Customer service here is a 5, for sure. The gal behind the counter was so nice and helpful. When I asked her what was in their garden salad, she turned to the fellows in the kitchen and rattled off everything that they had that they would put into it, and unless it was a mistake, the salad turned out to be GIGANTIC. It was also topped (not per my request, so I plucked it all aside) easily 1/3 lb. of slices of deli ham and turkey - hey, they became leftovers on a sandwich at home the next day, so no complaint there. The restaurant was clean and well-stocked, especially the condiment station. I'm a sucker for little, clear cups with lids that I can fill with sauces to mix and try. It made my rather boring medium wings jazzier, having all of those saucy choices. As mentioned in a different review, the chicken tenders were really, really dry. (Sauce rescue.) The fries were good - a mountain of crinkly potato nom-noms. A nice simple place with a reasonably priced menu, I'd be happy to return for lunch again. read more

I got the Philly cheesesteak which was perfect. Crinkle fries were soggy and definitely could have been cooked longer to make them crispy.

They could be a little better. Either the wings are too soft or too hard and I can't even eat it. I'm a big fan of their sauce so most the time I just purchase sauce and get wings elsewhere. I ordered a 10 piece wing with shrimp fried rice as the side . Without telling me, they decided to make it a full order of rice with a side of wings , making the price higher of course . When I said something I was told I wasn't clear and my issue wasn't resolved . I won't be returning since they want to be money hungry . Food was typical American deli though. read more

***Updating my review because the manager took the time to call me and apologize. I definitely appreciate that, and the food was delicious so I am going to change my rating from 1 to 4.*** I called and placed an order 20 minutes before closing, there were no issues placing the order, I live 15 minutes away so I got in my car and drove straight there. I got there 5 minutes before closing, paid for my order, then while I was waiting, I was told next time, I should place my order sooner because they were almost closed. I was completely confused, there were three other customers also waiting along with me. I felt totally disrespected, and embarrassed. I was singled out for not reason. I don't normally frequent this location, even though it is closer to my house, and I never will again. If it was too close to closing they shouldn't have taken my order, that's not my responsibility to manage your business, you took my order, I got there before closing, as I'm writing this I'm still lost at what the issue was, especially since there were other people picking up food with me, at the same time. The service was awful, they had my food waiting on the side and got cold. All while the cashier who had a nasty attitude stood there and did nothing looking at me. This location is a joke. When they first opened my wife was paying with her credit card, tall oriental gentleman ask her if it was a EBT card. We both laughed and just left without the food for the simple fact he ask that. Guess we looked to par to be using one. Second, I just visited this location again tonight at 8:25pm, and the guy at the register stated we only doing wings were getting ready to close. I replied you close at 10pm and its 8:25pm. If i could give this place no stars i would. The owner of this location is completely rude! I've had personal experience in working there and it was the worst job I've ever had! First of all, their was bugs roaming around the back area where the food was and in one case i saw a bug in the seasoning salt which stayed in their for a while and was still being in use for the customers! The way they made the tea and fruit punch was weird because they literally put the pitcher on the floor and poured water in it then mixed it with no gloves on or nothing! The rice and chicken would literally just sit out all day without anything covering it! The reason i say the boss was terrible because she was shady and horrible at communication! When we told the owner she very rudely said "that is what you ordered and we will not make them again". I got honey garlic and wet lemon pepper wings. The honey garlic was not garlicky at all but the honey portion was delicious. However I don't recommend the wet lemon pepper wings. They tasted very artificial and the sauce was that of slightly melted jello. Overall the honey garlic wings were more honey than garlic but delicious. First time ever visiting this establishment and didn't want to go in but I called ahead 30 min earlier for pick up. Upon arrival I waited in line. Once it was my turn I told the cashier I had a pick up, gave her my number and order and she proceeded to wring up $30 for a $8 order. I repeated my order and told her the price was incorrect, she fumbled on the computer and kept wringing up the wrong order (I just wanted 10 pc. wings) and then when I corrected her she started to talk about me in Spanish to cashier #2. I understood every derogative word and slur she called me. Given the racial tension, COV-ID social distancing and already impatient crowd, I graciously decided not to engage and to cause a scene. Instead I waited..for my meal another 20-30 min while people who came in after me got their order. Again, I did not cause a scene, just noticed the very different interactions with customers of different races. She said have a good day to all. Finally, when my (wrong) order arrived, no pleasantries for me.... I will reach out to management to discuss their customer service and equitable practices. 1 have 2 (working on 3) degrees, but I worked in fast food in high school and never have treated anyone like that. Hamiliton mill rd buford, ga location I am only giving 2 stars because the lady behind the counter was very nice and as helpful as can be UNTIL... I needed a refund. I placed several orders at one time. The lady at first said she would help me to my car.. then she changed her mind and said sorry I cant help nomore we got busy (which was fine no worries) so I grabbed my drinks and put in my car.. then went back for the food and grabbed everything that was on the counter and then the lady said have a nice day... as im driving back to work (15 mins away I may add) I get a call that I forgot a bag.. I just asked for a refund on that food as it was their mistake.. they had that bag of food behind their counter (which they admitted to) so after refusing to refund I told them I do not even want the food anymore and by the time I pick it up and get back my food will be cold and gross... so she offered to make new food but WILL NOT REFUND... I get back in there and im just so annoyed the food isnt ready yet and so I said listen I just want my money back...she said no you said make new food on the phone ( i only said ok to that because they didnt give me a choice) needless to say I will NEVER go back. Very good! I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, 5 wings with the honey garlic sauce and fries. All really delicious...I like that they have a wide range of items on the menu like gyros, fried rice, wings and burgers. I had heard good things about this restaurant and decided to take the family for Sunday lunch. We appeared to be the first customers of the day and we were greeted with a warm smile and good service. The girl at the register knew the menu well and gave me some honest feedback about what she liked and what I should avoid. I decided on the cheese steak. I have been eating cheese steaks from the Bistro across the street for a while and love them. The American Deli was a delicious alternative with pricing that was about the same. Food is good but they overcharge you on sales tax. They are in Gwinnett County which is 6% sales tax and they charge 7%.

We have now been several times and each time the food impresses us and we can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
