The sales associate said he'd throw them away for me. Did not offer to credit me or apologize for the mixup. I had to purchase a new lock to replace the one we had to cut off and he didn't offer to take a few bucks off that for the inconvenience. Their products are good and very competitively priced- often beating big box store prices.
