He refunded my consult fee and I was so impressed with his professionalism that I decided to go back for filler to a different area. He put filler to my temples and cheeks. In the last few years, I didn't like how my face had been looking saggy and a bit unflattering. This gave me the LIFT I needed! My nasolabial folds are essentially gone and I look like I did three years ago. My confidence is soaring and the best thing--no one can even tell what I did. A coworker told me "you look refreshed today." Amazing I couldn't be happier. One last thing: I use these services mindfully... it's HARD being a woman with today's beauty standards. Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. They even offer water, razors if you don't get a chance to shave before you come, aloe for after, deodorant, and so many other essentials in the room. If you're thinking about taking the plunge and getting laser, do it! It's so so so worth it and the time it's saved me from not having to shave/wax all the time is life changing. Also if you get Brazilian waxes, get the laser! It hurts less, lasts basically forever, and you'll be paying basically the same amount. Tried a new provider because I was very unhappy with my last treatment at my old provider. I know what results I want and my nurse Katie at Ideal Image listened 100%. She mixed the Botox and filled my needles in front of me, which the other place didn't do. She was very meticulous about everything. She marked on my face where to inject, which the other place didn't do. She was very gentle, no bruising, which I always had before. I started seeing results in 2 days. Much quicker then before. It's been 4 full days and so far I am 100% satisfied. I skipped my crows feet this time, did forehead and between brows, but am definitely going back to her to have them done. With Botox it's up to the provider how much saline they water it down with. I think my last provider was giving me less potent, or old, Botox with every next visit which is why I became unhappy I think. As long as my results continue to be this good I have a new permanent provider. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the atmosphere of the office is weird. Very quiet. Was there twice and only saw 2 other clients. Just got a weird vibe, but in the end I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Katie for Botox. Also really wish they participated in the Brilliant Distinctions program. It really helps save you a little money on Botox, and other products and services.

Fixing the bags under my eyes was the best thing about turning 50! The other great news is that it was fairly inexpensive. All of that would be enough to convince me but he is also a Doctor who puts you at ease with his great bedside manner. For me, getting work done on my face was scary. I had visions of winding up like Mickey Rourke. The fear goes away almost instantly when you start talking to Dr Zelinger. I felt like he really empathized with my fears and he really makes it a great experience. On top of all that, he does mind blowing work. I still can't believe how good I look!
