This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Corvallis. There aren't many good places and this one stands above. Service is friendly. Food is delish. The ambience and decor is also the nicest IMO. The lamb kebab plate, chicken shawarma plate, falafel wrap, mutabal plate and deserts were all delicious. Only wish the mutabal came with at least 2 wraps to dip. One goes quick and isn't enough for the amount. We all wish we had gone here sooner. Everything we had was so good and had quality ingredients. Family owned is always the way to go! If you want a baklava fix too this place does them the best.

Really enjoyed eating at this place, while visiting my kid at OSU The first thing you notice is that it is family owned and run, they will come over and talk to you like you are their house guests The food is next level good , the hummus had this airy texture that made it really light yet very flavorful. The bread was soft and perfect with the hummus. The spice potatoes were just excellent with just the right amount of spice Finally, don't sleep on the cocktails Definitely going to be back

Beautiful little lounge with elegant details, friendly service, refreshingly different food stop for Corvallis. I felt like I was in Europe or Italy, due to the charming environment. I wanted to taste food I have not had before, so I chose the mutabal plate vs. baba ghanoush, and basbousa vs. baklava. The bright yellow lentil soup was pureed unlike the darker, American canned version which comes as beans in broth. It was served with slice of lemon, so I squeezed the slice on top of the soup and found it to be a tasty combo. It reminded me of how some Mexican soups are served similarly. Descriptions online noted this soup is vegan, made with lemon juice or water as its base. If youʻre vegan, donʻt just take my word for it, obviously, but many of the foods served here could please your palate. Confirm with your server. The mutabal is similar to the eggplant dish baba ghanoush, but has tahini in it. I thought it was good but my daughter found it unappealing. Their flatbread was giant, twice as big as my hand, and although it looks like a regular olʻ tortilla, it is much, much lighter and was puffy with air. My dessert was described as a semolina cake. It was super sticky with a rosewater syrup. I liked it but could only eat a couple of bites since it was so sweet. It would have been perfect with hot, black tea. Iʻd come again.

This place is a hidden gem in Corvallis. The whole vibe is bright and classy the moment you walk in. The food is fantastic--the lamb kabob melts in your mouth, and who doesn't love theatrical cocktails that actually taste good? If you're looking for authentic Syrian food, this is the spot. It's family-owned, and you can feel the warm hospitality as the chef's kids help run the place.

Very moist, tender and loads of flavor, unlike most places that serve it drier than a week old biscuit. Their Hummus is creamy and delicious. The best I've had anywhere and it comes with a huge piece of flatbread. The rice was light and fluffy, steamed to perfection. Atmosphere is warm, cozy Mediteranian; service was fast and attentive; food was abundant and delicious; prices are fair and very reasonable. Seriously nothing not to love about this amazing restaurant! My only complaint is their takeout boxes are made of single-use plastic.

It's rare to find a place that nails the "hidden gem" feel while providing such a polished, upscale atmosphere. Here is why Oasis is my absolute favorite: The Ambiance: The interior is beautiful and incredibly unique. They have these cozy, fabric-tented booths that make your meal feel private and intimate--perfect for a date night or a long catch-up with friends. It truly feels like an "oasis" once you step inside. The Mezza Plate Sampler: If it's your first time, you must order this. It's the best way to try a bit of everything--the hummus is velvety, the baba ghanouj has that perfect smoky char, and the falafel is served hot and crispy. The Lamb Shank: This is the ultimate comfort food. The meat literally falls off the bone and is seasoned with a blend of Middle Eastern spices that are aromatic but not overwhelming. Pair it with their basmati rice, and you're in heaven. Specialty Drinks: Their Rose Water Lemonade is life-changing--so refreshing and not too sweet. If you're a coffee lover, the Turkish Coffee is the perfect way to end the meal. The Experience: On Friday and Saturday nights, they often have belly dancing performances, which adds such a vibrant, cultural energy to the room. It makes the whole night feel like an event rather than just a dinner. Exceptional Service: The staff here is so welcoming and fast. Even when the restaurant is full, they are incredibly attentive and happy to explain the menu or accommodate dietary needs (lots of great gluten-free and vegan options!). Pro Tip: If you like a little heat, ask for their spicy garlic sauce. It's addictive and goes well with just about everything on the menu. Whether you're a local or just passing through Beaverton, Oasis is a must-visit. You'll come for the food, but you'll stay for the incredible vibes!

If it's your first time, the owner offers you samples of three drinks and seven (I think?) types of rice and explains which meats are paired with each. This helped us so much with ordering. We ended up choosing chicken mandi combo and zerbian combo rice but you wouldn't have been wrong with any. We were blown away by the flavorful, FALL OF THE BONE lamb. Can't imagine how long that was cooking for! The owner also gave us two full size complimentary drinks. Service is incomparable. At the end, even though we were stuffed, we couldn't resist the desserts and bought a pistachio raspberry honey cake. His wife makes them and sells them at the farmers market too! Such delicate flavors and immaculate presentation. The only downside I can see is that there is only outdoor seating, which takes away from what otherwise is fine dining level food. But definitely worth a try when the weather is nice!!

Yes, in spite of the innumerable challenges, the Royal Arabic pulls it all off. Great service. Great food. Genuinely honest prices. The food has a particular flavor, and herbal essence, that is not one I would have gravitated towards. However, the combination of textures - the cheese "thing," oh my gosh - and herbaceous goodness that all come together. My unsolicited suggestion is to try a variety of different dishes and see what pops out for your tastes. Sticking with an ala carte order allows you to get a bunch of different dishes and not break the bank. One thing to remember, the shared parking lot is not the easiest place to get into. Enter off Barbur - in a north bound direction.
