Very fast and friendly. Had my A/c serviced here and although they had a few people I was in and out quick. I usually do oil changes myself - in fact I just did on my truck today - I was so eager to try the new Valvoline Restore and protect. I heard you can bring your oil and filter here and they will do it all for you but I like to be as involved as I can with the cars I have that I like. The Honda I usually have done at Berkeley Honda - but didn't feel like driving that far to have them check the A/c. Before I came I called and was impressed that they picked up the phone in the first place. Very friendly and helpful on the phone - and with car stuff its not always easy to describe - but they let me know what they were able to do and what they weren't able to do very quickly. Is there a way to give zero stars? I truly believe that one star is too generous! I went in for an oil change yesterday, and after paying, they replaced my oil filter. Then the technician approached me and said my oil was dirty and needed a flush. I didn't understand what he meant and felt like he was going to charge me extra for the flush, so I declined. Honestly, these guys seemed shady. You know that gut feeling you get when something feels off? I had that feeling here. Why would he ask if I wanted a flush if that's supposed to be included with the service I already paid for? When I declined, he closed my hood and said he was done. $50 later, I drove off, and all they did was replace the oil filter--no flush, no new oil! I'm frustrated! I really need to look up what an oil change should include cause I thought it was the service I paid for. I sincerely hope this company goes bankrupt! They are straight swindlers--DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! After drove off, I realized what had just got swindled. Instead of going back to complain, I immediately drove to a reputable place and spent another $50 at Jiffy Lube. Both my husband & I have used this business & had bad results. My husband had the oil changed in his truck & they lost the plug. He was not aware until he saw that oil was leaking. When he went back they denied it & he had to pay $60 for a new one. I recently went there & got the oil changed on my car. A couple of days later, I noticed that my car was leaking oil wherever I parked. I went to our mechanic & they stripped the plug & tried to fix it by putting some wire to thread the plug leaving it out an 1/8 of an inch which caused a leak. My oil went from 100% to 84% in a week. Do not bring your car here . These guys apparently don't know how to read, because they put the wrong filter on my new Challenger. For weeks I noticed a little bit of oil spilling on the driveway. I kept buying more oil to fill it up. Eventually the oil got all over my engine. I had to take it to the dealer to have it steamed clean for approximately $600. It's at the Dealer where I learned that they put the wrong filter. I called the up immediately to reimburse me the $600. However, they refused to cooperate. This is bad business and I hope karma comes to bite them in the butt for that. Now, I will be looking into filing a small claims case against this business read more

Needed a oil changed an googled nearby oil places and this was the closest. I googled them and they had 4.6/5 reviews but when I yelped them they had 3 stars. Well let me tell you that they were GREAT! Super Fast I came in there was no line and was helped right away. Guy asked me what I needed and gave me options, selected what I wanted and they went to work! No more than 15 minutes and I was driving off with fresh oil and a new filter! I went to have my car's oil change, and everything looked good. Two days later my husband made a routine checked on the oil just to found out that the oil was all black like it wasn't even changed . I don't know if they didn't replace it at all or if they just put used oil instead. They did charge me as if they used new oil. Be careful when you go to this place. Make sure you checked that they indeed change the oil properly. read more

This place is a joke of a business. They will lose your water cap if they do a top off. They also use very cheap oil. They also tighten your oil nut so tight that it strips. read more

I came for an oil change on August 20th 2016 and because of the negligence of the management and workers there I slipped through the gap where the workers work underneath to change the oil. As a result my left elbow took the weight of my fall and it started bleeding immediately. The three workers that were there did not ask me if i needed any medical attention and did not offer me antiseptic to clean my injured wound. I had to use their restroom and use hand soap to clean myself up. As a result my wound caught an infection and I had to be admitted to the hospital to have an abscess removed. When I spoke to the owner afterwards to explain to him my injuries he simply said, "Why did you get out your car"! This was my treatment as a valued customer! Be careful and good luck! read more

I called today to get a quote for an oil change and spoke to Sam. He was friendly and informative. Sam was the person that services our van. He changed the engine oil, showed me the dipstick that the engine level was at full, and showed me how to reset the maintenance light. The service took about 15-20 minutes.
