5 star for the speedy service and also the hospitality, I dunno her name but she was the one that cuts my hair last Saturday (June 29) and she listens to what I wanted and she did it good, I have a puffy wavy big hair, so yes the challenge is a lot, but she nailed it. She did my 11mos old baby also, which she cries and wiggle a lot but her patience is best! She got a good cut and we're happy for it! Price wise, lord it's very good!!! After reading all the great reviews I went there on a whim because our regular place was closed. I went there to get my son's haircut. When I got there the lady with the blonde streak on her brown hair was cutting the hair of someone she knew. She was servicing her children and they were engaged in conversation. I was ignored although I said hello when I walked in. I sat down not knowing if they would cut my son's hair. The lady took a while cutting all the children's hair, but I patiently waited for close to 1 hour. When she was done with her previous clients she looked at me and asked me in Spanish in a bothered tone if I was getting my son's hair cut. I responded yes. So she stood there in front of the chair staring at me. I wasn't sure if she was ready for us since she didn't bother to clean her chair at all. She continued to stand there so I told my son to sit on the chair. The chair was covered in hair from the previous clients and the floor was absolutely filthy and covered in hair too. I know it's a salon where people are getting their hair cut but it's always courtesy to clean up first or offer a clean chair. She did cut my son's hair nicely, but never brushed or styled it. It was more of a, ok you're done let me charge you. She then rushed us out and started talking to a regular customer who came in after us apologizing for him waiting so long. It was so rude. There was also a lady who was sitting inside the salon who appeared to be a family member of the lady cutting hair who was just sitting there staring at everyone. I also said hi to her when I walked in and received no response just stares. 2 stars only because the haircut was decent, but the customer service was non-existent. Was in a bind to have my daughter's hair braided for a birthday party. She's autistic and doesn't let me style her hair but will allow others to. I called and this one was able to let me come in quickly. The lady who did my daughter's hair was super nice and friendly and even gave her some stickers to put in her hair. She did a great job. I picked a bad time for a haircut when most of the hair salons are closed due to quarantine. But luckily this salon is still opened so I was able to get my haircut. The lady who helped me get the haircut was really nice and fun to talk to. Right now the price for hair trimming is $11 and styling is $14. This hair salon is literally a hidden gem! I was looking around for a new hair salon because all the hairstylists from my previous salon left, and it just went downhill from there. I'm always a little hesitant in trying new hair salons because I've experienced really bad ones that have just ruined my hair. However, due to cheap cost, I decided to give this one a try. I'm so happy that I did! Rosa did a beautiful job on layering my hair, and giving me the bangs that I wanted. The best part was that she was explaining the way she was going to cut my hair before she actually trimmed it, which gave me a perfect visual of how my hair was going to turn out. I came here around 2pm on a Friday, and there was no line at all! I was able to quickly get my haircut, and leave feeling fresh. I also really loved how this place was spacious! It is a bit small though in terms of seating, but you can fit a double stroller in here no problem! They also have restrooms available. When it came to parking, the plaza that its in is very small. So, parking can get filled quickly. However, customer service was top notch here. I'm definitely coming back for my $10 haircuts in the future. read more

I brought my niece, she's 6 years old, to get a haircut. The place was clean and we didn't have to wait long. I called before coming to ask if we needed an appointment and you don't. I came during the week so it wasn't busy and there was one stylist working. The haircut turned out great and my niece was happy. The price is very reasonable and maybe a little less than other places. I also got a trim myself and it looks great. If you want them to shampoo your hair it is an extra fee. I heard about this salon from a friend and I'm so glad I went to check out Yoli's. I'm really picky when it comes to trying new hairstylist so i was a little hesitant. But Rosa was amazing! I came in for a quick touch up and trim because my hair was dry and damaged. She took her time with me and was really patient with me. She helped me understand her process and gave me advice on how to keep up with my healthy hair. The salon was was kept very clean and they also have restrooms. OMG! Can't believe this place. Nicest staff ever. They help you choose and discuss what would look good and goes over every step with you. Young workers would recommend new hairstyles which would go along with the trend. After the haircut they'll put after shave and put gel in your hair which is ABSOLUTE FREE OF CHARGE.
