When you call her, she will reply with a text stating "I'll call you back" or "Hello. Could you please text me? Thank you.". But don't expect a reply or an answer. And, if you're lucky enough to get a phone call, she will keep you on the phone for a minimum of 3-4 hours talking about everything except your trip. Furthermore, my family had Apple Credit that she used for another party without permission, and still charged people full price. She basically kept the credit and double charged. Stay away!
