Boy has this place gone downhill since the new ownership. Now I hear that the new owners are going to turn it into an "express" car wash, to get rid of the few remaining jobs they have left. What a shame!! This business used to be a real asset to the COMMUNITY! It was a fixture here in Bradenton, a good place to go with great service. The new owners have no interest in the community, they are clearly just looking for a cash cow. Someone needs to open up another full service car wash in this area, they will make a great living at it if they do. In the meantime, I'll be taking my business of 20 years elsewhere. This is my second review. I thought I was going to be able to update to more stars but, I will not. I went back for them to fix the problem and the guy must have thought because I was a woman that I was ignorant. He came up with an excuse for why there were water spots left on my car, armor spots all over my car from the tires and windows not cleaned cleaned properly. The bottom line, my car wasn't cleaned right and they were being lazy! This is not the first time but the First time I said something because it was the worst. read more

I don't know why I keep coming back here. I wish there was another car wash in town that knew what they were doing. The owner is very nice, I've interacted with him many times, but the operation here is grossly mismanaged. First off, they do a mediocre to acceptable job of cleaning your vehicle. That's not really my complaint, the issue is how slow they move. 6 cars takes them more than 45 mins to process, its ridiculous. I've been to car washes that can put 60 cars thru in that time span. ...if there is a line, you will be there for hours! I even brought this up to the owner one time and his response was "I rather do a good job and take longer" which I would appreciate if the car was immaculate, but it's not. They desperately need to speed up their operation or another, faster car wash needs to come near AMI. read more

I've been to MANY car washes in the area... Comparing price and service along with a staff that cares about your vehicles appearance then American Care Care gets 5 stars in my book... I've tried others that cost substantially more for less service... ( others charge more than $20 for a car wash? ) American Care Care does NOT and they're the best! One caveat.. I had a bad experience here I was waiting there to check out and pay and the cashier was chatting with someone for a while. And I'm just standing there waiting wanting to go sit down. Then when I got my car it still had. A bunch of sand and the windows looked like they missed a bunch of spots. They tried to make it right and they vaccummed it again and it was better but still had to go home and clean it. Don't think I'll be going back again read more

Gosh...how many times have i been here now and had multiple washes and appointment only details. I've been to many car washes both in the Bradenton area and in Tampa where i work. These folks move fast and do AMAZING work in the amount of time that they get their hands on the car. The most expensive option via machine is the ultimate for about $24 and I've come through with a FILTHY car, no exaggeration. They also have complete detail options for very reasonable prices. Yes, the line can be long and once you're in it, you can't leave but it's no secret so it's worth the wait for the price. I'm outside of Bradenton but i still come here for my car washes and detailing. They're awesome! read more

I recently moved to Florida and this is the first car wash that I tried out. I drove from VA to FL so as you can imagine my car was in serious need of TLC because every bug found its way on my grill and windshield. I was impressed with the quality of service that I received with the ultimate car wash package. The price was well worth it. They even gave my furbaby a doggie treat. I paid with my card and was unable to leave a tip. I will have to remember to bring cash for a tip next time. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I understand factoring in time due to Covid, less staff due to less business. Yet there's 6 cars it took 45 mins just to get to the first (vacuum part) station. Efficiency is seriously lacking! Best car wash here in Bradenton. I love the product they use to clean the dash and interior it just makes it look really nice and it last long. Detailing is a little expensive, but then again you get what you pay for. Again this place will make your clean shine. read more

I've used this car wash for many years. They do a good job of cleaning inside and out. I've also had them clean the engine compartment, also well done. My problem with them is they are very slow. Even with a small line of perhaps 10 cars it takes 45 minutes. I mentioned this on a previous visit and the man behind the counter became very upset and gave an abrupt response. Today was no different but I knew that going in. It was slow as expected but I saw the same man behind the counter treat an older customer very rudely when he mentioned the long wait and referred to him as a "F---ing A--hole" as he left. I'm going to find a new place to have my car washed. read more

Been using them forever and besides the occasional charger or lotto tickets etc coming up missing it's been decent. But yesterday took my truck through on the way to the airport to pick someone up so was crunched on time. Once I got back in the truck I realized they had cracked my dashboard. Of course no one said anything. So went by today and talked with the owner. And it went as expected denied it was them was unapologetic and just kept saying "I don't know what to say". I was there today they was so busy and I was never there before so I couldn't even find out how much it was to clean my car with. Out getting in line and then once you are in line there is no getting out.price isn't bad but they didn't even vacuum my back seats. So I won't go back there anymore I'll go a little out of my way and go to the first place I went since moving here. They did a much better job. read more

Slowest car wash of my life. I arrived with 4 cars in front of me, but the entire wash took almost a full hour. This was a basic wash. If you have a hour in your day to watch some of the slowest moving people around vacuum cars, this is the place for you. After all of that time they still didn't get some of the bug marks off the windshield.One positive note, I did have plenty of time to watch a young man work in the detailing section on a car and it looked like he was doing a great job. For a quick wash and vacuum, I'll have to find somewhere else. read more

My criticism of this location is not with their quality of service. They do good work and are professional. What is SO frustrating is the length of time you are held hostage in their lineup to get a wash. It can take a half hour or more, if busy, from the time you enter the lot until the time you escape the other end. Once you get locked in there is no escape since you are literally trapped by any car that enters behind you. So if you have a half hour or more to kill, this is a good car wash. read more

Took my Mercedes AMG 63 here as I saw decent reviews on Yelp. When I pulled there was a line so I couldn't see the small print as to what all each car wash included. Once the the man writing your requested wash ticket came to my car I asked what the Ultimate was, he didn't even take the time to explain just wrote me a ticket and walked away...I thought okay maybe he just didn't hear me correctly, guess I am getting The Ultimate (the most expense option). The man inside checking me out was pretty rude. I sat inside and waited for my car because it was pretty hot outside. No one ever called my name, car, or any kind of notice. Yet I walked outside as no one was working on my car anymore. I asked another worker if it was done and he said yes. My driver door was wide with the keys inside - didn't ask for any proof...ANYONE could have gotten in my car and walked...good thing I was actually watching it verse on my phone, watching TV, or talking like the others were. SCARY!! I jumped in the car as I was upset so far with the entire service. Inside looked clean but Leather Treatment was SUPER streaking and not rubbing in all the way. Once I got home I actually realized how horrible of a wash it was too. There are water spots and streaks all over AND I still have bird poop still all over the car...I definitely should have checked the outside before I left as I would not have driven off the lot with a STILL dirty car...especially after paying for the more expensive one... HORRIBLE all around...DO NOT GO THERE. read more

Very disappointing. If you want a clean car forget it. If you want a car washed and don't care if it's dirty, then this is the place for you. It had been a few months and my car needed a cleaning. I took it in and got "The Works". The car came out and the guy was toweling it off and I opened the gas fill door and asked him to clean it out. He acted like I was fom Mars. I then opened the doors and opened the windows so he could clean the door jams and wipe the tops of the windows. He said he just cleans the outside of the car. As he was wiping the jams, poorly, I noticed his rag was dirty and the bumper had dried dirty water all over it. He took off and next thing I know the manager and owner were standing next to me saying I was "Nit Picky". I said really? Is paying $17 for a clean car and wanting a clean car "Nit Picky"? Pretty sad what this county is coming too, when the customer doesn't get what he pays for... I've been to dozens of car washes and seen most poeple do the same as I've done and none have had issue with it. Lazy people, the new obama normal... I'll never go back... read more

We are here from Indiana on vacation. Our car was filthy! This place made or car shine inside and outside! The price was very reasonable. For $11.95 we got a full exterior wash, sweep and wash windows inside, towel hand dry. I feel I got exactly what I paid for and then some. read more

Paid over 20 dollars for "the works" and was extremely disappointed. First, the front lower end of the car looked completely unwashed. It was still caked with dirt, and even had a bug splat over 5 inches across, just left on the front of the car. Next, they took no time to wash inside the badges of my car, so while most of the paint is shiny, the paint in the badges is still caked with dirt. And then, the wheels.... they washed and polished the outer face of the wheels and nothing more. Every other surface of my wheels were still BROWN with brake dust and completely dry. Directly after the wash, i rubbed a finger on those portions of the wheels and my finger came off colored black. I will not be returning to this car wash. read more

Rough night out. Needed someone to clean some post-party barf off my front seat. Googled auto details this morning. They weren't easy to find online but popped up. When I called, Zack answered. He was very friendly, answered my questions and told me how to get to the shop. Thank goodness they're open early. I was in, out and the seat looks as good as new. It was pretty painless. They used to care, not anymore. The guys drying said they were not done with the inside, they walked away for at least 5 minutes leaving all four doors open while cars were zooming off. Glass was streaked, and dotted, base boards dirty, a piss poor job. They act like you're lucky they do anything at all. Owner is over bearing. Will not trust them with my vehicle ever again. Poorly managed. Lines were slow. Understaff. Owner just insisted they were doing "best that they can". Was not interested in hearing why service was too slow. Who wants to spend an hour at a car wash! Any nearby competition that is well managed will close this place. Owner need to be more customer oriented. read more

I have used this facility for years and was very pleased initially. Unfortunately, in the past year the service has deteriorated. I asked them to run my car back thru a couple months ago and they did so albeit reluctantly. I considered going elsewhere but due to convenience I decided to try them again today. Let's say the results were not up to my standards. I didn't bother asking them to take it back thru as the fellow at the desk was too busy watching TV to pay attention to what was happening in the work area. If I am going to have to go completely over a car after taking it thru the car wash, I may as well do it myself....and that's basically what I had to do. Wheels were dirty, water spotting all over. Bug residue still on the front and mirrors....really disappointed. I won't bother giving them another try. BTW, was curious why on a beautiful day after a rainy day they weren't busy....I think I've now figured it out!! read more

Our friend told us about this place and I took my husbands 08 truck to have it claybared as a surprise for him. They did a beyond great job on his truck and I was surprised how new it looked again. Then my car was totaled and we temporarily bought a beater car for like a grand and I took it there for detailing inside and out and I was amazed how well they had that old car looking. Now I have a 2018 and I go weekly to have my car washed. The staff is great, hard working, and know what I like even when I forget to tell them no air freshener or such they remember. The line can be long at times and once you are in line you can't leave, but otherwise no complaints. Once you make it to the front of line and they start on your car you are out of there in no time. I have yet to figure out how they do such a great job in such a short time. read more
