This is the worst ABW location I've been to. I ordered 20 wings and was told I could only get a maximum of 2 different flavors, so I ordered the 24K and Honey BBQ wings. After waiting for like 20-something odd minutes, I ask about the order and the Indian guy behind the counter goes, "OH!....Sorry bud-ee", and then hands me my order of wings that was just sitting there getting cold. I like how they show you your order when it's finished at the other ABW locations to make sure it's correct, but they didn't do that here. Instead I get home to find out they just fry the wings and pour the sauce over top and call it a day. Since they were cold when I got back home, I had to put them in the oven to reheat them which was an inconvenience. And the 24k wings were wrong. Listen to the reviews...After having to call back since I was put on hold for 10 mins and forgotten about....... I checked my order when he got here kept telling me my whole order was in the bag. It wasn't. Was missing my peach cobbler (mind you all I got was that, 6 wings and a 2liter grape soda). He didn't know what a peach cobbler was after calling the restaurant back and talked to him for 5 mins I said I'd just take my money back. He lied and said it was $2.50 when I got back inside it's clearly $3.50. Before even getting to the winds I opened the soda and noooo fiz, no bubbles after I pour it any everything. I think this experience ranks number 1 in the worst I've ever had. I called and ordered a Crab Pizza, Shrimp basket Oreo Cheesecake and Sweet Potato Pie, I waited literally over an hour to receive the wrong order. I called her repeated to redeliver the correct food and she kept putting me on hold, Finally I drove up there and was only refunded a portion of the $37 I paid for the food, I did eat the over fried butterfly shrimp since I was so hungry. Absolutely the worse pizza I've had. Would have given 1 star but it's my fault for thinking I'd get something decent from a place that specializes in wings. The crust wasn't too bad, but the toppings is what killed it. There should have been around five or six different toppings but I couldn't recognize a single one of them. Cheese pizza contradicts what the guy actually rings you up if you add a topping to it which it states $1.50. For the confusion, he have me a free two liter but still charged me like $3 for one topping lol. C'mon its my birthday today lol. Next day I came in to get dinner, and i called ahead of time, got there about 15min after i called, still sat in the car for an additional 5-10min, only had one customer in the store, when I walked in and paid for my food, that's when they started making it. This is the first wing spot I have visited since moving to the DMV. I had the lemon pepper and hot BBQ wings. They were both good. I had no issues with the workers and my food came out fairly quickly. I'm looking to go back and try more of the 30 flavors of wings. read more

The cashier does not speak English very well so he had a difficult time taking orders and following directions. Expect a long wait time because even when you call your order in, they don't start cooking the food until you arrive. They're supposed to open at 10am, but didn't even turn on the burners in the kitchen until 11am. read more

First off, the food here is extremely high priced compared to the quality of the food that you actually receive. I got a 10 pc wing combo, 2 kids meals, and a large fry and ended up paying well over $30 bucks. The large fry itself was $5 and they had to have been a day or two old. Not to mention the chicken nuggets and chicken tenders looked to be old as well. As far as the wings, I ordered Nuclear Hot wings and they weren't even hot. I would've been better off making everything myself and it would've been cheaper too. Also, be careful with management because they will try to get over on you. With my combo, it was supposed to come with a 20 oz drink. Well the fountain drink machine was down (which is triffling in itself) and the manager had the audacity to offer me a 10 oz can soda!!! Worst service ever! They screwed up my delivery order and then told me they couldn't fix the issue. I had to wait till the next day to receive my money back! My children couldn't eat due to their mistake! Will never order here again! Absolutely unacceptable. My salad was totally wrong, with no dressing, the chicken on it looked like yesterday's chicken. This is the second time I ordered and it was terrible customer service. I ordered a apple pie and they delivered it frozen.I called to ask for a refund and they told me to just stick it in the oven!!! I said no my oven is not working and they said they would send someone to give me the refund and nobody ever came. The first time had me very interested but I never made it back there often because I remembered it took awhile for the wings and I just found out I can call ahead to order. The second time I went, I called ahead and came to pick it up. Everything was in order when I arrived, I ordered 30 Honey BBQ and 30 Moon Dust for a birthday party. The two guys behind the counter were polite and got my order quickly. Everyone loved the wings, they were absolutely delicious. My third time going, I called ahead once again and this time, a woman answered the phone and took my order. I ordered a 20 pc moon dust wings. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was a bit of a wait, even though I have given at least 30 minutes before driving up there. Once I got the wings, arrived home, I was sorely disappointed when opening the container. The wings looked as if someone had taken a cup of moondust and splashed the chicken in the face as if it had said something ridiculous. I'm meaning as in those soap operas when someone takes a drink and in one swift movement tosses their beverage into the face of the person who upset them. This is literally probably how they seasoned my chicken. All the "moon dust" was on one side of it as if they said "F* it, it's ready" and brought it out to give to me. I've been debating on going back but it's gonna be a lucky guess as far as who answers the phone and who tosses a cup of seasonings on the chicken. read more

moved to District Heights two months ago.... this has been my go to spot....everything I ordered off the menu has be great and the people who work there are really friendly which is one of the reasons I go there at least twice a week....they over 30+ flavors for hot wings and the prices are reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get. Traveling on business and ordered double cheese burger, mozzarella sticks, cake and drink. The burger was burnt to a crisp and was like hockey pucks. Mozzarella sticks were good but tiny cup of sauce was not enough. Cake and drink were fine. Really disappointed in the burger though since it was not edible. read more

I have visited this restaurant 3 times--1st time I ordered wings and was told it would take 15 minutes but it was actually 45 minutes. The second time I ordered a grilled chicken salad and was told it would be 10 minutes, I went to Giants to pick up some items and came back 30 minutes later and my order was forgotten about. I went today for the salad again and the top wasn't placed properly on the salad dressing and of course it spilled all in the bag. This franchise of ABW is THEE WORST I have ever visited. I have ordered from this location several times (b/c you should give folks a chance). Each visit (3) got worse. The straw (s) that broke the camel's back was a: the owner's nasty disposition and b: the food packaging is terrible; my grilled fish was piled (sloppily) on top of my fries in a sandwich container. When I requested that it be corrected, the owner said that I should have specified how my food be packaged. The whole ordeal boils down to this owner not respecting his customers due to being in an urban location and being cheap. He has no individual cups for condiments and his fountain cups are considerably smaller than those at other franchise locations. I would starve before I ever again ate from this location- I wouldn't even accept someone else buying my lunch from this place. read more

Placing my phone order was easy and the hostess was pleasant and helpful. When I arrived at the store my order was still not ready despite calling it in 45 min prior. You need to pack your patience when patronizing this store because they struggle to get the orders out in a timely manner. In all honesty you could have dinner at a sit down restaurant in less time. The store was packed with other people who had been waiting longer than they would have liked for their order. Many of them opted for a refund because they just refused to wait and hour for "fast food". Refunds were given without hesitation. I ordered wings for my kids and fried tilapia for myself. The food was so bland that it doesn't appear to have been seasoned at all. The wings, according to the kids were just so-so. They said they'd rather that I just make them some wings next time.
