Customer service & a warm smile still exists at Unincorporated & that's what I love about local stores. Since my brother moved to CV, I decided to gift him the Unincorpoated T-shirt & hat. He loves it! Today I stopped by to get my daughter her high school zip up hoodie. It's great to be able to buy her High School logo hoodie off season & the owner says some of the proceeds goes back to the high school, so that is wonderful to hear. In hopes of supporting local businesses' like these, I hope Unincorporated stays afloat for years to come.

Prices overall is lower than retail (sign said 20% off for clothing) but definitely not like 50% off. To my delight, there were so many awesome things for sale -- kitchenware, postcards, accessories, clothing, decor, etc. It was so fun looking through everything and things were very reasonably priced (no sticker shock like shopping at Goodwill these days!) and in good shape. The best part was the owner who was such a delightful lady! She was super fun and engaging all sorts of people in fun conversations. She was also so patient with a bunch of high school girls sorting through endless jewelry and checked in respectfully with everyone perusing.
