We waited at least another 30 minutes, and nothing came. My sister asked for her check close to 1PM. At that point he brought out her food, which he stated he "stole" from the kitchen. So after waiting at least 30 minutes, her to-go order actually had not been prepared. At that point he mentioned to me that the kitchen informed him they didn't have any chickpea patties prepped and were making it fresh. My sister had to leave, and I continued to wait. At 1:10PM I decided I would cancel the order whenever the bartender showed back up, and he happened to walk around the corner with my food. I immediately requested a box and the bill. I received the ticket and was charged 1.00 per honey mustard which was never mentioned. I paid my bill, packed up my food, finished my beer and left. I got into my car, looked closely at the food and realized the bacon I paid 3.00 extra for was missing. I was over the entire experience, and decided I wasn't going back inside to wait longer for bacon. Disappointing experience overall.

With no self-parking visible, you're forced to follow the road behind the building into a paid lot. Parking is free for the first 2 hours, which would later prove to be an issue. Inside, the hotel aesthetic is bright and clean, and we were promptly greeted and seated, however, this was the last positive moment regarding service. Service: Our server, Sierra, set the tone quickly. Despite the restaurant not being busy and appearing well-staffed, it took an unusually long time just to take our drink orders. When we asked for white zinfandel, we received a rude response: "We only have the drinks on the menu." Ironically, my friend then asked for a margarita, which was not on the menu, and the bartender somehow managed to make it. Consistency and professionalism were clearly missing. Throughout the experience, attention to service level was non-existent. Sierra accused us of taking both copies of the receipt, despite never providing two in the first place. The unsweetened tea was good quality and tasted great with no sugar. Some unsweetened teas are terrible, but theirs tastes similar to teavana. The wings were mostly flats which I prefer, and the service was great. The ranch that comes with the meal tasted good, but didn't seem homemade. The hot was more like a medium flavor. I found out the following day that my colleague also tried to dine here the previous evening, a few hours after my visit, but he got stuck behind a large group and never even managed to be seated. The servers kept coming to him about 4 times and said "we'll be right with you" then leaving, but they never actually came back to seat him, so he finally gave up. For comparison, during my experience, I came early around 6pm, so I was one of the first to show up for dinner service which may be the reason why I had no issues being seated or bad service during my meal. In other words, it can be hit or miss. I can't vouch for any of the other food, but other diners that were seated after me almost all ordered burgers.
