He took the kids to multiple stops for photos and waited patiently for them to finish. He even messaged me at the end of the night to let me know the kids were dropped off safely to the final stop. It was as if the guy was offended that I wanted to be left to my thoughts. "Do you like NY? What do you like about NY? Where do you live? What do you like about where you live? There's the baseball stadium over there. Do you like baseball? What DO you like then? Have you been to Central Park? Did you like it? What do you like about Central Park? Why not? I like fishing. Do you fish?" Really Dude? And one more thing, don't reach out and touch the customer with a good-by pat on the arm as she walks away with her luggage. Two stars because the driver arrived to the hotel on time and got me airport curbside in time for my flight. But a customer shouldn't have to engage with a driver if she doesn't want.
