The cleaning was extremely thorough; I was quite impressed as I walked around all day afterwards noticing small things that had been done. I am excited to be on a maintenance schedule with them so my place doesn't get to the point of having that much buildup again (my ADHD is relieved!). The only downside so far is scheduling is a bit weird - instead of just giving a date/time or setting up a regular schedule (like same date/time each month), they keep saying they'll get back to me with a date and I have to wait to get it scheduled. This is bad for my ADHD, I need things just locked in and as regular as possible so they become routine. We'll see if this becomes a bigger problem as I go but I'm happy with the level of clean I got for what I consider a good price and a good rapport with the company so I'm trying to roll with it. Forest is super nice and responsive and really put Green Earth House Cleaning above others I reached out to by requesting a phone consultation where we talked through my goals and details about my apartment, etc. Everyone else just sent an impersonal message with an estimate. In the process that nicked the tile below and the cabinet door above. Using a hole saw instead of a hammer would be the way I would have gone about the task. The legs of the heater they used to dry the floor scratched my tile. The tile that I have has been discontinued and I can't find a replacement. My insurance company does not cover that damage. The offered me a discount of $134.10, not nearly enough to cover the damage. The discount ended up being $200, but still not enough to cover the damage. I also stopped them from cutting a hole in some drywall, had they walked around to see what was on the other site they would have noticed that the wall was open because we were installing a new shower. In fact they would have seen our contractors face through the hole, because they were working in that room at the time. I called them as courtesy to let them know that I would be leaving an honest review of my experience with them. I would most definitely not engage SERVPRO if this happens to me again.
