Mark (the salesman) was outstanding. 4) They let you test drive their vehicles alone (they do not accompany you on test drives). 5) *MAKE SURE YOU GO GET AN INSPECTION DONE WITH YOUR OWN MECHANIC BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING ONE OF THEIR CARS!* I failed to get a professional inspection done before I bought my used car from them. *WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OF BRINGING MY CAR HOME, I HAD TO PAY $2,300 IN REPAIR COSTS.* 6) Took 2 months to get my title. 7) Do not tell them you are paying with cash until the very end! :)

Prior to my visit to the Car Spot, I talked to Sean a salesperson who was assisting me in getting financed for a vehicle. He assured me I was already approved and I only had to come pick out a vehicle, and have my down payment. Before leaving home I emailed my bank statements as requested. We arrived 30 minutes later and he didn't make me feel "warm", no smile, no thank you for coming". He showed me the vehicles he thought would be in my monthly payment range, and gave me the key to walk out and look at them...I thought sales reps walked out with us to answer any questions we may have about the vehicles. But I overlooked it, and I test drove a vehicle that I was interested in. The vehicle was nice. I will say. We sat there for two hours just trying to give me a quote on what the monthly payments would be. We ended up leaving because he didn't have an answer back I assume from the finance person. Next day, no call. I had to end up calling. He "couldn't talk", but he continued to text and I couldn't understand why my call WASNT returned as a courtesy. He then stated I needed to pay more money down when he assured me he would get the deal done with my initial down payment. I'm more disappointed in the wait, the lack of customer service I received, and it seemed to be a game to get me into the dealership so I could pay more money for the down payment. I could've paid more money down but with this experience, I would just try to find another dealership who appreciates my business. These dealership want you to be open and honest with them but it's not retuned. Save your time and money! ----as iof 4:15 pm, someone has replied back to my post.
