me no, we use a universal for liability reasons. I did not appreciate this visit. my vehicle still shakes and alrighty drifts. I'm pretty sure I won't go back here again. On top of that I was told my multi point inspect was great, how when my prev multipoint had some things on it which I never fixed. Did they even truly do a multipoint? Did they even really do an oil change? I don't think so! read more
