They were informative about the tires I put on my car. I had never heard of the brand and the guy that gave me info knew about them. 4.) I anticipated an hour... the appointment was MAYBE 10 minutes. I always go here for all of my vehicles tries but this time around was a true test of how they would handle new wheels and tires. First, I ordered my tires only and got delivered the next day. Super quick! Then, the guys at the shop gave me a call as soon as the tires were delivered. Great communication on their end and also providing same day to do the install. As soon as I got into the shop, they listened and were very careful with my new wheels. I got them literally yesterday! After the guys completed the job, my wheels were in mint condition, no damages. They took care of my new wheels. Overall, great service, they completed 4 tires under 40 minutes (maybe less) and pricing was fair. read more

This is the Americans Tire store in my community and my company vehicle has long been associated with the brand. I preordered the 4 tires I wanted and they contacted me via email when they arrived. The email directed me to a link/ portal to make an appointment installation, which was very annoying and confusing via my cell phone browser. Instead of dealing with that mess, I showed up at the store without an appointment to get the tires I ordered installed. The store was busy so it took sometime (about 1.5 hrs) to get the work done while I waited which was no problem for me but one should note if you don't have an appointment you won't get out of there quickly. The price for the only tires I wanted were the best in town, worth nothing the person helping to place the order said " they would match the price if I found better elsewhere. ( I didn't find a better price). I'd recommend the store for sure! But also recommend having the patience to figure out their online appointment thing so one can save time ! read more

Another good experience with America's Tire Company. We have a 2009 Accord LX that needed to have all 4 of the tires replaced. They were only able to replace 3 of the 4 tires because the right front tire, the lug nuts were seized and frozen. Even though they were unable to fix it, they did recommend a local garage which was able to turn it around quickly. We returned to the Americas Tire Company this afternoon and they are replacing the fourth tire as we speak. Manuel and AJ have been very helpful during this tire buying experience. read more

I drove to the business and requested a flat repair (wood screw in the tire, losing pressure). I was greeted by Michael and then the manager Chris. I was treated like a valued customer. They were both professional yet personable. They pointed out that there was a certain amount of tread left on the tires and that the spare was almost 10 years old. The 'flat' was repaired in 15 minutes. It was explained to me that they did not want me to drive away without the information they gave me because it could be dangerous otherwise as time (tire wear) progresses. I valued that information and the fact that they were not trying to sell my tires I did not quite at the time. Of course when the time comes I plan on going back and purchasing tires at the location. Never had a good experience here. They refused to fix flat tire because tire was 'old'. Took it to Big Brand no issues, fixed without saying anything. Seems like an excuse to force me buy new tire by saying things like this is not safe you shouldn't be driving tires this old. Why didn't Big Brand say that? Nothing. They just said start thinking about replacing tires in the near future at the time of pickup after repairing tire for free. Think about, near future, not, don't drive. Let me sell you new tires for $1,800 right now. Very similar experience a few years so I am done with you. Costco or BigBrand it is. read more

I had an appointment for 11:45 for a tire rotation and TPMS sensor replacement (my TPMS light was on), I showed up on time. I paid for a new rear windshield wiper and four TPMS sensors, $372.21. I was quoted that the job would be done at 12:30. My car stayed in the parking lot and didn't get moved to the bay until 12:28pm. My car was finished at 12:55. Overall, I was there for an hour and ten minutes. The lobby is air conditioned, has plenty of seating and there is a bathroom. The salesperson who helped me was AJ and he was pleasant and really helpful. When I was handed the keys to my car I was told that the tire pressure light would flash for a bit and then eventually turn off. It did after a few minutes of driving, and my TPMS light was finally off. read more

The wheels I initially ordered were out of stock so they ended up just putting on the tires. I chose some new wheels and he had them delivered then installed for no extra charge. Don't bother making an appointment with these folks-they tell you that your car will be done in an hour or less if you have an appointment. I made an appointment but they booked 8 others at the same time. total wait time was over an hour and 45 minutes. The staff was nice enough and you could see that they were working hard, but they need to improve their system. If they can't get your car out in an hour with an appointment, they shouldn't make that guarantee. read more

Story time! I was headed back to LA from a relaxing weekend in Santa Barbara. I was cruising down the 101 South and then BAM! I run over something. I thought I avoided whatever I ran over, but then I notice my car pulling to the right. I look down at my gauge cluster and the TPS light turns on. I pull over to the side to of the freeway to inspect what happen... flat tire. Let out a whole bunch of curse words and then settled down to figure out what to do. While I waited for AAA to get to my location, I hop on Yelp to see if I can get my tire replaced. And to my pleasant surprise, America's Tire was only a couple miles away from where I was at. Once AAA arrived and switched out my flat tire, I head to America's Tire I go! I walk in and was greeted by Bryson. He let me know that they'll be able to take my car in and I'll be able to roll out with some fresh new tires. So woo hoo to that! Didn't want to drive all the way back to LA on a donut! He was able to get me a good deal on 4 brand new tires. Bryson and the staff at America's Tire were super professional. They kept me updated on which place in line my car was. I was able to use the wifi and work on some homework in the waiting area. When my car was done, they brought it to the front of the store. Parking: Tons of parking spots. Will I be back? I've been coming to America's Tires for at least 8 years now. The service has always been great, plenty of tires to choose from as well as other services like wiper replacements. One of the benefits I love is that you can pull up to the free air section and get topped off free of charge. That on top of being able to get your tires fixed or replaced free of charge due to road nails and such is solid. I would give 5 stars but Wi-Fi is pretty terrible which hurts even more that cellular is no good in the area as well. Highly recommended! read more

My tire pressure light came on again after getting my tires filled a couple weeks ago so I suspected something was wrong and swung by on Friday evening an hour before closing. They quickly checked my tires and found the leak. FYI, tire repairs here are free! Within in hour they had fixed the leak, and checked the air in all my other tires (including the spare). Here is a review from a Gen Z who is not familiar with tire companies: I walk up, and the mechanics are playing year 2000's Nickelback. America's Tire Company is emulating every Gen Z's father's garage. Wholesome, inviting, and the most welcoming "tire place" environment I've ever seen. Next, this location hardly smelled like a tire place! Not sure if this is concerning or not (since it is a tire company) but nonetheless, it made my short wait of 30 minutes even more enjoyable. As for the car service, I'm sure they did great. I can't confirm, but I don't think Nickelback would steer me wrong. As for the price, my service was low cost. Which I expected, as I'd be surprised if a wholesome Nickelback listener ripped me off. So easy. 10/10 experience! read more

Worst customer service, combined with higher prices, I'm not sure why anyone still comes here. Go to Big Brand and save yourself time and money. I confirmed why I stopped coming here after waiting over 15 minutes for an air check that never happened. I was about to take a road trip so I wanted the tires checked for tread and air. An employee finally came out to look at the tires of the car that had been parked there at around 10 minutes, but he never aired up the tires, he just left again. It was apparent they weren't going to air up anyone's tires so I and the car behind me just left. I also wanted to see if I'm due for tires, they just lost out on $1000 because it turns out I am. Big brand will continue getting my business thanks to Americas Tire horrible customer service. I would've paid a little extra to get new tires here before my trip since they weren't busy but even when not busy they're unbelievable slow. read more

I've been a big fan of America's Tire for many years, and the primary reason is that I have found them to be extremely honest. If they say you need new tires, then you need new tires. They will not try to talk you into buying tires that you do not need. They are always courteous and have fair prices. The Camarillo location has a somewhat smaller lobby to wait in, but what I thought was especially nice is the outdoor waiting area they have set up under a tent outside. I thought this is just perfect for the current pandemic situation. They can get crowded, so it's best to make an advance appointment. read more
