When we asked for white zinfandel, we received a rude response: "We only have the drinks on the menu." Ironically, my friend then asked for a margarita, which was not on the menu, and the bartender somehow managed to make it. Consistency and professionalism were clearly missing. Sierra couldn't keep track of who ordered what, and delays continued for everything: taking orders, delivering takeout containers, splitting checks, and even getting water refills (which never arrived). I found out the following day that my colleague also tried to dine here the previous evening, a few hours after my visit, but he got stuck behind a large group and never even managed to be seated. The servers kept coming to him about 4 times and said "we'll be right with you" then leaving, but they never actually came back to seat him, so he finally gave up. For comparison, during my experience, I came early around 6pm, so I was one of the first to show up for dinner service which may be the reason why I had no issues being seated or bad service during my meal.
