My Hoover rewind elite plus wasn't functioning properly. The button to retract the cable wasn't working at all. I was within the return policy however, I did not have the box so Walmart suggested I contact the manufacturer. When I did they sent me here for a possible repair. From the jump when I walked in the gentleman who I assumed was the owner was stand-off ish and rude. He seemed like this was an inconvenience to him and did everything in his power to persuade me to take it back to Walmart. He acted like he couldn't be bothered with it. I almost just left but I had spent over $100 on this vacuum and the manufacturer referred me here and I needed it fixed. He finally "graced" me with help but told me he'd be in Disney world for a while so I'd have to wait even longer. It was just a weird and awkward experience, very unprofessional and made me so upset. By the time my replacement was ready I sent my husband to get it because I didn't want to deal with that ridiculousness again. You couldn't pay me to go back here and I'd never take a second look at this place. If your vacuum is messed up go to the manufacturer and refuse to come here or buy the parts online cause this place was a joke. read more

I visited the Henderson location to have my small cordless Dyson serviced as it was gunked up with years of pet hair and dust. The manager who helped me was super nice and helped me understand why I should not be using a small cordless Dyson as the sole vacuum cleaner for my approx 2,000 sqft house. Long story short, I left with a new vacuum cleaner - but not before I was given a great discount on both the new vacuum cleaner and the service on the Dyson. Just bought the loudest vacuum on the market from a store we have continuously done business with for over FIFTEEN years. Why? We have two big "sheddy" dogs. Our Oreck vacuum performs on hard surfaces & carpeting better than most others & it doesn't require a bank loan to purchase. The product noise costs a 1 star penalty to an otherwise 5 star experience. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE DB LEVEL OF ORECK PRODUCTS. I give banks vacuume on warm springs a 1 star.. my husband and I went there monday June 17 at around 10:30 . The door rang to announce our arrival.. there was 2 gentlemen in the door to the back kept talking we walked around for 15 minutes and neither man acknowledge us we walked out... customer service is important to us... but Tuesday we went to the other Banks on Rainbow and boy what a big difference we walked in and just as soon as we got inside James came out and asked what we were looking for my husband takes out his notes and told James what we were looking for he went and got it right away... we purchased it bought extra bags .., But I would recommend this location over the other one.. I purchased a belt for my parents' Oreck XL upright vacuum from an Amazon account that claimed it was a genuine part. When they received it, the wording on the belt wasn't quite right and left them feeling uneasy using it, potentially causing a fire. I called this store and was helped by both John and Megan. They clarified the potential issue with the third-party belt. After our call, my parents drove over to show John what they had received. He recommended a belt they had in stock in the store and my parents felt more assured buying one directly from Oreck. John and Megan were very knowledgeable and helpful! Took our "Riccar" vacuum in for routine maintenance and repair. They did an excellent job! My only complaint, I asked them to fix the switch that controls the suction from floor & tools, to carpet mode and they didn't fix. Although there were quite a few minor problems with the vac and probably just overlooked that one. Still runs great and I will be back in the future! Wow, talk about customer service.....I called, Sal answered, I ask do you fix Roomba's? He said bring it on in, I'll clean it up, take a look and let you know. When I took it he said if I don't get it fixed.... (now sit down for this) No Charge. He looked it over, said I'd have to replace 1/2 the parts and it would be better (cost wise) to buy a new one (since mine was an older model) he even advised me to call Roomba and maybe I could work something out. His knowledge & passion was very impressive of vacuums, he took time & explained everything to me about my vacuum, it was clogged he also told me about caring & getting it tuned up every so often, which I never thought about really how important it is & it would make cleaning more efficient!
