Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

Now we're at the seventh month mark and let me say that every day I am grateful for the work that Peterson Plumbing did on our home. Peterson Plumbing did a complete replumb with PEX. In a word, Thomas is awesome! We were initially skeptical when he offered the lowest estimate for repairs and did so over the phone without coming out to the house. My wife had talked with him first when getting quotes. We had the plumber that had been servicing our home for the past five years. Their quote was about four thousand higher. Another estimate from a local plumber was double of Thomas'. I reached out to Thomas and expressed my concern about him doing an estimate without coming out. He said he lived in the area and knew the homes; he even swung by after his day was done for a quick meet and greet. His estimate stood at what he stated. Even with a record 86 drywall holes in our house; Thomas said that typical replumbs have about 35 holes. Now for the things that we found out that he and his staff did not share with us. We have hot water quicker at every faucet in the house, except one. When they replumbed, they did so more efficiently than the original piping with backbone of the plumbing being between the first and second floors. The master shower used to take over a minute to get hot water, now it's less than 10 seconds. The kitchen was about 30 seconds, now it's about 15 seconds. The downstairs bathroom stays at about 15 seconds. Plumbing took one day. Drywall repair took two days. Thomas told us it would take one or two depending on how much repair work needed to be done. Every step of the way Thomas stayed within the guidelines that he outlined for us and never came to us with extra or hidden charges, despite being the least expensive estimate. Thomas went above and beyond as well. At no charge, he redid our pool fill which had been non-operational since we moved to the house over 10 years ago. He also swapped to valves for the shower and sink faucets in the master bathroom. He also replaced a damaged aerator and ordered the replacement part from Delta himself. I didn't even know until the package arrived and he phoned to swing by and install it. If you're looking for an honest plumber who stands by his work; Thomas is your local plumber!!! Don't hesitate. I have referred Thomas more than any other local business.

I had a backed up bathroom and laundry room at a rental property. I called American Plumbing Service. The person who answered my call was courteous and sympathetic to my situation. She assured me they would have a plumber come over that day. Robert showed up soon afterwards and diagnosed the problem quickly. He offered me 3 different options for fixing the issue. I choose the least expensive one, knowing that it was a temporary fix and that eventually I would need to dig up & replace some pipe. Several months later I called them again to come out and replace the pipe. They honored their original quote, even though I called and they came on a Saturday. From start to finish they were easy and pleasant to do business with. William, the owner, called to ensure that I was taken care of, and even came out to help get the job started earlier than expected. From the top down, these guys are legit. They are an honest company with reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again in the future, and would absolutely recommend them. The tech showed up and was professional. Received quote for toilet install that was unusual. Toilet is still just a wax washer and couple of bolts and water inlet. But they quoted price 5 times normal install price. (Over 1000 dollars) No negotiation with quote. Explanation for high quote not really making sense. Good news. They are not only plumbers around. They will have a nice day and I would not recommend them. They have only followed up with request to leave a high rating to get their growing business rave reviews. Oh and an offer of 20 off next service request. I find it crazy they try to bill at a rate of over 500 per hour to install a toilet. They may have a phd in plumbing, not thinking they are that highly paid. Maybe I need to change career here. So looked into other Plumbers in area... Found an honest plumber... charged $220. I had a leaking hose bib with several lines also attached to it for the pool water supply and the evaporative cooler connection. I asked for an estimate from several local plumbers on Yelp and American Plumbing Service gave me the best deal. After texting him a few pics of the leaking pipe and discussing via text the best option to repair the leak,William,the owner was able to work with me to agree on an affordable price.He showed up the next morning right on time,was very professional throughout his time at my house,wore a mask,and even put on booties before entering the home to look at an issue with the kitchen sink.He replaced all parts needed to repair the hose bib in about 15-20 minutes and even offered to fix another minor leak on the other hose bib.He never tried to charge me more,never seemed rushed,and answered all my questions. Our house needed a repipe very bad we everything from copper, pvc , galvanized and pet in this old house our water pressure was horrible . I called APS they had a young man at our house within a day or two at the most ready to go ! He told me my options and explained everything in detail on how it would go from start to end telling they would done in just one day . The house is a 2 bath with kitchen added water for fridge off to the side a couple hose bibs on the outside of the house and the drywall patch was done the next day after doing a walk through making sure there were no leaks ( none found !) great drywall patch yo boot !! Beat both my other bids ! So I'll say it was a great experience they were very knowledgeable did what they said they would a lil more at no extra charge and they were done in one day !!! I had a leaky garbage disposal, so I called my normal plumber. Unfortunately, (for me & for them) they said they would not be available to come out for another six days. (!?!?!) If it wasn't leaking, I may have considered waiting. Luckily for me, I discovered American Plumbing Services. Of the five plumbers I called that day, ONLY American Plumbing Services called me back. We booked the repair in seconds flat. They have a very nice automated system that confirms the appointment, confirmed when the job was done, and emailed me a copy of the invoice, They also gave me a secured electronic option to pay the bill so I wasn't giving my credit card # to just anyone. I highly highly recommend American plumbing. I've been without kitchen water for two weeks. I've had three different plumbers out who were so ridiculously priced to unclog and do some work under my kitchen sink. Not to bash anybody, but the price quotes were outrageous. I mean, seriously ridiculous, and un affordable. But William from American plumbing came out. He was very professional he did an amazing job and he fixed my problem. I now have water running in my kitchen again and I am so grateful. His prices were more than reasonable. American Plumbing Service is an excellent professional company! William is an honest knowledgeable professional with a friendly manner! When, we called we spoke with a live person, the crew arrived on time, with masks on, and very friendly. Answered all my questions, and our experience has been very satisfactory! William and his crew did a full kitchen plumbing upgrade from installing a cast iron double sink, garbage disposal, new dishwasher, and a new Reverse Osmosis system. Scheduled William for Thursday replacement of an old pressure valve however; on Monday evening we discovered a spraying leak under the bathroom vanity. Called American Plumbing (at 6:30 PM) and got an immediate response and a promise to come on Tuesday to check it. William showed up as promised and had rearranged his schedule to allow for the bathroom repair but also included the pressure valve and water heater repairs. He not only completed all our issues that day but also directed us to someone to help us with damage mitigation. The best plumber we have ever used. You won't go wrong with this company. Tim and his crew came out to our home right after Christmas 2021 and they were able to clear all of our patio (area) drains. Our drains were so clogged up with tree roots and dirt and after a few days of raining the water from the drain started backwashing into our pool. American Plumbing cleared our drains while it was raining outside and it was super cold but they were persistent in getting those drains unclogged. I was happy that my call on Sunday (American Plumbing doesn't do house calls on Sundays) was answered in a professional manner and during the MLK holiday weekend. He gave me an appointment for Tuesday. Plumber arrived on time to give me a free estimate. After which 10% is expected upfront if job is accepted by both parties, the remaining balance upon completion of the job. I appreciated that he let me know that it would involve some removal of the dry wall before he made any holes in the wall. He explained the work that had to be done. He recommended a restoration company to further assist me with the drywall installation. He did a very thorough and professional job. I don't have any more leaky pipes which gives me peace of mind. William is the best. I had a recurring stoppage problem in my Mom's house. William explained everything and did not try to pressure me into doing the work. He ran a camera in the line more than once just to show me where the problem was and reassure me the repair he recommended would solve the problem. He even came out and cleared a stoppage at no charge while I was trying to decide what to do. This was an expensive repair and other plumbers wanted big deposits prior to starting the work and were not offering any sort of warranty. William didn't ask for money up front and offered a one year guarantee on future stoppages and five years on the product used for the repair!! I highly recommend American Plumbing Service. Greetings, We had a service call by American Plumbing Service for a backup washing machine drain and they ascertained the basic problem, but to make sure they came back with their high tech camera to take an actual look at the problem, which became problems. Both times they were very professional at all times and upfront with what was going on with our 60 year old house. James Parks helped us the first day and to make sure of our problems he brought in William Llamas with him the second day. My wife was very impressed with their courtesy and honesty of our problems. I was up visiting my 95 year old father yesterday when he had a bathroom plumbing emergency. Not knowing any plumbers in the area I contacted American Plumbing Service and I was so glad I did. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. When my Dad told her he was a World War II veteran she even gave him a discount. She told me they could have someone out there within a couple of hours. True to her word she called a little later and said someone would be on their way. Robert and Zoen arrived to the rescue. These guys were referred to me by a friend and I'm glad I called them. They made a next day appt. for me and found the leak, fixed the problem and also told me where another small leak was outside at a water spigot. (Not the reason I called them, so I fixed that leak myself). Professional, friendly, fast and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Always a bonus. I discover a water leak out front which ended up to be the main service line to the house. The plumber came the same day, a Friday afternoon to assess the problem. They were able to bypass the line until the crew could come out on Monday to replace the line. I was very happy that I didn't have to waste our precious water and run up my water bill. This is the second house where we've had American Plumbing Service install a new water heater. Price is great for services rendered. We have a ten year warranty and 5 years of maintenance service to follow. Their team is very well trained and knowledgeable about their products. Had received two estimates prior to American Plumbing. Not only was their price considerably cheaper but they explained everything that was going to happen and promised it would be repaired by the end of the day (had main water line from meter to house replaced) with which I had my doubts. They also let me know and installed a pressure regulator which was missing of which I had no clue. They delivered on their promise and when they were done you could not even tell they had been there. We couldn't shut the water off from one of our showers. American plumbing, over the phone during my initial call, gave me an educated guess that the problem was with the internal cartridge, which turned out to the exact problem. They gave me an appointment time for later that day. After about an hour the company told me that a technician was now available for a much earlier time. From the time of my initial call to the company our plumbing problem was fixed within 2 hours. I even got a $25 veterans discount. This was the best and least stressful service we have received from any plumbing company. read more

I was having new insulation installed in the attic and the guys discovered a leak in a water line. They couldn't proceed until it was fixed. Called American Plumbing and William arrived in less than an hour. Found out it was his day off and he came out anyway! Fixed the problem in less than an hour and the guys were able to get back to work. Have used American Plumbing several times now for different problems and they are always so professional and courteous and really care about their customers.
