I don't think most people have a "good" towing experiences, so to speak, but Ted Whitlock came about as close to good as you can get. Ted answered my call personally, narrowed down my location, and had his tow truck there in just 10 minutes. He was very pleasant and professional throughout the tow process. Ultimately, it took just 5 minutes for my car to be on the truck and heading to its destination. After everything was said and done he sent a receipt for my insurance company, and after my insurance rejected that receipt he was speedy in getting back to me with a new one. I can't speak to how good his pricing is (I don't have experience in tow prices) but I would definitely recommend if you're in the Loganville area and need a tow.

Owner lied to me (again) and said that the reason the patch took so long was because the plug was leaking air. I told him that IF that was true, it wouldn't matter if there's a leak or not because the plug should be removed before the patch is applied (my husband's a trained mechanic).
