Immediately after, I asked, "Wait, how much is the meal?" She said it was about the same price as what I ordered. I then asked what came with the meal, and she said wings, fries, and a drink. I responded that I would prefer the meal instead. Her response was, "Well, you already paid for it." Mind you, I was literally still signing and even tipping 22% when this conversation happened. There was no effort to accommodate or simply adjust the order just a dismissive response. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism. The employee went back to sitting in a chair with no shoes on, feet up, and scrolling on her phone which is exactly what she was doing when I first walked in. Customer service matters.
