He really showed he cared. I returned the next day with my wife and I was then greeted by another very helpful and caring person, Antonio. They helped my wife and I understand every brand and the benefits of a good nights sleep and what felt best to us. Not once were we ever at all asked what we wanted to buy or what they could close. All they did was help and show different features and explained everything. It was truly a great experience and I would recommend anyone to see Antonio and Kevin and the Brownsburg location. Well, as of December 3rd we still don't have a bed, every week they tell us it will be in next week. Every week we call to find out its still not available. This has become one of the worst buying experiences we have ever had and it appears noone is working on our behalf. We bought a heavily discounted refrigerator online that was listed as "open-box, like new". Pictures online looked fine, so we bought it and also paid additional for delivery. Their delivery window is ALL day, so be ready for that... I took off work on the scheduled deliver day, and after waiting the entire day, got a call at 5:30 PM that the delivery was delayed and would not be delivered until the next day. SO, the next day I work from home and got an email with a link confirming the delivery was set and it provided updates on status. The expected delivery updated throughout the day from 2:15 at first to 3 to 4 to 5 to 6----Drivers finally show up after 7:00PM. The refrigerator was on the truck, and inspection revealed significant dings on virtually every panel and big scrapes down both sides. The drivers didn't even have a dolly---NOTHING to unload/move the refrigerator. It didn't matter, I refused the delivery. WARNING TO BUYER: ONLY buy if you can inspect the unit and pick it up that day!

I had the good fortune to get to deal with Mark Thomas again. Mark is great to work with, very personable and just a great everyday guy. I decided to change my choice and go with a less firm mattress, and I`m glad I went back, I needed to get this right. Mark was great and Longs Mattress seems to be a great locally owned place to do business with. I am very pleased with them so far. It`s nice to have a local place to buy from, and they even make their own mattresses, and I think that`s a great situation too.

In customer service I kept getting the run around - not in the paperwork - when right on the website it specifically says when you order this set a nightstand is included IN THE PAPERWORK. I never received a paper receipt, the manager said it would be emailed, I never got the email. I was never shown an itemized list, he said it would be emailed, I never got the email. Turns out I did not order the "set" only a bed and dresser separately, no nightstand. The salesman claims I said I didn't want the nightstand so he wrote everything up separately. The only thing I ever stated I did not want was the mirror. Based on the showroom floor and the website I assumed I was ordering the set which INCLUDED the nightstand. This could have been cleared up if I had actually been walked through the order AT THE STORE. When writing up the order the salesman forgot to include the mattress, then the railings, etc. Then he wrote everything up separately, total screw up. Total mass confusion and I in good conscience cannot recommend this store. Steer clear. Should be negative stars!

A delivery truck was at my apartment making a delivery to another apartment 2 days in a row…read more Instead of parking in the center lot that is empty they squeezed their truck between 2 residents' cars, making a precarious turn between 3 cars to back up into the space. The first day they placed a box on the edge of the truck and it nearly got knocked over twice towards my car, I asked them to be careful to which he simply replied, "uh huh." They park next to me again today, the driver squeezing between my car and the truck carrying an electric drill. I was livid at their incompetence, any professional company will park in the center lot away from cars or just park on the roadway with hazards on... NOT squeeze a 10 ft truck between 2 cars! I called the store obviously upset to which the owner keeps referring to me as "hun", "hun it's a big truck", "hun they gotta park". I asked him to stop calling me "hun" and informed him of the empty area in the center and if they damaged my car I would be filing a police report to which his reply was, "hun that's what insurance is for" and "hun you need to pray" before hanging up. What an absolute crap owner. Maybe if you learned how to be professional your workers would also follow suit. If you want an example of a professional business learn from 1-800-GOT-JUNK, they drive large trucks but park away from cars, even if that means carrying things further away. Or Two Men and a Truck, who happens to be delivering today in a larger truck but isn't blocking or dangerously close to a single car. If their professionalism is a sign of their business I'm sure they are over pricing cheap/damaged furniture.
