I pay $42/month for the ability to wash my car daily in their automatic process but the line is usually out to the road to where I can't even wash my car. Once you get through the line to wash, there's another line to use the vacuums and spot dry your car. Half the time, there aren't any towels in the clean towel bin and you have to walk to another station to find one. The other day, there were no clean towels at all....none. The lady next to me trying to take care of her car was asking for a representative as she had a baby in her car that she couldn't leave. The car typically comes out clean although the tires need some extra help despite tires being part of the automated process. As part of the wash, they offer vacuum, towels, glass cleaner, and compressed air. I pay $25 for the Deluxe one time service to take my wife's car through the wash and be able to detail it. Her car doesn't show dirt as much as my white car, nor does she drive it as much which is why I pay for the monthly service.

They ruined the inside panel of my car during a wash and then tried to claim it was already damaged when I dropped it off. That was not the case. If it had been damaged beforehand, shouldn't they have pointed it out or made a note of it before taking the car? They initially acted like they were going to make it right by giving me their insurance company's information. I called the insurance and filed a claim, only to find out the owner told the insurance company that the car was damaged when I arrived. The insurance then asked me to provide pictures of the car before the damage. Why would I have pictures of something that wasn't damaged? It was clear at that point that We Care Autowash had no intention of taking responsibility from the start. Their behavior was dishonest and completely unprofessional. It's one thing for accidents to happen. It's another to lie to your customer and to your insurance company to avoid accountability. We Care Autowash has shown me that they do not care about their customers, their integrity, or doing the right thing. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with damage and zero accountability afterward.

I know I am not the only one with a problem because lines have been LONG, but I have to hand it to the Mr. Wash staff because they are out and about in sub zero weather and they are so friendly and patient. Even with long lines, I am usually in and out in about ten minutes and if I have extra time I do a quick vacuum as well. A clean car is a healthy mind. I highly, highly recommend this spot.

Can't believe how many times I've checked in here, but never left a review…read more This is a decent enough basic machine car wash, conveniently located near a busy intersection in Falls Church off Gallows Road near Rt. 50 & the beltway. You used to be able to go through and get a one-time wash but for a while now they only offer unlimited only, meaning you have to purchase a monthly membership and if you don't use it often it's really not worth it value-wise. Spring, summer, and fall it washes the car just fine, but I went through to get the salt off from our recent snowstorm on the East Coast and it cleaned the top half of my car, but it did not clean off the salt at all, which was disappointing! Thankfully I had a towel and could rub some of it off while it was still wet (that's what she said lol). They did get smart however with their vacuums because they used to always be open to anyone at the push of a button, but now it's $3 for eight minutes for non-members and if you're a member it's unlimited vacuum time. Regardless, if you remember or not, you turn it the vacuums now via a QR code.

First Appointment - After 5 minutes past my morning appointment time I texted back the phone number that I had received confirmation texts on. 15 minutes later I get a text back saying that they're not open and were unsure how I was able to book the appointment for that date/time. I get it -- systems have bugs. I gave them a pass since they have a good rating on Yelp and Google so I rescheduled for two days later. Second Appointment - I received the same appointment confirmation and automated reminder texts. After 5 minutes past my afternoon appointment I texted. This time I received an excuse that they were mobile and sometimes get stuck in traffic. That did not explain why I didn't get a message about running late until well after my scheduled appointment. Third Appointment? - Never. I suggest others to stay away due to this businesses lack of: basic communication, professionalism to keep appointments, and regard for customer's time.

It would have been nice to get your inside vacuumed even with an exterior wash, since you're waiting for cars ahead of you. My car came out pretty cleaned, although the windows could have been dried better.
