I ordered the Chicken Hibachi meal with a 5 wings add-on. The 5 add-on wings did not show a box to choose a flavor, but that might be because we ordered via DoorDash.  Well they just assumed I would like honey lemon pepper. My wings are always delicious. My biggest problem honestly the area or perhaps the customers. The store is in an awkward place and customers are soooo ignorant parking anywhere, will block your car, and TRY to make it seem like you're in the wrong for actually parking in a spot. No ma'am. Just picked up an online order for two Hibachi dinners. The WORST experience I've ever had here. I've come before several times and it was always clean and the staff pleasant. Not tonight. The restaurant was not clean at all. Trash on the floors. Tables not clean. The two female staff members at the front counter were very unprofessional. Carried on a full conversation about some personal situation that included lots of swear words. Neither staff member could tell anyone whether their orders were in process or when they would come out. When the order came out, it was just packed in a bag as if I did not want to check it. Seemed impatient when I did. There two containers of yum yum sauce. Neither were full. When I asked for two full containers or two more 1/2 containers, I was told that they'd be "extra"! Horrible. They was an infant child being passed around behind the counter on the evening of February 3,2022. That is unacceptable. Anything could have happened to that child that could have been a liability to the restaurant and who ever the mother was. As an educator & a mandated reporter that issue was reported to the department of health and social services. The five young ladies behind the counter were also unprofessional. They were using language and talking about paying costumers as if they were not standing there. Just don't go after midnight. Cashier acted like she didn't want to be there. And food was not good at all.

Every time I come there n I mean every time it's always something. so today I asked for soft wings ranch flavored all flats. My wings came back hard barely ranch on the wings. so I asked for manage, the two girls they're so sweet they go get her, this lady whose not only the manager she's the owner she come looking mad with a attitude before I opened my mouth.
