Mandy (who I believe is the owner) greeted several customers by the name and knew their order and that's when I knew that this place is a hood favorite. One of the customers raved about the wings and I added it to my order out of pure curiosity. Good god almighty! Atlanta is obviously known for their wings and this restaurant proves that. This place is right around the corner from where I've been staying. After driving past them a few times otw home and seeing good reviews, I decided I would try them. Sooo glad I did!! It's been a loooongggg time since I've had good Chinese food. This place scratched an itch I forgot I had. A lot of the reviews I'd seen talked about their wings, but I decided to hold off and actually try their Chinese. I went with their General Tso's chicken, it was soooo good!! The fried rice (itself) was actually flavorful and tasty, but I found myself picking out the bland pieces of chicken that were thrown into it. Despite the rice having a nice flavor, the chicken pieces that was in it was farrrrr from that. The chicken in the used in the chicken fried rice tasted very bland and almost old, just not a fan. Order for a family of four at. Least 3 times or more a month. This last month has been very disappointing. Ordered triple seafood..no lobster second time no lobster no sauce. Ordered shrimp egg foo pound 5 shrimp in the whole meal. Ordered the 2 fried fish shrimp etc dish....got the items in vegetables. Stick to the combo meals and the wings!! They are the best. As others have mentioned, they have the best lo mein i've ever had on the south side! It has just the right amount of seasoning and sauce.The hot and sour soup was also good but a little too spicy for me. The honey lemon pepper wings were also good, but needed a little more lemon pepper seasoning. The shrimp fried rice had a good flavor, but they sure were skimpy on the shrimp. I decided to give this place a try. During this quarantine, most places aren't open b it thankfully we still found one Chinese store open. First and foremost, customer service isn't there forte. There's a young lady at the register who would not make eye contact and answered everything in a nonchalant tone. She could care less about being there. Her attitude was poor. The wings were alright but I would not come here for them again honestly. The noodles were actually pretty decent. The Philly cheesesteak roll was an alright. In all honestly, I don't think I'll be giving this place a second chance. Due to the lack of customer service and poor taste in the food. I also thought the prices were a little much. There is plenty of seating available, but the vibe is definitely more of a takeout atmosphere. I wanna start by saying the girl who answered the phone was so sweet and she picked up right away, my food was ready when I got there and not too expensive. The pork fried rice is really good and they STUFFED the container so it's definitely worth your money. The crab Rangoon was good especially with the sweet & sour sauce. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I didn't like the egg drop soup but that's just my preference. Do not spend your money in this place. The food is good, but they might take advantage of you if you are a teenager calling in an order. My son wanted a sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and added broccoli. He called this in as he's done a few times. After leaving I realized that his meal should not have been so much. I called Happy Dragon to ask how much his meal should be, they tell me $10.91. I asked the person at Happy Dragon why was my son charged almost $18. She immediately raised her voice saying something about "he ordered separate broccoli and fried rice" and "this is what he ordered before" and some other stuff I could hardly understand. Apparently, they took advantage of my son, ringing it up as a whole order of fried rice and broccoli, instead of adding broccoli to his sweet and sour chicken. This is the second time they've added an additional meal to an order. The first time they did it, I called them out for it and they issued a refund. I think it's important to spend your money where it's appreciated and for the restaurant owner not to be disrespectful when you address a mistake on their part. read more

The food is usually good but today I was highly disappointed. I ordered sesame shrimp which was soggy and steam broccoli that was way too crunchy. When placing my order I told the female co-owner that their food was good but today I was wrong, even worse the bathroom was not up to code and this after I washed the owner clean it! Restaurants that have dirty bathrooms usually have nasty kitchens. Furthering I noticed the husband always looks shifty and or paranoid. The bathroom was soaking wet, there was a moldy sponge on the sink and a silver scrub pad in the trash can that apparently was used to clean the toilet.
