I asked him why he didn't know the difference in part sizes. He just kept blaming the parts vendor. It is very obvious to me he did not know what he was doing. I called two different numbers on the receipt trying to reach the owner or manager. One number is just a voicemail and the other number is the repairman answering "hello" not the business name greeting. There were so many red flags but since he had half of the money in cash ( to avoid the 5.5% cc fee) I felt I was stuck with this repairman. After having an ugly conversation (ugly from me) he returned my 250.00 cash. He wanted to put my washer back together but I refused. Did not want someone that didn't know what he was doing to do anything else to my appliance. I'm very lucky to get my cash back. I'm buying wood in the raw and finishing it myself, but he also has chairs, tables and other finished products too if you're in the market for something like that.
