I booked with these people a month in advance and paid a $200 deposit for my hyundai elantra. Throughout this whole "process" (if I can even call it that) they have not been communicative AT ALL. I had called like two weeks prior because I noticed they hadn't reached out to me like they had promised when you book on their site. It says they will contact you shortly. Which is funny because I've had to initiate each and every time just for an update. I called again and asked for another update and all they could tell me was they were still working on finding me a driver and that Athena would contact me (they claimed she was gonna contact me the week before but never did). Athena did then text me and said it was too early to have a driver assigned to me but they were working on it. This was about 9 days for when I have it scheduled to ship. I text again and ask for an update on Thursday and no response. So on Friday July 10th I call to cancel and ask for a refund and they said okay and they will Athena know. I all of a sudden get a text today, the day before it was SUPPOSED to ship and they said they have found me a driver and that they'll send me over paperwork. Even though I canceled on Friday I still went ahead and checked my email and there was no paperwork lol I called and it went straight to voicemail (still ghosting me). I also texted them about this and no answer. This company is a scam and if they are a "legit" company they have extremely poor communication skills and are disorganized. Spend your money elsewhere. I am still waiting on my refund. I have no idea if they have initiated one or not since they don't communicate effectively. They may try to say they don't have records of me and to update my name like they are doing to other reviews complaining but they know who I am.
