The dishwasher had to be ordered and expected delivery was approximately 4 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in less than 2 weeks! Installation was a few days later and went very smooth. I had a 10-2 time frame and Nathan and his helper arrived 11:45 a.m. and finished in less than 30 minutes. They were very courteous and careful not to bump the door way bringing in the new dishwasher and removing the old one. I noticed Nathan was meticulous in his installation ensuring everything was done just right. No more big box stores for me! When returning it, we also had our generators on the truck that had failed and we were taking for service. The owner of North Main Tool Rental got out his propane tank and started them both (while standing in the hot sun and sweating)! They ran perfectly. He explained that sometimes when you hook up a propane tank they can get an air gap and that keeps them from starting. He said you simply turn off the tank unscrew the connection, you'll hear a hiss, hook it back up and it should work. May God bless he, his family and his business! One employee in particular was constantly singled out, picked on, and threatened with write-ups over small things while others were treated differently. What made the situation even worse was how management handled a family death. An employee was grieving the loss of his father and was reportedly threatened with disciplinary action for arriving late on the day of the funeral. Later, he was fired for being 10 minutes late even after giving advance notice ahead of time. That shows a serious lack of compassion and respect for employees. There were also repeated racist remarks and language in the workplace that made the environment uncomfortable and unacceptable. No employee should have to deal with discrimination or hostility while simply trying to do their job. I hope corporate takes these concerns seriously and works to create a more respectful and fair workplace for everyone.

After 3 weeks of being without my machine, I got it back only to find out it was not working. I knew within the first few stitches something was terribly wrong with my machine. Luckily, I had found Eastex when I was "window" shopping for a new model ( the 3 weeks were torture!). I called on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to take my machine in that day. He stated even though I had already had a maintenance, he was still going to take her apart as he likes to be sure the machine was services properly. On Monday he called to let me know it was ready for pickup (even though closed on Monday's he was at the shop) and that there were some alarming evidence the other repair shop may not have been qualified to work on my machine (which I suspected when I tried to use it after getting it back!) Lesson learned - research your repair shop/technician. How long have they been in business, reviews online, certified technician, etc. I'm so glad I found Eastex and Michael (owner). He is extremely knowledgeable, second generation in the business and was a pleasure to deal with. I already have it on my calendar to schedule my 2026 annual maintenance with him in 8 months because he does do house calls, but they book up fast! Don't hesitate to use this shop for any repair or maintenance needs. When it's time for a new model, I'll be purchasing from him.
