After speaking with the own Allie she assured the problem would be resolved end of work day the following day and that the console would be replaced resulting now in 3 days later . Day 3 I called and was advised it would take an additional day as they waited on the console replacement and that the liner was complete. Day 4 I called and was told the same thing so I drove over and to my disbelief I was greeted with a toolbox on my trunk , soda can etc and someone walking buy my car back and fourth as they worked on a bronco seat. They were nowhere close to the completion of my car. The headliner was only dropped, and it was never redone .. After speaking with Allie and promised more false promises the next day I removes the car. Once at the body shop the trunk lid had to be reworked and painted. After the interior inspection it showed the headliner itself was broken in 4 pieces, molding broken , trim broken even the sun visors were broken and that's just the visual inspection. If Middletown had any type of professionalism I would be provided with the company insurance instead of dragging this through court which is where this is going .

It did some damage and I had it appraised at Honda. The damage was about 2,000 worth. Long story short the young girl's insurance company, State Farm (which is honestly a pleasure to deal with) suggested Clarksville Collision Center and set me up with an appointment. I arrived for an estimate and was able to leave in about 15 minutes after arriving. The customer service was top-notch from the time I walked in to when I walked out of the door. Before I left I was set up with an appointment and was guaranteed a rental car would be ready and waiting at 8:00am. The day came and guess what? The rental was there, my car was taken and I was left with a Chrysler 200. Took about ten minutes, tops. They said that it could be upwards of six-eight days. It didn't take near that long! Three days later I got a call and my car was ready. When I arrived I found my brand new car... looking brand new again! My car was in excellent condition. It had been washed, detailed and repaired with amazing skill. The whole process was just so easy. They made my experience seamless and I really got the impression that my car was in good hands. Everyone that I came across was polite and was genuinely happy for my business. When my car was finished I even received an awesome chocolate bar with a car and Clarksville Collision on it in a little plastic case from Schimpff's Confectionery. What was even better is I received a touch up kit for my exact vehicle for small scuffs and scratches. Overall an excellent experience with a fantastic staff, one of the best group of people to work with that I've come across. I highly recommend this auto body repair shop.

In less than 45 minutes I was contacted and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. As a millennial I appreciated that the communication was text. Got there this morning, they immediately got started working on my car, took less than the 2 hours that was initially planned. I was thankful for the air conditioned waiting room. Arnold's worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to deal with any of that hassle. Windshield is like new. I couldn't be more pleased. Great customer service and quality work!
