    I couldn't be happier with the service and care at American Collision Center. My Insurance company referred them to me because they specialize in Teslas, and believe me they do. Michael was kind, professional, and helpful in making sure I wasn't inconvenience anymore than I already had been from the accident. He worked with insurance company and even helped set up a rental. They picked me up from the shop and I was on my way. 13 days later , ahead of schedule , I picked up my car and it looked perfect. Like it never even happened. Correction: it was even better because Michael had the car washed before I got it back! If you are referred to this company, know that you're in good hands and you will be taken care of.

    Excellent repair job on my Tesla with lifetime warranty, quick turnaround and fantastic customer service. Tina front desk is awesome. I highly recommend them in lieu of Tesla collision repair.

    What a wonderful experience at American collision center in Northridge. From their elite and responsive customer service to quality precise work. I had taken my wife's bmw that had been rear ended bad, in a fast short period of time, American collision slammed dunk the whole process with the other persons insurance company and process of fixing the vehicle. Ownership at American collision definitely takes pride in their customers and work. I took my Cadillac for some dings and bangs and they made it look brand new. I would like to say out of all my collision centers I've worked with in the past, American was definitely the best in every way. Thank you everyone at American collision with your electric work and customer service!

    Amazing work done by Paul and David's team. Someone did a hit and run on my newly purchased BMW X6M and the team here at American Collission handled the full process with my insurance claim. A true hands-off experience. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking to get auto work done professionally and on-time.

    Absolutely the best experience ever. They turned my badly damaged 911 turbo into my dream car once again. My fear was it would never be the same after my accident but now it's better than before thanks to their careful attention to detail. David and all the people that worked on my car took their time to get everything just right. To say I recommend them is an understatement. I feel so fortunate to have been recommended to them by my mechanic. Insurance paid for everything smoothly and appropriately. Thanks again guys!

    Bought a Tesla 3 (great purchase)…read more I got the check back because I paid for Dmv more than required. This is just to show their honesty. Got this check (no words).

Pretty much everything !!!!…read more I should have known better then to go back to this location , being that employees are always rotating & or disappearing i figured I'd take my chances & hope & pray for decent customer service !!! Also the collision place i was using for my carrier was conveniently located very close . They had told me they had plenty of vehicles to choose from & that the insurance Co. who was covering the rent car had entered the necessary info into the system . When i arrived there to choose a car , all i was being offered where cars way below the value of what was stated i was allowed which was $100 a day vehicle , since there had been i complete misunderstanding and bad communication between enterprise and the insurance which i was not aware of , they could have explained that to me and we could have figured things out but instead they were very disrespectful and not nice or professional or attempting to explain things to me so everyone could work out. The entire scenario escalated into a very unpleasant encounter and sadly it was pretty shocking to say the least . last time i rented from them i was $6,000 out of pocket after they told me everything was covered by insurance , & again i should have not gone back there , as i stayed sitting in the waiting area hoping to resolve things they decided since they heard me on the phone & thought i was being too loud , i was told they won't rent to me & once & ended up 1/2 hour away in Thousand Oaks where there was a real sense of pride & professionalism which was not existent @ this location , & if everything wasn't bad enough with this location , they had the audacity to say completely mean spirited things & complete untruths about my character to the employees @ the Thousand Oaks location , anyone reading this be aware that if you aren't being treated with respect , it's not you , it's how they are & some how they are getting away with there very bad ,mean behavior ! There has to be some accountability , idk but this is just not OK !!!

Whenever the car that we reserve is not available (or even when it is available) they will offer something better. Just a while ago my wife made a reservation for a car. We have limited budget but want a comfortable 6-passenger car for our long road trip so we went with a minivan. One of the staff who was helping her politely asked "would you like to be upgraded?" My wife was hesitant cause she is used to other car rental place that charges extra if the car reserved was unavailable. She answered "no" due to the potential upgrade cost. The staff courteously asked again "are you going on a long trip?" The answer was yes. The staff said they have a more comfortable ride which was a bigger, better and newer ride - the expedition max which just arrived this morning. Long story short (which it was actually short) she came home with an expedition for the price of minivan. To top it all, everything went so smoothly. She was in and out in about 15 minutes. Everytime we come here we were treated with dignity and respect. I hope i can give more stars but 5 is the limit. Our family loves long road trips and everytime we have one we always come to this branch. Thank you Avis/Budget! You always make our vacation memorable and most of all safe and comfortable!

I tried to use this company for the first time because I needed a long term rental and I was trying to save a few dollars. I filled out their reservation form and gave them a call. They were suppose to come to my house by 9:30am the next day and bring me the car. I waited two hours and they never came!! I had to take a cab to work while being extremely late to my new job. I called them to ask why they didn't show up and their excuse was that my reservation form was incomplete, although it was not. But the fact was, they received it and I spoke to them on the phone so there is no reason they should have not been there when they said they would be. To make up for it, Sam told me they would bring the car to me that night at 8pm. Sam and another woman showed up. He brought the rental car while the woman was in a separate car. My husband and I went outside. I provided all the documents they requested. My husband asked a total of 2 questions: 1) what year is the car? and 2) Is Penny's a corporation or privately owned? For some reason, this question pissed Sam off so much, he said, "Forget it! Get in the car! you are not renting a car from us!! Too many questions!!" He was a complete jerk! Completely unprofessional! A customer that is using a company for the first time and providing their credit card information and paying hundred's of dollars can ask as many questions as they want. This company is a fraud! They do not know the first thing about customer service! They are horrible! You do not treat your customers that way, especially when you didn't show up the first time when you were suppose to! The customers are the ones that keep a company in business! Business 101!! They act like they are doing you a favor by bring you the car, as they say "free of charge". BTW....Enterprise also picks you up free of charge and they won't get upset if you ask a few questions! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE! The company replied back with lies! What a shame that they cannot notice when the mess up and just apologize instead of always blaming the customers! This company has many bad reviews, not just my own. I do have credit cards and I DO NOT have bad credit, I chose to use my debit card and provide all the documents that you requested. This review has nothing to do with my way of paying...it has to do with YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. OWN UP TO IT! How dare a company try to ruin a customers name! You don't know me, you don't know how my credit is! I never gave your company authorization to run my credit so don't assume the worst. I own 5 houses through out the country and own my own business. Your loss for a customer! As for my phone...I switched carriers jerk off! I see your other comments to the other customers that have had bad experiences with you, and you do the same thing, you shame them, but its your company that needs to be SHAMED!!! Companies with great customer service would fix their mistakes and offer the customer a better experience, but the way that you handle your issues is completely UNPROFESSIONAL! -----------One more thing....if what the company responded was true, that they don't want to rent to me because of my form of payment..then why would they have texted me that night, after they left my house, to return to their business the next day to rent a car???
