So I was getting my tub and tile refinished Earnie was absolutely amazing, he got back to my questions in a days time and when it came down to actually do the job, very professional was able to get it done within 1 day when it was suppose to be a 2 day job which helped us out so much and both the tub and tile came out fantastic! I had a porcelain tub/shower remodel that ended up with some chemicals on the tub that I thought I might need to get a full refinishing job done on. Ernie spoke to me over the phone for about 15 minutes answering all my questions and reviewing pictures I texted to him for his professional opinion. He was very informative and clear about his booking process and pricing and suggested that I get a few quotes before making my decision. He was very reasonably priced and I appreciated his professionalism very much. When I chose to move forward with his services, he was punctual and followed through with all that he told me he'd do. I got the 40 min. Courtesy text letting me know he was on his way and showed up at the exact time he told me he would. After looking at my tub in person, he felt that he could remove the chemicals and not need to do a full refinishing job, saving me $500! He told me if for any reason I was not satisfied with the professional chemical removal job, he'd be happy to come back, within two months, and do the refinishing for the difference in price from what I paid and the quoted refinishing price. He spent two hours working hard and made my bathtub look like new and at a fraction of the price I thought it would take to fix the problem. This guy is awesome! I wish I had taken before and after pictures but I didn't think about it and honestly, what the tub looked like before was horrible (you really wouldn't want to see it, trust me). The previous owners (flippers) had used some type of DIY spray cover and within a few months of us using the tub, it had started to peel horribly to the point where you couldn't take a bath and we put down non slip mats to try to keep the paint from peeling more (unfortunately, this made it worse). I found this company through Yelp! and even though he only had a few reviews, they were all 5 star. Checked him out on the CSLB website and no problems. He was on time, friendly, and did an AMAZING job! Our tub looks brand new! He even put in a new plug (we'd only had a rubber stopper before). He put in a no slip finish throughout half the tub so you could still take a bath without rubbing your bum but not slip while taking a shower. I felt the no slip finish needed to be extended a little bit further and he came out a few days later, no problem, no extra charge. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him!
