We took the family to Wild Wing Cafe the other night and somewhere between the first bite of wings and the live band kicking in, I realized we had accidentally time traveled. This place still hits exactly like it did that first summer after we moved here, back when Tuesday nights somehow turned into just one beer that lasted three hours and a full basket of wings. We started with fried mushrooms, which disappeared faster than my self control around anything deep fried. Then came the wings. Flaming parmesan was elite, medium was classic, and lemon pepper was basically required by Georgia law. Every flavor delivered exactly what you want from wings. The atmosphere is peak Wild Wing. It is loud in the best way, full of energy, with TVs everywhere and people actually having a good time. The live band pushed it over the top. At one point I genuinely forgot I had responsibilities the next morning, which feels like the highest compliment I can give. We finished with funnel fries, which are essentially what happens when dessert decides to go all in. Absolutely worth it. Shoutout to Regan, our server, who was attentive, friendly, and had perfect timing every time we needed something. Somehow always there when we needed refills but never hovering. All in all, it was one of those nights that sneaks up on you. We came in for dinner and left with full stomachs, a little nostalgia, and a strong urge to bring back weekly wing nights like it is that first summer all over again. read more

Really good overpriced wings. If want good wings at a reasonable price, visit on Tuesday. They have bogo on the 6 or 10. If you order a Caesar salad be warned! There is NO lettuce in it. All kale with powdered cheese....caesar salad is ROMAINE lettuce, & shaved Parmesan cheese. Another good tip is to stay out of the bar area. There is a server that seems to like to argue with the customers. Don't try to have a conversation unless you're sitting next to the person, music to loud to hear across the table. read more

All you can eat wings....what more can I say? They will fill you up on starches though. The chili lime sriracha was phenomenal. Service was initially a bit slow but picked up. Went in on a Saturday night at 9:30 called first made sure there was no band walked in waited 10 minutes by the host to stand nobody was there restaurant was empty so we grabbed two menus and walked to the bar and sit down no bartender beers were sitting at the end, waiting to be taken to tables waited there another 20 minutes no one came. We even tried calling the phone and we sat there and watch it wrong while the bartender stood in the back corner on her cell phone and talking with other what I'm assuming or waitresses we got up we left after 30 minutes of time wasted probably won't be back. read more

Well, the wings were ok! That's all I'll give. I've been eating at Wild Wing Cafe since there was only 1 location in Marietta, 25+ years ago. We got a 30 pc with 5 different flavors. Half had so little sauce on them they almost tasted plain. The other half were coated. Then the "cheese" fries, again something I have been ordering forever, was like a half order (x2 orders) and then they charged $2 extra for cheese on each order. We literally got the equivalent to 1 basket of fries with queso and shredded cheese for $12. Absolutely ridiculous charges for what they gave. To top it all off, they shorted us 2 wings. I now see why this location has only 2 1/2 *. Won't be going higher with this quality of products and extra charges. Service was good! Very disappointed in the extra fees and the quality of food. Soooo funny! It's been at least a year since we ate here since we have been out of town about a year. Somehow I didn't post this review last time we came! Wish I had known so I didn't come here today, but we were on a time crunch so we decided to stop. Again, SHOULD NOT have! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! Today's stop was nothing but awful! We waited another 5 min and finally my husband and my sandwiches came out. Wow! My husband's was supposed to be wet with medium sauce. Mine was supposed to be Wild West sauce. They BOTH looked extremely dry and overcooked. They were! And just check out these buns, we did NOT eat. Waitress asked how everything was and my husband asked if his had sauce on it at all. She brought us 2 cups of sauce, which does NOT work lol. You can't just add like that after and it taste the same. Buns completely charred . Just bad! We were obviously disappointed in our buns when she returned with the sauces and immediately said, I'm going to go have them toast y'all fresh buns. My hubby said, "you don't have to do that! To be honest, the entire thing is just bad and we don't have time for that. The chicken that isn't very good either would be cold by then." Nothing was done about anything. We got our bill, paid, and left. An apology from the manager who was making circles the whole time we were there, would have gone a long way. A coupon for next visit would have been a fabulous way to have customers leave with a better taste in their mouths. lol But I suppose they don't do that by the looks of these reviews. So disappointed! I LOVED WWC in my late teens and early twenties but whatever happened to this company, just simply isn't good. BTW: I do have a degree Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism management. Myself and my friend got food poisoning from this restaurant and the management is very unprofessional. We ate the same item and I had documentation from Urgent Care stating I had food poisoning. They did not provide corporate phone number or insurance information as they stated they would, they did not return my phone calls and then when I did speak to them, they hung up on me. Tuesday night is karaoke night with Dj bud! Such a great time! They don't currently have the wing special anymore and they haven't brought back hot shots like other wild wing cafes have. Our food was good and our server attentive. It's consistently good at this location. The spinach dip is pretty good. I always get the fajita wrap which I think is fantastic and the rest of my family gets wings. Everyone's always satisfied. read more

They have items in the menu that they just no longer serve. They NEVER have hotshots, but every other wild wings seems to carry them. Their onion rings are frozen instead of hand cut like described on the menu. I am not clear how all the other wild wings seem to have these items, but this one doesn't. Went on a weeknight with the family. Server was pretty good. She did check on us periodically but we did have to ask for multiple refills. I tried the Green Chicken mixed drink. First one was weak but second one was better. Half our party ordered wings. My husband said his weren't spicy at all. (He ordered the Red Dragon flavor and they are supposed to be pretty dang spicy.) Avoid wild wing cafe on Friday nights. Apparently tonight's local band was named Obnoxious, as in obnoxiously loud. They took "make it 11" too far. The amp setup would have probably been fine in the Mercedes Benz stadium. Not so much in a small restaurant. The food as always is great. The server is fantastic and understanding. The audio level though is awful on the ears. Not the sound. They sound fine. The level is bad and ultimately ends up over modulated. Kill the audio by 5 dB and you might have a pleasant experience. You can't even talk to the server. I had to type our order on the phone so she could read it. Check who is playing before entering. read more

Stopped by with the kids to get a bit to eat. Everything tasted okay. Not really awesome but not bad either. We came on a Saturday mid-day and there was no wait. The chicken wings are okay. There are like 30 flavors. I was impressed that they have a veggie burger and a turkey burger. Both of my kids had one and they were both happy with their choice. If you know days ahead that you are going, download the app and sign up for the club. Once you receive the club card in the mail, you get a feee appetizer. This is my favorite place for wings. We order our wings crispy and tend to get 4 flavors. This time we got jalapeño cheddar, red dragon, flaming Parmesan, and medium served up with ranch and blue cheese dressing with celery. Food and service was perfect! I would have given 4 stars but the bathroom was disappointing. The handicapped stall in the ladies room was missing the door. It was missing the door a couple of months ago as well. When I asked about it, the person said that was above his pay grade and didn't know. I hope they fix this real soon as it would be humiliating to have that stall as the only option. read more

We had to ask for lemons at least three times. ***UPDATE**** I was contacted by the main office and was told the local management would be in contact..... here it is over a month later and the local management hasn't reached out. Pathetic. It's been awhile since I've eaten at this place and I now remember why. 2 simple meals, chicken fingers and fries. Both severely overcooked and flavorless. Went for lunch with a friend today Saturday afternoon. My friend ordered wings and fries and I ordered a salad off the GF menu. Didn't catch the waiters name but looked kinda like Tobey Mcquire. He was nice, wore no mask and but never came back to refill our drinks. We were there almost an hour talking until we realized it was time to go back to work which is less than 8 min away. Just as we were looking for our waiter he came out with our food. We told him it took too long and now don't have time to eat. We ask for a to go box and manager. A male manager with no mask came out with hands on his hips came out looking defensive from the start. We told him we were sitting there almost an hour and we're not happy because we could not eat our food due to having to go back to work. He said "Ha, no way it took that long" We said oh yes it did and told him we worked near by and came straight there is how we no for sure. He blamed it on the GF salad. He said he takes great care with GF and he made it himself. He said our order took about 15 minutes. I'm not sure if they dust there kitchen with flour or not but a simple salad should be pretty simple. He forgot the customer is always right. We didn't even complain about the lack of communication or refills from the waiter. He was convinced we made the whole thing up. We didn't have time to argue with him so we paid and left.
