Whenever we have an issue with our residential security system, we call Eddie Badaloni of Maddox Security. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, highly responsive and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right and to the customer's satisfaction. We called Maddox Security when we first moved here from Honolulu four years ago and another alarm company was unable to get the existing system in our house working to our satisfaction. Eddie was more than up to the task, even providing a backup battery for free! More recently, we had one of our window sensors damaged by a contractor and the alarm wouldn't work properly--unable to arm, would sometimes arm then disarm, then suddenly the alarm tripped for no reason. Eddie came over right away, determined the source of the problem, then installed a remote sensor for the window so the system could once again work properly. Called Maddox Security early (8am) on Sunday morning. I was surprised to get the owner, Ed answering the phone. I explained how the chime on my alarm system was going off for the past 2 days. He offered to fix it over the phone. When that didn't work he came out within the hour. He installed new batteries and checked out my whole system. In this day and age, you cannot get this kind of dedicated service, along with excellent prices. I will use Ed to update my home security system and have his company monitor it.
