Everything went well! I walked in at 4:45pm, not realizing that it was so late in the afternoon. As soon as I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed. Nick approached and willingly asked how he could help me. I shared that a year ago I had a fob car key made from a different locksmith and recently it stopped working. Before Nick addressed the problem, he noticed that my fob key was taped with blue tape. I shared that ever since I got this fob key made, the actual key for the car never stayed in place so the blue tape was to ensure that I wouldn't lose the key. Nick, without me asking, stopped and took the time to try to fix that issue. Unfortunately, that issue was not fixable, but Nick gave 200% to try to fix it. Fast forward, Nick ended up changing the battery in the fob key and that fixed my issue. Finally, on a completely different note, I asked Nick for a huge favor. I explained to him that I went to get gasoline earlier and when I went to pull the latch to open my gas door, a clip fell out. I have had an experience of lousy key making that has had me running all over the west side of Vegas trying to have keys properly made. I have tried having keys made at various places through the kiosks and almost every time I have been met with failure. And despite their guarantee of having the keys for free if it does not work, it turns out that it is such a process to get your money back. Extremely pleased with the service my husband and I received both by phone call and in-store. Jordan assisted us and was friendly and efficient. We were in need of a duplicate key to be made for our vehicle. We initially called the auto dealership and received a quote of $475 for one replica remote head key. I'm a straight shooter and don't like fluff with it comes to doing business and they're the same which I can appreciate.
