Mens jeans average $20.99-24.99, I kid you not. They think Gap is a premium brand. I saw a used jacket listed here for $168.99. I normally spend on average $200 at thrift stores but not there. Today they only got $35. If they were reasonable I would hv spent more. Very greedy store, I won't be back. AND THEY USE JAMMERS TO BLOCK YOUR CELLULAR PHONE SERVICE at this location. Which is ILLEGAL. Forget getting or sending texts or phone calls or looking up things up on your phone. Despicable people.

Dropped off some books and wandered in. This is a huge store. Amazing that our grandparents all survived leaded cocktails, although it's entirely possible that they intelligently decanted the liquor just for parties), and more books. It's mostly self-checkout, which I despise, but a nice man helped me at one of only two registers. They also have those horrible stick things on the cart, which I find REALLY annoying. Since I buy most of my books at thrift stores and library sales, and they're heavy, being able to use the cart is a plus. I had to leave my cart by the door, get my car, and make four trips to get all the books and ramekins etc. Prices weren't bad. They have coupons and discounts. They're for-profit. Interesting. And publicly traded. I didn't look at any clothes, but they had a lot. I just don't need any. So no idea about quality or prices there. I might look another time. I might go back, because I may not have a book that I saw there yesterday, which is part of a series. Book selection was great. Prices were okay. If you donate books, you get a 20% coupon. It's really 3.5 stars because of the stick things on the cart and all the self-checkouts. They're for-profit, and apparently too greedy to hire cashiers and someone to retrieve shopping carts. Or install a cart corral. On the plus side, lots of books and the store appeared clean.

Finally, answer is you may return Christmas gifts by January 3rd for a refund. After that credit only. Ok I can deal with that but you should extend the return date until January 15th. Ok here's the worst experience about Burlington this evening.. We are walking out with bags in our cart and my shopping cart jolts back on me. Security witnessed this and apologies. He explains the carts cannot leave the store and to prevent that from happening the wheels lock up without warning. This practice is reckless! I didn't get hurt but what if I was a 8 months pregnant person or a fragile older person? How do expect your customers to safely get there purchased items to their vehicle. Warning. Major problem! If customers didn't trash the place it wouldn't get messy!!! Second, if Companies would hire more people and pay them a living wage... this wouldn't happen!!!
