Fun set up for comedy night.
    Sherri S.

Fabulous vibe and beautiful place. You can see lots of money put into this winery to make it a crowd pleaser. Puts you in a fun mood just walking in. It has been at least 20 years since I was last here and we are locals. The comedy night sounded intriguing therefore I put the word out to a bunch of friends. We pre-purchased tickets easily on line and filled a table of 10 with 5 retired couples. Once we arrived we purchased a few bottles of wine, snacks and enjoyed our 30 minutes before the comedians started. The place had a nice crowd but surprisingly many empty tables. Sooo...here's the bad part. We REALLY wanted to love it and make it our new "go to" place. However, and unfortunately, the sound system was pathetic. We all struggled to hear with their choppy and muffled microphone. One of the workers realized it was an issue and attempted to adjust it through the show which helped a little. But it was really bad for my Husband who wears a hearing aid. Still, the rest of us also struggled and missed a lot of the jokes. It was very frustrating. It took away from our enjoyment of the show. It was enough to stop us from booking future shows. Darn. I had such high hopes. The wine was ok...it is a table wine nothing fancy. I hope someone from Rose Bank reads this review and takes this as constructive feedback. Once the sound system is improved we would become regulars for the shows. It has so much potential! I wish I could give more than 3 stars but even three is generous.

If Yelp had half stars, I would say this is a solid 3.5 stars. Everyone that works at Rose Bank is very friendly and helpful, which is great. The outdoor space looks beautiful, but it was too cold to sit outside. The front room is cozy, but a little dark for my liking. Wine-wise, I tried the flight of whites. I enjoyed the Pinot Grigio the most (and I am not usually a Pinot Grigio drinker), but k thought the others were just okay. I also ordered the cheese plate, which came with a large portion of toasts, apricot jam, and three cheeses. One of the cheeses was Swiss, which even for a cheese lover, is not usually in anyone's top choices. Overall, I might come back again on a nice day to sit outside.

This winery is amazing and awesome for the grounds to the service. You need this one on your bucket list and be sure to take some friends for a quiet tasting full of fun and things to see

Was able to come here while on a private party wine tour, so the outside, open air seating was a nice environment to be in after being in a large car/van for so long. The small petting zoo is a nice touch, and the service was quick and attentive. As far as the wine goes, I wanted a nice variety because I had been drinking red prior, so the Serendipity (first white) was light and refreshing, but their best one are the ciders -- I especially liked the Raspberry Hard Cider and Spiced Apple. The DeChaunac was ok.

The servers were great. They took our orders, got us a table and served our wine to the table. I had a flight and honestly didn't care for any of the wines. There was a great little gate in the outdoor area with goats and sheep which was a wonderful touch! Service and atmosphere outdid the wine for me on this one.

Attended a wedding at this beautiful venue, and was super impressed with the level of detail by staff and convenient accommodations for a wedding venue. Large bar area, large parking area, outdoor area for cocktail hour, and designated "getting ready" areas. Only con is it's a little out of the main downtown area so it was a bit difficult to summon an Uber/Lyft to an area hotel at the end of the night.

This is a cute little winery in Newtown, PA. The place has a nice venue space for wedding and such. We went on a random Wednesday. The place was empty. It was nice that they had a tasting room to experience their wine. I think the set up as very weird however. The place looked like it was a converted garage with random mismatched furniture all over. I wish they would invest more in their tasting room. The service was nice. The server came out quickly to meet us after taking our orders. I didn't like how the place didn't let you bring food. I found that really weird (other wineries in PA let you do this). It is also weird that the wine came out in plastic cups instead of glasses (made it look cheap)! The wine was pretty good. I would rank it average compared to other wineries I have been to.

While we were on our wine tasting tour. We were recommended to try Rose Bank Winery for their array of sweet wines. Sweet wines are my fav so I knew I was in for a treat! At the winery we were able to sample about 8 wines for the cost of 8.00. The staff were all very friendly and they kept us laughing the entire time of the wine tasting. The wineologist- I guess that's what there called lol showed my how to taste wine in a sophisticated way by holding the glass, shaking the wine a few times and giving it a smell! He also told me that the dessert wines are best sipped. At Rose Bank Winery I was also able to sample the most creative wines ever some to name were Red Sangria which was okay and a white wine called Vidal Blanc which was kinda dry with a pineapple hint. My favorite was this wine called cappavino which is a coffee wine it tasted just like coffee but with a slight wine buzz. I also liked rasberry secret which was a sweet wine that had a strong red rasberry taste and a hint of dark chocolate. I Lastly enjoyed this wine called chello which is basically lemonchello wine. Overall Rose bank winery is a large rustic style building that has an area for events such as weddings and parties. Their bathrooms are also clean and beautiful! Definitely visit Rose Bank winery if your into sweet wines trust me you will leave with a sugar high!!

Had my daughter's wedding there in October. Very Nice! Just a beautiful place. The wine is pretty good too! They make a lovely white port! Our caterer: Seeding & Sage was outstanding!!! We ate, we danced, we drank.... All had a great time. Definitely recommend this place as well as the caterer

This winery was just fine. Nothing to write home About. The cheese was excellent. I recommend buying the manchego and pairing it with the pecan honey mustard.

Tried a new winery while in New Hope. Very nice buildings but really neither the wine or grounds wowed me. The best wine was the Vidal Blanc.

The vineyard is very pretty, the tasting (flight?) room is historic and very nice. The wines are decent, nothing to write home about but if I had a bottle or glass I'd drink it. The experience, sub par. "Tastings" are offered as flights, so not tastings. On top of that, the flights are set, so you can't choose what you drink. It's just dry or sweet. There is no interaction with the staff to learn about the grapes, origin, how it's made etc etc. true wine drinkers love the traditional experience that this winery just misses the mark on. Flights are served in plastic cups on wooden boards, ok but wasteful. Overall, a disappointment, without some changes this will not be a winery we return to

We were a group of 30 African American professional women who had called ahead to reserve space for a private outing. From the moment we arrived, the man at the counter made it clear that we were not welcome. He was dismissive, made rude remarks, and refused to serve us. His assistant joined in with comments that were discriminatory and inappropriate -- one remark being, "We only serve small parties of billionaires." It was obvious they did not want our business. As we decided to leave, staff followed us out to ensure we exited the property, which only confirmed the disrespect and bias we felt. This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering that our group had come ready to support a local business in good faith. We do not recommend this establishment to anyone who values professionalism, respect, or inclusivity.

As soon as we arrived the single staff member basically turned us away. He said he could not accommodate our group (even tho our arrival was already confirmed). We tried to make the best of the stop by at least patronizing. I personally asked to buy a glass of Niagara (from the printed list). I was told all he had was what was on the counter. His demeanor was off-putting and almost disgusted. We were a group of black women. We are all professionals and respectful. It's hard not to assume his lack of interest in our business and poor service was related to our race. We all left without spending a dime. No need to be where we're not wanted.
