And if not, this was surely an issue far beyond my level of expertise. Their earliest availability was the following Monday (4 days) later, which was sooner than I expected. They kept me on stand by for the following day (Friday), but no such luck. My service window was 9 AM - 12 PM and two technicians showed up directly to my door around 9:30. Also sooner than I expected. I was impressed not only by the timing but also their sense of direction. Getting to my condo unit can be confusing with the various gate entrances, but these guys clearly knew what they were doing. Most people get lost. Not these guys. This job required a water main shut off in my HOA and they knew exactly where to go. They were friendly and professional and in and out in under 1 hour 30 minutes. The only reason I am at 4 stars is because I was quoted $225 for the job, but was charged $325. That seems a bit off, but the job was done swiftly and so I didn't bother challenging them.

Green Tech is everything you want to solve your plumbing problems. They respond quickly, have timely arrival, deal with the problem knowledgeably, clean up after themselves, and are priced affordably. I called them out to solve a main drain back up and was able to get everything resolved the same day. When the same issue popped up again a few months later, they came back out and took care of it as a follow up free of charge! I appreciate the friendly professional manner in which Lucas and his associates conducted themselves, and really was pleased at the price point. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we found Lucas through our contractor. Lucas and his team were amazing, over the past two months he re-piped my house (hot and cold water), replaced all of the cast iron plumbing in both of my bathrooms and in the kitchen and installed a new vanity in my bathroom. Had a situation where I had just bought a new dishwasher,the place where I bought it had a guy come out to install it,because of a item in my sink that wasn't up to code he could not do the job,he gave me Lucas's number,I called him right away,he found a window of time to get the job started,we both had to leave for little while,came back and finished the job,It was cool because this was all spur of the moment due to the other guy not being able to do the job,now my sink is up to code,and I can use my new dishwasher with all the new fixtures. read more

I had to replace the valve inside the bathtub wall and it required water shutoff for the entire stack of condominiums. Not the easiest task. I had called Green Tech Plumbing before on other issues so I called them again this time. I found Lucas and Ryan knowledgeable, reliable, confident and service oriented in what they do. Ryan installed a plate to cover the hole and he ordered another plate to make sure it is a perfect match with the rest of the shower facilities. Trustworthy Plumbing

Trustworthy plumbing came to the rescue when another plumbing company was not only doing a poor job…read moreof lining my sewer pipes, but had damaged my main water line. Jay came through the same day to fix that main water line and explained how Trustworthy could line every bit of my sewer line with inversion pipe lining vs pull through which is limited to access points. The pull through method would not be able to line the entire cast iron pipe under my bathrooms, which was the whole point as they were in poor condition and had root intrusion. I parted ways with the other company and signed onto Trustworthy the next day. Jay and Scott have gone above and beyond, installing the best materials and doing an expert job of prepping my old cast iron sewer cleanouts (two) that would have been impossible to line past those points without removing them and replacing those sections with PVC pipe and new cleanouts instead. When they jackhammered through the concrete of my front porch to get to the old cleanout at the front of the house, they proactively replaced the main water line in addition to removing the old cleanout and replacing it with PVC. The pipe liners lined everything in one day, getting all of both bathrooms and the tie ins (sinks, toilets and tubs) under the foundation. They also did the concrete work to patch the hole when it was done, as well as patched a significant crack near my front door. I highly recommend Trustworthy plumbing. Jay and Scott are the best!

Nothing especially serious found he suggested having a moisture remediation company investigate. They also thankfully found no critical issues but suggested replacing aged disposal and some of the under sink plumbing and water lines. Scott again quickly returned in an evening and got it done. If we continue to experience any issues the remediation company will complete some specialized treatment. Scott is a super friendly, knowledgeable and caring professional that obviously loves his work. Highly recommended!
