If you want someone reliable, avoid. I called this morning & was told he'd come at 3, but then before the end of the call he said it would actually be between 4 and 5. I said that was fine but that I needed to leave at 5:45 to pick up my kid from daycare and I wanted to make sure he'd have time to fix it. He assured me he'd come in time. I left work early to get home by 4. At 5, I called to check in & I was told he wouldn't be able to come until 5:45 & then only for an estimate. I reminded him I had to leave at 5:45 to get my kid and I asked him to come at 6:15. He refused. I get that 6:15 is after hours but the delay was entirely his fault. Now I'm stuck paying after hours rates to a different company to come. read more

This plumber was horrible. I called him at night when the sink was overflowing and set a 10:00am appointment time. However, at 10:15, he had not shown up. I called and was informed by him that he had decided not to take the job and did not feel it was necessary to call me. So, I had missed a morning of work and still had a clogged sink. It is not the skipping out that bothers me as much as the not calling. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. Avoid at all costs. read more
