Ive been visiting this location for years. Today I experienced racism and the worst attitude from a employee in my life. I specifically ordered a $5.99 shrimp tackle (8 pieces of ahrimp , side and biscuit) box with a cole slaw. When i got my food it was just 4 pieces of shrimp and nothing else. Wow! This place is pretty new. Usually it takes a while for the employees to give up. We decided to eat inside and in the short amount of time there at least 4 customer came in from the drive through saying their order was wrong. One guy that was eating in was told that his food was given away to another customer and he'd have to wait longer. I don't think there was a single person over 18 in the building. My wife ordered the new fish sandwich and it was cold in the middle. We also asked for sauce and none of it was provided with the meal. They gatekeep the sauce so you have to ask the counter for some and they give you one packet at a time. The frozen drinks were maybe 10% frozen with the rest just a regular drink. I ask for sauce, they give me none. They say it's going to be 5 minutes, it's 2 hours. The floor is filthy. The tables are unwashed. The napkin dispenser is empty. Where do we start? First order we got from here was completely wrong so I called up and spoke with a Manager. She said her name was Tiffany. She said she would make it right so I sent my son back up to Popeyes and they asked him for the receipt. They made half the order on the receipt and forgot the chicken sandwich and fries, so he goes back into the location and gets the sandwich made per the receipt. The chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain but it had mayo on it. My son had to go back in to get another one made and he brought everything home. The chicken nuggets were recooks at room temperature and were disgusting. The fries were cold and sandwich was room temperature as well. I called back up there and a male manager answered and he said he didn't have the regional manager's number and that I would have to speak with another manager. Another manager picked up and said her name was either Stephanie or Tiffany, not sure and she said she never got any call from me and that my next step was to call corporate because they took the receipt while they were remaking the other order. They literally stole money with a smile. This is literally the worst Popeyes experience ever and they won't last long with poor service and food. The store they just built used to be a Krystal and it had the same issue. Poor service and quality. It closed and so did Hardee's. If you want to hear a funny true story keep reading, for those who do not have the time do yourselves a favor and just pass on this popeyes location, don't even waist your time. I made the mistake of making a mobile order after getting off work, my order was placed through the mobile app at 9:05pm March 6, 2024. I arrived to pick up my food around 9:15pm, the representative in the drive through confirmed my mobile order was received, I pulled to the window and my order was confirmed again. I was told to pull forward my food would be out shortly. I pulled forward and watched orders placed both at the counter and the drive through that was filled immediately. I went back through the drive through to ask if it's possible to change my order to something that would be faster, I received immediate attitude and was told to cancel my order, I ask when will I receive my food (I refused to cancel my order). Long story short my order was made and the clown of a manager decided she would hold my order and refuse service because I kept asking for my food that I paid for and still have not received. This same store manager contacted the police and told them If I want to cancel my order I need to go through the mobile app (never knew the goal for a "manager" is to try force a customer to cancel their order), it was expressed several times that I would like my food and will wait for it. Many people received their food before 10pm, I was not one of those people, in fact the police arrived to tell a paying customer that still did not get their food that they are being trespassed and not to return. From paying customer to trespassing lol and STILL have not received my order. Forget the $13-14 refund, pick better staff that wants to work and satisfy customer, that's what uplift brands. The location has not been open for 1 year and has a -2 star rating? It starts with management. Get better at handling irate customers, the response in customer service is not attitude and decline service.
